Miguel was awesome. My rear brakes had started making a really bad grinding noise. I called Miguel and he got my car in quickly. Less than 3 hours he called me back and told me that my car was ready for pickup. Super nice, quality work, great service. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. The price was very reasonable and affordable.

Fast, front desk was very friendly and efficient. Clean restroom and waiting area. Had coloring pages for children which we used done with everything within 1 hours or less

I have had 1 bad experience with this location at Brake Masters, they were trying to tell me I needed all four brakes and rotors done when I needed just the pads. Then this time around when I came to do the pads and rotors (same rotors from before) they said the rotors looked good, but pads were getting low. This last time they were honest to me and didn t try to upsell me things I didn t need.

We took our rav4 in for a brake job. I knew it needed pads but ended up needing rotors as well. When they finished the inspection I was also told the control arms were worn and needed replaced as well as the power booster and master cylinder. So I agreed to the work which ended up totaling over 3800 dollars. I was told the work would be completed by end of day. Called at 5 pm to check on it since I hadn't heard anything. Thye told me come down when I got there I was told the master cylinder didn't come in that we would be the first project Monday. As i was cleanin stuff out of the car the tech said the hot brake smell and smoke coming from the wheel was because they packed the new rotors in grease. We picked the car up on Monday drove to get our kids in mesa. On the way up we noticed a hot brake smell when stopped in traffic. Then when we got home there was smoke coming off the brakes. We took it back on but techs were all gone for the day again told we'd be first project in the morning. I called at 1030 the next morning the guy at the counter had no idea why my car was there and it hadn't been touched. They finally got to workon it and at 430 told me the booster they installed was bad and needed replaced. It took another two days to get that work done. So at this point it's been 5 days that my car has been in the shop. We got the car back and no the car idles really rough which wasn't happening before the brakes still aren't stopping correctly and the traction system on our vehicle has been disabled. I am beyond furious at this point and with the money I've spent on the repairs I'd expect my vehicle to be running smoothly and not have additional problems added that weren't happening before.

I went to Brake Masters because my car was driving really rough. Kevin helped me out. It was coil pack that was lose and they took care of it for me. I definitely recommend You get your work down there. Awesome job!!

The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. They where fast I go to other places and it takes up to 30 min to an hour. Loved coming here and will again.

Recently, I was traveling through Casa Grande, AZ and I had a leak of my caliper in the rear passenger side causing my brakes to fail. Apparently the rear breaks and rotors needed to be replaced as a result. This was over $1300. They were available to fix things right away, so that is why I am giving 2 stars instead of only 1 star. But they told me that my front brakes also needed to be replaced. I said I wanted a second opinion on the front brakes. When I got the second opinion today, I was told my front brakes were at 10-12 in wear and were fine! So they tried to cheat me, at least as to the front brakes, and who knows maybe did so as to the rear ones too. Not to be trusted. Shameful attempt at taking advantage of an older woman alone on the road.

Went in today as a walk-in as I needed an oil change. I had first tried a low-end auto place down the road who didn't carry the filter my car needed, so I ended up trying Brake Masters instead. I honestly probably lucked out and adverted a bad auto job at the other place. The front desk here was great! I believe his name was Miguel, who was very kind and straightforward. He made the task very easy and simple. and fit my car in even though it was the end of the day. I waited around 45-1hr, which was fine considering I didn't have an appt, and I'd rather they take their time on my car than rush. I will definitely be back for other maintenance services and will update my post if anything changes. But so far, so good, and I'm glad to have found this place.

Great Honest and value. Customer service is fantastic. The manager has been here for years he is straight forward and gets the job done will continue to bring my cars here. Clean environment. Welcoming and 5 star experience

Did a great job on the service done but be careful. I went in because my air conditioning was turning off. When I dropped it off I explained it was turning off randomly and not blowing cold air.Paid a $25 diagnostic test I received an ad for in my email. I was told the compressor is fine after their tests and then paid $900 for Freon and valve repair. Pretty standard fee there so no problem. Not complaining about that at all. But I don t think the compressor was ever checked like I told them.The air continued to turn off so I dropped the car off again and said the same thing is still happening. So now that they finally looked at the compressor and realized it is going out like I thought it was in the beginning I had to pay another $700 for a repair and instead of admitting that perhaps they made a mistake by not looking into it correctly the first time I was accused of not telling them what was happening clearly. Which is not true at all.Pretty disappointed with this level of customer support and accusations. It s a bummer I will likely never be back because they are conveniently located next to my work.Perhaps they re better at brakes.Service: Air conditioning

I dealt with Miguel and was impressed by his professionalism and the overall atmosphere. They quoted me a price and even allowed me to purchase a specific item from a different establishment and did not hesitate to install it. Excellent work and my brakes are great. Miguel is awesome. His smile and friendliness with customers really makes the sting of paying for car troubles more bearable. They did excellent work and in a timely manor. Plus the prices were good. I will definitely go to them again for all my car services.

I didn't have a lot of time before work, so I called ahead to see if they had any openings. They told me I could get one in 45 mins and to just come in. I was helped immediately, and they actually got done a few mins early. Everyone was super nice, too.

These guys saved me and my dogs, fan belt shredded on the freeway in 113 degrees and they were there 15 minutes after being called. Towed my vehicle to Brake Masters and they fixed the problem and had me on my way the next day. Super friendly, very reasonable rates and quick reliable service. I highly recommend them. Seriously, Brake Masters is my new go to for everything auto! Thank you for being so reliable, ***** Five Star rating in my book!

Miguel was very pleasant and helpful at the front desk and assisted me from my call in for a quote to finished service. The shop did not try to up-sell me on any parts or labor that I did not need. They allowed me to buy my own parts and bring them in for a quick and easy install. Miguel was awesome and the manager there whose name I don't remember I'm so sorry they are all jokesters LOL very friendly. They got me in right away order the parts I was in the very next morning they took care of my car in 1 hour and 15 minutes they put two guys on it to do my brakes and rotors. Thank you so much gentlemen from Rhonda with the Honda LOL

Stopped in to make an appointment. They had time then so I stayed. Was done in the hour they stated . 2 things kept me from giving 5 stars. 1. They didn't ask me which of the 3 packages I wanted. Don't know if that was because they assumed my 2013 car was high mileage,it only has 29k on it, or because I was a woman. I would have taken the full synthetic package because of the heat here in Az but it would have been nice to be asked especially for the price. 2. Mechanic changed the station on my radio. I don't care if he used in the short time he drove it but change it back . I know sounds Kareney

About a year ago my wife took our van there as the alternator went out when we were traveling to Phoenix. Fast forward a year and my AC goes out. How are the two related you might ask? My mechanic told me whoever put the alternator in didn't put the boot on the protects the wires from crossing. They said it was just a matter of time and bumps in the road, so the wires crossed, and shorted my AC compressor and possibly my TIPM (problem still ongoing so I'm not sure yet). Now I've had the compressor replaced and the power still isn't going to it. These people ruined my car with their negligence and unfortunately the problem didn't show up for a while so I have no recourse other than to warn you to STAY AWAY from this place and their shoddy work. This place has cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in additional work. DO NOT GO HERE.Service: Electrical

I was patiently looking for a quality, honest, reliable, oil change location...just about ready to get one anywhere and my Fience & I somehow arrived up faithfully here at Brake Masters and I achieved one for the best timely, exceptional deal. The team at Brake Masters #212 came through with good timing and did the right thing for a growing man that's going to be more successful. Intergerity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. You've got to look under the hood & maintain alignment in the path that God has planned for you, the way He intends for us. This great team has done for me a very valuable thing that I needed to accomplish in the great kingdom the Lord has created. Much appreciated!

My car went dead and I had it towed to this business. I have used them for about 7 years, and I continue to because they have always been honest and fair with me. This time was important because I desperately needed the car for the next day. Although each service bay was full and it was early in the afternoon, they were able to complete the 4 hour job in time to have me car ready before closing. Cannot thank them enough.

Don t use these guys or any brakes masters. Had them do my wheel bearing and they put in faulty part- fine things happen but they didn t make it right. They refused to pay for the tow or even acknowledge that they were at fault because they did everything right so I paid for my own tow and guess what? It was THEIR FAULTY PART. They did fix it and they did give me a free oil change. You think they were trying to make things right, NOPE they picked at my coolant leak (mind you they were just suppose to be doing the free oil change for their mess up) that I knew was there but wasn t an issue until they picked at it. At the same time I had a dead battery and asked them to hold off on some other work till I got a second opinion on what I should do first, the manager proceeded to lie to my friend that he had already started working on my car when they hadn t even lift my car up yet. He just wanted me to pay for the coolant instead of my battery because money. I was outside watching as I had my dog with me and saw the moment the manager picked up the phone to the minute my friend called me and they were not working on my car. These people are liars, sloppy, and honestly just want your money. I would have gladly kept coming here and paying a higher price if these people were just honest.Services: Auto battery maintenance, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Typical horrible big box shop. I was sent here by discount tire to have a wheel stud replaced that discount stripped out. Went in on a Friday made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Get to the appointment and was told I needed to drop it off or make an appointment. That is sure sing of a poorly ran shop that no one should trust thier vehicles to.
