Came in with what I thought to be a straight HR forward serpentine belt replacement, come to find out I had a bad bearing on one of my pulleys. Tony was a great help and after my existing pulley cracked the team here did what they could using other parts to get me on the road and referred me to another mechanic. Thankful they carried my part and caught the bigger issue.

So I attempted to return my items to this store after speaking with Advanced Auto Parts. Upon arrival, I spoke to an individual that did not tell me his name, and none of them were wearing name tags. This individual appeared negative towards me because he knew of my intentions of returning the wheel covers I purchased and expecting a refund. He explained that he had encountered a situation where the items were not packaged but still accepted them from the individual, as long as the receipt was presented. However, he stated that he could have taken my items and provided me with a refund but did not do so because he was more worried about getting credit rather than taking care of the customer. Please do not do business with Advanced Auto Parts and their stores; go somewhere else.

I sincerely appreciate the two guys that assisted with the battery replacement in my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. By avoiding the dealership, they saved me over $300 and numerous hours. Both the rep at the counter and the rep that installed the battery were professional and quite knowledgeable. I was alarmed by all of the error messages after the install but everything worked perfectly as they assured me.

Tony that works there is great at what he does a nice guy and very reliable, and the tools we get back work great ,we go there all the time for the tools to get serviced.

They were so rude. And couldn't tell me anything that was wrong with my car. I wouldn't send my worse enemy here.
