I went to multiple shops to get my turn signal replaced and was told there would be a minimum of an hour wait. When I went to Big O, although they were busy too, they were able to squeeze me in. Not only was it a 5 minute wait, Steven the manager didn t even charge me! What?! When does that happen? I need some work done on my car and will need some new tires soon. They will absolutely have my business. Thank you Big O!

I took my car in for an oil change and alignment check. When I picked it up I couldn't drive it. It felt like the wheels were way out of alignment. They put it back on the hoist. After awhile Steve the manager came and said he had something to show me. The tie rods were worn out and it was no wonder it wouldn't stay in alignment. He told me he would order the parts and put them in. I asked "how much is that going to cost me?" He obviously checked the history of the car and saw that I had complained about the noise before. He told me to keep a good customer happy it would cost me nothing. The first time I took my car to Big O I told them I was looking for a repair facility that would always be honest with me and take care of my 2002 Chrysler 300M. Steve has kept me as a customer and friend. Thanks to Steve my car drives better than it did new.

Dale and Jeff kept me informed and completed several tasks brakes, hoses , belts, safety inspection, air filter,coolant system tire pressure check, oil change/ filter, this was a general service call for updating overall general maintenance and I drove the car 80 miles after the work was completed and the car drives like new THANK YOU DALE AND JEFF WOW THESE GUYS STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK GREAT JOB GUYS AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Will I got up to a flat tire, and I had to be at work , went to Discount tire, because said they opened at 7 but didn't open till 8 . I called Firestone and Josh answered ( great guy ) I told hem I was i need a tire ASAP, and u know what I pulled up and he was already walking out to my car . He got all my information and my car was done in an hour . Just such great customer service. Thank u Josh

Came yesterday w low tire pressure. Happened again this am so I came here. They got the nail out and repaired my tire at no charge! Highly recommend the friendly crew anf great service!!

So I'm not going to lie the first time I went to big o tires I was highly upset and very disappointed after talking with the manager Steven about my experience he went out of his way to change my opinion about big o tires I did have to go back a few times for them to correct the problems I was having however I haven't had a problem since. So when I got a new car and needed new tires big o tires was the first place I called. I was so impressed with this last trip there that I knew I needed to post a good review. I was in and out fast and got everything I needed worked on. Thank you big o tires!

While traveling back to San Diego from Tucson after a Motorcycle Competition our trailer blew a tire. Our spare was suspect as well. The only tire shop open that Sunday was the Big O Tire center in Casa Grande. Eduardo Mendez was extremely helpful in getting us set up with 2 new trailer tires; and the staff got us in and out promptly, and back on our way in no time. A great experience. A shout out to Eduardo and his technicians from the San Diego Police Motorcycle Unit! Give them a chance to provide you with the same excellent service!

I will not ever go to this place - my last visit - what I made an appointment for was supposed to be free - they charged me $150.00 They did allow me to take my truck to go retrieve the rest of the money they claimed I owed them. When my Husband explained to them the wrongful charge we were asked to bring that bank statement in so corrections could be made. 30 days later corrections were made.

If negative was an option I'd take it. I'm currently stuck here now for 4.5hrs for tire change and realignment that was supposed to be finished yesterday but they didn't load the correct tire into their truck. This guy Eduardo looks like someone I'd keep my kids faaaaar away from. And showered definitely not up his alley. His customer service and language is horrendous. I feel sorry for anyone working with that thing. Hopefully we'll be out soon and never ever come back. Avoid this place if you can. Legit just stopped work to help a friend out....this place blows

I highly recommend Big O tires for any service on your vehicle. Also customer service is excellent as well as the mechanics. The store manager Steven Washington is excellent he answered all the questions that I had. Store # 0044246.

Oil change and tire rotation with a thorough courtesy check. Miguel did great work and Dale was very knowledgeable and covered all the bases. The price was surprisingly competitive. 10/10 will go back.

Been to this location several times! Got another oil change done on my vehicle and thought I may need new brakes, Steven said they would inspect them and let me know. Rather then charge me for something I didn't need, I greatly appreciate it his honesty! I never feel pressured and I know I get quality service for a great price! Thank you Steven and your team! You guys rock!!

Honestly, I'm at a crossroad. On one hand, staff was great. On the other hand, staff didn't shoot me straight. On the third hand, staff did me a solid. Mechanic was just doing his work, no fault on his part. Confident with an estimated 45mins, turned into a day later with around 2hrs of work......

I highly recommend this big O tire. I usually go to discount my low profile tires are literally under warranty there. I ended up with a screw in my tire on my 2023 dodge challenger on I10 while traveling from Awatukee to Tucson. To make it worse it was pouring rain, my phone was being stupid and it was just not my day. I tried calling big o tire at least a million times less than 1/2 hour before they closed. Dale, was the employee who kept answering. I could hear him but he couldn't hear me and not only did Dale return my call several times, but he answered everytime I called until finally he could hear me. He then waited almost 45 minutes after the store closed for me to arrive at the shop. Dale then helped me figure out the tire repair tool that comes standard in the new challengers (in place of a spare tire ). He stayed after his shift to help me out of pure kindness fix my tire. It's not often you come across people who are willing to assist make a stressful situation less difficult to deal with. But Dale not only made ot less stressful he literly fixed my issue for me.If I could give 100 stars I would best service I have experienced in a long time. THANK YOU.

If I could give negative stars I would. First off, I came in for an alignment and Eduardo (Guardo) has an attitude and his customer service is terrible. Second I had a $50 bill in my middle console and when my car was finished the $50 was missing and was stuffed with dirty napkins. Third I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no manager and that he was the assistant, so I told him the problem and he said he would check cameras. Fourth he was answering phone and my mother was in there talking to them and told her there was a manager checking the camera and that it was going slow.Not only does he lack customer service, he s also untruthful and someone in there is a thief.I will never come here again and I hope whoever brings their car here is aware of the things in their car because it might come up missing.

I was on 7% oil so I did a walk in and got the high mileage plan. it is what I recommend even if someone can't afford it. they got what I needed done in good time. now my car runs great

Took my car for a simple oil change. Literally the exact same day, I get in my car and my check engine light is on and shaking hard. Take it back the very next day first thing in the morning and they tell me they can t do anything until Tuesday when the mechanic is there for a diagnostic. Take it in at 8am go pick it up at 5:30 and nothing is done except a we tried to call you but it went to voicemail. Apparently they don t know how to do their job or leave voicemails and then want to tell me it s going to be $569.44 to find out this problem. Avoid and go somewhere else. Took it in for something simple and came out with more problems that they tried to say were probably already there. But I never had any issues with this before and it s just a coincidence hours after leaving my car now has these problems

Took my car early morning like around 7am on 11/25 to get my tire checked out due to the tire light popping back up after adding air every couple days, Eduardo who checked me in had an attitude telling me I had 3 profiles with them as if I knew that? I picked the car back up at 11:45, wasn t even told what was wrong with the tire, so I asked what was wrong? Eduardo said the tire valve and that s it, when he called to tell me my car was ready he was very rude over the phone saying I ve tried to call you 10 times and you don t answer! I only had 1 missed phone call? Then 5 minutes later I get a text that says the car is ready, if you couldn t get ahold, you could ve simply sent the message, the next day I had to put more air in my tire again, and then yesterday 11/28 tire light pops back up, I brought my car to big o tires in maricopa and was told I had a nail in the tire, they took it out and patched it up I was in and out in about an hour or so.

If you had asked me the day I bought my tires I would have given them 5 stars but the true measure of customer service is the follow up care. This is my 3 rd flat while covered and omg. Every flat takes a full day plus. Eduardo is rude and very unprofessional. He says things like Boe doesn t know what he s talking about and That employee is getting old, not sure why he said that. If that was my wife I d give her a whipping. If I had an employee that talked like that in front of customers they would be gone. He moves his friends to the front of the line and leaves everyone else under served. I wouldn t trust this man as far as I could throw him.I was a long time customer of Big O in Tucson and in California, but today was the last straw for me.Lots of other places in town and I m sure I won t be missed by Eduardo. One more thing, Boe is polite and although he was also put in a hard place with an issue of a tire not being available he was apologetic and solved the issue in an honest way.

This place is worth your time for getting your vehicle serviced? The people there are knowledgeable and polite. The prices are comparable to the market at this time. I had a good experiece and they also have a waiting room with TV, food, coffee and bottles of water to grab anytime you need a bite or a drink?

My husband went this morning to have oil change, I went shopping later that evening, to find oil all over asphalt and dripping. I wish I could post video and picture. Not happy.

Fast efficient and staff is pleasant to deal with. Only reason no 5 star is 4 out out of 5 times I drop my car off for one thing I get a call telling me you need this and this and this as well so my $100 bill turns into a $600 bill. I appreciate the efficiency but wallet does not. I would definitely recommend this place for sure.

I went for a simple balance and rotation since my car was vibrating, they charged me and did not solve the problem, I went to another trusted tire shop and it was just balancing the wheels, I will definitely not return here!!

This location is amazing! Newly remodeled, looks so much better, nice and clean. The crew was so friendly, I was greeted by a service advisor before I even walked to the door. The manager was AMAZING, he made sure we were happy and taken care of. They were able to fix my tire and get my oil changed quick. My kids love the complimentary popcorn and donuts in the customer lounge. This location will be getting my business from now on!

You were running a little late, (� hour) but I was told about it when I arrived. Also I understand you were understaffed, so I was not surprised by that information. But when you took my truck in, everything was done quickly, and it appeared that he was doing a very professional job. (Yes I watched him for a few minutes) Thank You for a professional job.
