My tire was flat this morning. Took it to the one on Pinal. They didn't have a tire for me but put on my donut for free! The other shop has my size so going over tomorrow as I ran out of time today! Thank you so much for rescuing me!

Big ham tires is awesome, I bought tires from there quite a few times they always give me a direct quote not ever changing the price when I go in to pay. They always tell you straight out that's going to be this price that's including everything. They're just awesome all the way around polite courteous so professional. I'd recommend you doing business with them.

Went there yesterday picked out some rims picked out some tires they put an order in for me. It arrived this morning! I went in there quickly got things taken care of! Nice fast efficient service. Great customer service while I was at the shop and even before I arrived. Sent pics to make sure they could find what I needed. And they didn t make me feel ignorant for not knowing a whole lot about cars I told him what I needed and they made sure I got it without charging me up matter fact I gave them a budget and I paid less what I budgeted And still got what I was looking for. I settled for used rims but they looked pretty new and I got brand new tires for a really good price. Would definitely recommend and if I need this type of service again this is where I will go!!

My husband and I had a blowout on the interstate and Big Ham was the only one that answered the phone at 7:45 on Saturday morning. Very reasonably priced, clean and organized shop. LJ was very helpful and friendly.

I liked the 2 shops open. Jimmy kerr is close to my house. They get the job done snd im on my way. And its affordable. Gonna miss this tire shop

I went there at 7:10pm to get a tire but they didn t have to correct size. They male was trying sell me an incorrect size for $40, I only had $36. I asked him if he can make a deal since they didn t have my size. He told me no. I then proceeded to tell him you re really going to lose a customer over $4. I thought the way he handled the situation was with his emotions instead of a business point of view. I tried to ask him for his name and he stated he didn t need to give me his name. He was very unprofessional.

They were the only place open late like it states on the site, unlike all others that claim they re open late but were all closed. He was friendly and fast. Thank you!

I did business with them for the first time today. Mr. Ham was amazing. I had been all over town trying to find tires or rims for a trailer we have. Mr. Ham got me what I needed and put my tire drama to a close. We will definitely be using their company again!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased new tires for $500 they were not even mounted correctly to begin with nor balanced!! It took 2 more visits and time wasted to try and get the balancing right and STILL weren't balanced correctly in fact I finally took my business elsewhere and my tires were off 1/2 pound to a pound each tire. Will not be going back or reccomend this place to anyone

My brother and I went exploring in my truck and not 1, not 2 but 3 tires wound up blowing out due to the terrain. They were kind enough to wait until we arrived and made sure we were taken great care of. You guys are amazing and thank you for being the best representation of what Casa Grande is really about.

I used them for my charity vehicle. Went to Florida and back on used tires i bought from them. Great deal. On my personal vehicle I just had a bolt removed from a tire. Patch/plug is holding well. Good people.

The guy who answered the phone couldn t even tell me if he would be able to get a vehicle in for a mount and balance. His words were if I m too busy then I m too busy . It s not rocket science. Do you have time or are you booked for the day?

Big Ham has the best tire deals in town and can get almost any brand tire out there. If you order early enough, he can even get it the same day! He has a large selection of used tires and also has rims on site. I have 5 vehicles and I've bought all my tires from him ranging from 20s, 22s, 24s & 26s. He's an honest, straight up business man. I would highly recommend him for any tire service you need.

Went here to get tires i bought put on paid them to mount and balance my tires so they said they did 2 weeks down the road take my car to shop to see why its shaking still even tho I got red of the bad tires and was shown and told they were not balance wheel still had the rubbery weights from factory when it came off the line called to have them fix there mistake they were cool with me until I was told they would charge me again for a balance when they failed to do so the first time the gentleman automatically switch up and didn't know what I was talking about all of a sudden bad business do not recommend they will ripped you off given the chance very shady people working there better off going to a big os or first firstone hope this helps make sure they don't do this to another vulnerable customer in need of cheap help also tipped so I feel cheated

Came from out of town and had a flat. When the didn't have my tire at one shop I was thankful the had a second shop which had my size. Highly recommend them.

They sell new tires however I come here too often for used tires and these guys do a great job and if they do not have what you're looking for they can get it . They are friendly have great customer service and get you in and out of there in a timely manner .

I called first and he had my size.I only needed 1 tire, It was quick and the same price I was quoted over the phone. NO B.S.I definitely recommend Big Ham Tires.

I don't go anywhere else, this place has my tires and if not, they usually have them shipped sooner than any other brand company. I don't trust anybody else with my tire services
