I traveled just under 4 hours to bring my vehicle to Daves and i will definitely come here in the future for any of my collision or body work needs. Chris was awesome. He walked me through the entire insurance process and kept me up to date on the progress. My car was fixed right on time. Carlos and his painting crew did an excellent job matching the color. My car looks so beautiful and brand new. They went above and beyond!

Had our motorhome repaired and painted at Dave s. Both Chris and Dave are very caring the work was done excellent! Very pleased will return if we need a paint job!

Dave's was simply amazing, they went above and beyond. The staff was amazing and super polite. My wife and I had to get our car on a Saturday and Dave personally came early to process our payment and drove our car out to us. I fully recommend Dave's collision, the work on our car was flawless, our car looks brand new. Thanks Dave and staff.

I would highly advise you read thru all the reviews here and make an informed decision as to using this business for repairs. I damaged my main wiring harness and had the wires fixed by a GM dealer but many things still did not work (windows, seats, radio issues etc ). Dave insured me they could fix the issues. Dave stated after diagnosing the problems I would they would need to replace the wire harness. He charged me $2,500.00 upfront saying the part cost that much. Not only was the part not available anywhere in the US and he knew it but it actually cost $610.00. I had to take my $2,500.00 back. When I got back home I took it into another shop. My truck was fixed in less than 3 hours and for 590.00 parts and labor. It was just a fuse assembly. How did he miss this??? I would have been out several thousand with no fix.

I am making this review based only off the communication with Dave and Chris because I haven t even seen the work yet, The day I called Dave s collision they answered all my question Chris came out to my parents house to provide me with a mobile quote. I ended up agreeing to the quote and the date the work would be done which was a date Dave provided me. That day came and I didn t receive any phones calls so I called them I was directed to call Dave s cell number multiple times when he finally answered he advised me he was at the doctors office and will call me back I never received a call back so I waited for a few hours before reaching back out and that s when I was advised It should be available by Wednesday which was an additional two days I agreed and advised him how urgent this matter is he promised me no later then Wednesday. Weds came I reached out to Dave s collision office and was advised by Dave that he will call me back when Chris comes back from lunch he never returned my call I then had my husband reach out and my husband was advised by Dave that it wouldn t be ready until Friday they were waiting on a piece to come in again reiterating the urgency we agreed Friday mid morning comes and I had yet to hear from the shop I myself and my husband called them to see when it will be done I was advised Monday due to them not receiving the hood yet the expected delivery time was two hours from this conversation I was then advised the technician wasn t in office but it will be ready Monday morning, my husband was advised the car would be ready for pick up Saturday by Dave stating he will go in on Saturday morning and finish the work Saturday comes I have my husband call the shop no answer my husband then called Dave s cells dave answered stating he would calll back once he speaks to the technicians no call back hours had passed and we reach back out to answer. I then just said okay we will wait til Monday today ! I call in this morning around 1122 spoke to Dave and was advised it will be done today after 4 but he would call me back with a closer eta again three hours went by with no contact I call the shop and the lady who answered told me Dave wasn t in but Chris said tomorrow I advised that lady what Dave told me just this morning and how frustrated I am getting with the prolong process and being told one thing then another . She advised me to call Dave cell I did and he immediately advised me he was in his truck and will call back then hung up so I called the shop advised them of what just happened the lady who answered advised me Chris couldn t come to the phone at the moment and she doesn t know what else to tell me she was super apologetic I then advised her l would be coming to speak to Chris and or Dave due to this being a back and forth matter the issue here isn t the work at least not yet because I again haven t seen the work yet but more so about the communication if you have the time then this might be a shop for you but if you are paying outta pocket and need some urgent and efficient work done I wouldn t recommend this shop

Great Experience!Came in after being turned away a multiple shops, too small a job.These guys were helpful, friendly and got me right in. Honestly can't tell you how happy I am.They are now my go to shop!

Don't bother shopping around and just take your business here. You will be taken care of. They did a fantastic job on my chevy cruze, and worked around our timeline as I use this vehicle for work. Dave and crew are very friendly and polite, and will make you feel at home. I was honesty baffled by how overly familiar my husband was when he'd only been here once before, but now I understand why. Good energy, good vibe, quick and efficient. 10/10 recommend

Had to get car fixed here after accident they moved swiftly. Had to come in and get an additional part added because of back order. They assisted me with the rental. Nice family company great secretary. Had to wait for a while but it is a cozy atmosphere.

Glow: Dave and his son Josh and Maggie are nice people. They took good care of my car and I am pleased with the work that was done. I know the parts took forever to arrive...but they did! Thank you!Grow: Continue to work on effective communication with the customer that is; calling the customer periodically with updates without the customer calling you. In my opinion, each customer should feel like the only customer.

It's a shame that I must echo many others on this post however our experience at Dave's has been much less than satisfactory. My Ford flex has been in their shop since since June 20th. They don't call back. Parts are on order. Is always on order. Common parts.... Like control arms, For a Ford flex.I still do not have my vehicle back. I'm about to go demand it. And I'm not a Karen.

The staff is nice even though they are very out of the loop in many things. I'm told car is ready. I go to pick it up, oh sorry its not ready it will be tomorrow. Thats after a 3 day job turned to 2.5 weeks and they had pre-ordered all the parts. So getting parts was not an issue.. Dave is all talk. Lies. Oh you didn't say you wanted that ding fixed? Seriously its the door. I want the door fixed! So the work they did was good but they did NOT address all that was needed. There is zero communication. I called many times while my car was there and was told I would get a call back. Nope. Unless they want the check that the insurance mailed to you instead of them. Dave called 4x in a week (Monday to let me know the insurance was mailing that day) Wed to see if it had come yet, and 2x on Friday. Noon and 2pm since the mail hadn't gone yet on Friday afternoon. I told him it doesn't run till 330 at least. So I ask Dave has the part i still need put on my car come in?? Oh ya, sorry about that, we never called you. He called again the next day and was unhappy I couldn't get the check to them until Monday. Made sure the part was on my car before I handed the insurance check to them and will never do business with them or recommend to anyone. Every time I was in the office there were others with similar issues. No communication and much longer time than quoted with no explanation or calls.

Awesome experience, actually shocked at some of the reviews on here. Took my car in for a repair (I had backed into a pole) it was pretty damaged. They kept me in the loop the entire time and communicated great with my insurance company.. which was super helpful! Went to pick up my car and barley recognized it in the parking lot. They completely detailed it and it looks amazing... (like a bad new car) you can t even tell where the damage had been... I would give more stars if I could! The guys in the shop are great I dealt with Dave, Josh and Andy and all three were fantastic! Could not be more happier with them! Definitely will be back for any car needs that I have! Thanks so much for the awesome work and customer service!

Still waiting on my car 6 months later, was told 5 weeks ago that it would be ready Monday...in October...it's been at Dave's since June...I saw my car on the lift, Dave said we have the rail, we were waiting on the rail...ok, I said thought you were waiting on the head light...Dave: no we were waiting on the rail, will have your car to you on Monday...so Dave, I'm paying for a car to sit in your garage, because of two things!!!! A rail which you said you had, a head light which you said you weren't waiting for...what now? I wish I would have known that this was going to happen, I don't recommend Dave's I don't suggest Dave's if you could give anything less than a zero for customer service and doing the job...I would.

This probably is still true. You guys were terrible.Try anyone else in town...worst customer service experience ever.This was literally one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had in my entire life. I don't usually write reviews on companies, in fact this is probably the first time I've ever written one.I took my car into Dave's around January 24th, and I didn't get it back until the beginning of March.Every time I called to check on the status of my vehicle, Dave gave me the run around, and acted like he was too busy to talk to me. He kept giving me completion dates that he did not hit. One week, it was supposed to be done on a Wednesday, in fact he was "sure of it." I went in to pick the car up, and that changed to Friday. I went in again to pick my car up, and he said it wasn't quite done, and for me to come in early Saturday morning. I went in Saturday morning and no one was even in the shop. I'm not even including most of what I had to go through with this guy, because I'd like to keep it as short as possible. Once Dave got my car, he most definitely put it on the back burner to work on other projects. Most of the damage to my car was done to the backside. My car looks fine, but sometimes I really have to slam the trunk to get it to close. I don't even care... I'd rather not ever have to deal with this shop again.In closing, take your car to any other shop in Casa Grande, if you have the misfortune of being in an accident.

Had a great experience with Dave and his team. They repaired some body damage on my car and it looks awesome. I had some boxes/trash in my trunk that needed to get thrown out, but It kept slipping my mind. Dave called me and asked if he could take care of it for me. After my car was ready they took the extra step to clean it for me as well. Thank you!

I hate to give bad reviews but this needs to be said. I was very disappointed with the service at Dave's Collision. I brought my car to Dave's because we've had great experiences with him in the past. He said it would be done pretty quick but a few weeks later it was still there. He always said the same thing, the parts are on the truck and the car will be done in a couple days. It took two months to get my car back. The repairs were fine but the length of time for the repairs was ridiculous. I saw someone else who had the same experience so be forewarned, it may take much longer than expected to get your vehicle back.

Would not recommend doing business with Dave's. Car came out with more problems than it went in with. What was supposed to be a four day repair took over a month and was limited to that amount of time because we had decided to take elsewhere to complete repairs so we could get our car back sooner. During that month, there were many false promises and false statements regarding our car, including the fact they told me my "brakes were unsafe to drive" and had "clearly been out of brake fluid for some time", yet the brakes were fine when we dropped the car off so we checked fluid before leaving and there was in fact brake fluid present and work fine to this day. Too many issues to list in detail, but would recommend avoid finding out for yourself.

Great service. I backed into a vehicle. They repaired my car in a day. I won't trust many people in CG to touch my vehicle's after years of poor service, but Dave and his crew are honest and reliable. We have used Dave's a few times and they always do fantastic work.

Want to thank Dave and his team for a job well done. I had damage to my RV and was leaving town in a couple of days. Dave got us right in, worked with our insurance company, and completed the repair and paint in a couple of days. The work was very professional and looks great. If you need a company you can trust to help you I strongly recommend Dave. Went out of his way to help me out. Thank you Dave.

Horrible service ! This shop is by far the worst i have ever came in contact with. I had taken my car in with hope that everything would be done correctly considering family used to work for him, instead I received my car back in worse condition then i had left it. Dave would say the car was going to be done on specific dates ( multiple times) and every time that day came i would never receive a call from them. I had to call everyday he told me just so he could tell me the parts haven t came in . ( You would think the business would have enough common courtesy to call like any other functioning business , especially when you are paying for a rental because it was your only vehicle . When i received the car back there were several issues , the door continued to pop, the paint was not blended in, somehow my power steering was completely empty and a motor mound supposedly broken ( I had found this out after driving the car and it sounding like a wind up toy) . He did not notify me about the power steering as i know my car really well and knew it wasn t leaking prior as it would have puddled underneath the car which i definitely would have noticed. When i confronted him he said he had not gone under the hood , but yet in a later phone call he stated he had pictures of how it looked . so long story short do not go to this shop unless you want completely horrible service and to receive you car in worse condition!

Went in December, left my car for a minor fix, then 2 weeks later picked it upWas told a liner was ordered but not in for another week. A month later i called and was told the part was in, went in waited an hour and a half and was told they couldn't find the part and they re-ordered it. A month later still no part. Everytime i call them i am told they will call me right back. Its now almost May and this problem is still unresolved. I am now asking for my money back. I havent heard back from them to this day.

Like someone else said he over promises. We had a very specific deadline that he promised to meet but we had to order the parts today It cost is additional hundreds of dollars to change things because he could not meet the deadline and went over by a week. He also can not communicate and frequently changes the story. He also went over the estimate by a couple hundred dollars without approval. In terms of work to my eyes it looked good but my husband said the paint job had an orange peel appearance. Even while we were waiting two hours past the time he told us to come another customer was screaming because his car had been there for weeks. Horrible experience.

I would never recommend taking your car to daves collision. they are very unprofessional and it took them 3 months to get it fixed. while the car was at the shop I would try to reach out to Dave and he would avoid my calls. the fix was horrible you can tell the hood is crooked and the hood engine light comes on. most horrible service ever.Services: Painting, Wheel alignment

I had a great experience at Dave's Collision. My vehicle was fixed quickly and correctly! He even fixed up some minor damage that wasn't necessary or part of the accident...free of charge! They also detailed the exterior of my vehicle...free of charge! Great business and I would recommend Dave to anyone that's needing their vehicle repaired from a collision! Thanks Dave!

Took a little longer than anticipated but the guys stayed late to make sure I had my car back asap. I didnt know what to expect after being rear ended ....figured you'd always be able to tell but they did an amazing job ...the car looks brand new and it was even cleaned in the inside when I got back which was unexpected. Admittedly I was a little annoyed at the time it took to complete but the amazing job was well worth the time it took.
