They did a fantastic job. My poor baby was hurting after a run in with the carport pole and she was not looking her best. They healed her up nicely and you can't even tell there was a issue at all. They made the process so easy and were in constant communication during the whole thing. Could not ask for better work. Thank you for your help in fixing up my baby.Just wanted to add that I saw alot of comments about how stuff was stolen out of their car. They have atleast 3-4 signs posted that state you need to remove your personal belongs. Also the person that you drop of your car with asks you about 3 times and when you make a appointment they tell you atleast twice. If they remove the door, trunk or other parts they might be able to lock the car regardless to secure your items. They can only do so much, if a thief wants to get in to the yard they are going to get in. Fencing only works so much. When I picked up my vehicle, it didn't look like someone had gone through it and nothing was missing. I also took all precautions and took everything out that I would miss or needed. Just saying a ounce of precaution wouldn't hurt.

Staff was great, BUT.. when I picked my vehicle some of my person belongings hard been stolen and inside had been gone thru and stuff all moved around. I was told my car would be parked inside while it was being worked on. So I figured employees stole from me, then was told my car was left outside one night and wow.. the doors were left unlocked! I have a life time warranty with them for my paint job, but who wants to take a new car back to a company who can t keep it secure and safe. I was informed by management that they ve had theft problems there the past few months and was told id be given a gift card for my stress.. hhhmmm.. nothing yet. I do not recommend this place to anyone

Fantastic customer service! They repaired and restored our vehicle inside and out within a short time. Looks brand new again. Rental vehicle was also a breeze. Highly recommend this place for Collision Repair.

Terrible customer service. Just odd. Like requiring you to FILL your gas tank so they can drive it after the repairs are done. I m not sure it takes hundreds of miles to know if you fixed the repairs. I had a drivable car after an accident and I drove it there and had issues because it said it was a tow and wasn t. Couldn t help that as my insurance is the one who set up the appointment with them. And then after that took way too long to situate, they took almost a month to fix my vehicle. I think the total price was like almost $5k to fix.

Good repairs but vehicle broken into while in their possession. SCARY! Missing items from my car when picked up. Papers everywhere, items thrown around. Definitely Ransacked! Just went in the fix front grill and bumper, but my car couldn't have been locked at night, when it could have been. Would be afraid to leave my vehicle there again. Casa Grande shop, no security?

What a horrible experience. This company held my car 10 days just to replace a front bumper. S Lopez was the advisor. and pushed rental car reimbursement from your insurance like that would make the inconvenience any better. This place is milking insurance companies. I would have been better off taking my car to a mechanic shop of my choice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

DO NOT leave your car in their hands they have been getting robbed for over a month and don t do anything about it! My mother lost a lot of personal stuff from her car while they had it in their possession and they KNEW they been getting robbed and left her doors unlocked. Waste of time. do not come here, they ll keep your car just to not do the job right so you come back in a month or two.

Great work and communication. Can't go over how expensive the labor is compared to the cost of the parts. If I had do do this on my own I'd have to look around for other estimates.

Caliber Collision in Casa Grande done a Great job repairing my 2017 Tahoe that was damaged in a rear end collision. Jamie Dixon took care of me from start to finish. She is professional, customer service oriented, courteous and so easy to work with. She goes out of her way to do and make things right and correct. Stephen is great! He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. After our vehicle was ready, my husband decided he wanted to replace his running boards. Stephen worked with us to find a suitable replacement and with the installation. I would definitely recommend this place for your next body shop needs.

Customer service was great but when I got my vehicle back my arm rest area was damaged and does not close I have multiple items missing that were inside the arm rest department when I picked up the vehicle they stated no interior damaged was done only exterior so they re was no need for my items to be missing nor was it necessary for them to being inside my belonging when the problem was on the outside of the vehicle and again customer service was great but these other issues need to be fixed or soemone needs to be fired they get paid to fix vehicles not rob someone blind

Unfortunately someone had rear ended my brand new 2023 awhile ago. I was set up to go through Caliber Collision by the insurance and was not sure what to expect but overall was not expecting to be so PLEASED with the experience and efficiency by this location! The staff was amazing and friendly! I had the amazing pleasure to work with Jamie and she was very tentative, thorough and communicative throughout my entire experience. I was so frustrated at the situation I was put in with the accident but Jamie and her team made it look like it never happened in the first place! I was speechless and am forever grateful especially with how quickly they got the job done and my vehicle back to me. Should I ever have something like this happen again I know I m coming back to Caliber!

Ran over a tire on the freeway and it did some damage underneath my car. I worked with Stephen who was AMAZING. Everyone is very nice and really cares about making sure your vehicle is the #1 priority. They called with updates and details about fixes etc. They communicated with my insurance to make the process even smoother. My car was fixed and ready within 3 days. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! This is hands down the best place to take your car. Even if I moved out of town I think I would continue to go here.Service: Body & Trim

I was sent their by an insurance carrier and I was super happy with the constant updates from Jaime & the repair was quick and looks awesome. The drop off, pick up was smooth! 10/10 would recommend

Had some substantial damage to the rear of my 2023 Buick Encore GX. Acting on the advice of my insurance agent, I took the car to Caliber in Casa Grande, AZ. Five days later, when I picked up my car, I found it impossible to detect any sign of repairs having been done. All I can say is some great work was done. I would be remiss if I failed to mention Jamie, Caliber's service rep. She texted me with updates on a daily basis an seemed to truly care about my experience being a pleasant one. A lot of customer service reps could learn from her what excellent representation of their businesses really looks like. Great job Jamie!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Casa Grande from beginning to end. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, honest and a pleasure to work with. My car was done quicker than expected and looks fantastic. I highly recommend if you have been in an accident to give them a try.

Recently I had a ladder fall off a white pickup truck going down the 202 . It hit the front end and damage was incredible. Caliber Collision made it look like it never happened. The mechanics were good at explaining the procedures, was given a time estimate and kept up to date. It was an impressive display of great teamwork and quality workmanship!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So far they have been very professional, courteous, & friendly. Response to what I see was needed was great. I haven't picked up my car so I can't comment on repair quality.Speedy repair so far. Estimated ready on Friday 31st approximately 3 weeks.

The staff at Caliber collision were extremely helpful and professional, although they schedule appointments for quotes they allowed me to come in as a walk-in and quoted the damages fast. I would definitely recommend them. Fast, friendly and professional

Experience was poor,was informed that I needed to have an appointment, just to get an estimate, so I went somewhere else, got an estimate within the next hour. They are now doing the work. I do not recommend your shop.
