I have had a slow leak for a while and decided last minute to get my tire fixed. They got me right in and out within the hour (unlike the other tire shops). Super nice and offered me an affordable solution. I ll be back and will refer friends.

Great service, would highly recommend! They got me right in when my car needed tires. It was such amazing service, I brought my van in a few days later for servicing. They were very professional, personable, and priced fairly. I will definitely be back!

This place is awesome! I highly recommend to go for any tire issue you have. They are so helpful and pleasant customer service!Being new in the area I came in due to being desperate that my tire was loosing air fast. Apparently it ran over a nail. I pulled in without an appointment in this establishment and they were able to finish me up within an hour and fixed and plugged my nail puncture on my tire! I was amazed how great their customer service is! I would go back again when I need help such as this. Or other services if I get an affordable repair quote. Thanks to the 2 people who was very pleasant and helpful at the front lobby.Awesome work! Another thumbs up for this town.

Very friendly staff and my tires were special order and they came in very fast. I would recommend this tire shop. Dillon is super nice, but I feel bad that my old tires didn t want to come off my Class C. Thanks guys!

I drove to Casa Grande to have new tires put on my dually 3500 . The guys took care of me and were courteous and professional. Took their time to make sure I was going to be safe! Thanks for a great experience!!!

I Drove half hour to casa grande to get tires mounted and balanced. I paid $80 online for the service. I get to the location and ask to have two more sets done as well. To my surprise I am quoted $360. The $80 tire service included. Dismounting, remounting, and balancing and mounting to the vehicle. I had loaded up my entire truck bed with three sets of tires and two sets of wheels to get a we don t want to do it quote. I had called prior to confirm the job could be done. The tire service wasn t quick either, my time is valuable and it pains me to see one guy working and 3-4 other people standing around laughing while on the clock. I was the only customer there. I went somewhere else. The only pro to my visit was the counter clerk, very nice guy.

So I thought I found a new place to take my car that was reasonable, after speaking with someone and telling them what I needed I made an appointment, while I'm sitting there one of the guys worked there walk in and mentioned my car and one of the services I was having done, so I questioned it and was told that he's not the one that normally do that service. Ok fine. after almost 2 hrs waiting I was told my car was finished, when I went to pay I was told that service that was mentioned earlier was not able to be done and they needed to order fluid and an appointment was set for a few days out. This morning I called to make sure the fluid arrived and was told it did. 10 mins later I get a call saying it was the wrong fluid. So I ask why wasn't it checked so that the correct fluid could have made it. With no explanation or new date of when they could have the fluid i have to find a new place to take my car and spend much more when I could have taken it elsewhere with a discounted price for having all the services done at one time at the other place. So I don't recommend this place not very good communication.

SENIOR CITIZENS AND WOMEN BEWARE!!! I sent my elderly mother there, as we live cities apart. She asked for a front end alignment. There were driving safety issues, in need of being rectified, prior to an allignment. Mom asked for an estimate, for the said repairs. The estimate was $2989 and some change. I called another, run of the mill auto shop that did exactly what Big Brand listed, in the Big Brand estimate. The exact same repairs with brand new parts was $75 less than half as much, as what Big Brand Tires and Service tried shystering my mother into paying them. Big Brand Tire and Service uses�unscrupulous,�fraudulent, or�deceptive�methods in business. I wouldn't give them a single star but one is the least that I can post. SENIOR CITIZENS AND WOMEN BEWARE!!!

I went to get a diagnostic test done and the gentleman who helped me at the desk and the mechanic who worked on my car were very efficient and helpful answering all my questions. I would refer my friends and family to them anytime.

Very pleased with the service pointed out some things that will need to be taken care of in the future not sure you would get that info from just an oil change service

This location was beyond helpful and extremely kind! I went in for an inspection and the store manager and mechanic were so communicative and continued to search to find a solution and help advise me on the best way to go about the repairs! They were very patient and respectful! I highly recommend this shop as this will be my new go to for repairs and car concerns!! Thank you all for your help.

We were passing through town and needed a tire-rotation. It was covered by Toyota, but none of the dealers (from Arizona to Montana) would work us in (too booked). These BBTS guys were right on time! FREE, tires rotated in 20 minutes. Comfortable waiting room and cold drinking water. Friendly staff and professional all the way. Too bad I didn't need new tires. Great experience!!! Thanks guys!!!

I dealt with dylan at the counter he was very polite and knew exactly what I wanted and didn't push me towards buying things I don't need. The assistant manager Mike was also great to deal with making sure I was happy with my repairs.

this is the best service i have ever had at a tire shop. Came in and bought some tires and they looked awesome. But their sensor machine to reset my monitor was down. waited a couple weeks and noticed that the sensor came off the truck and was slightly damaging the tire. they went ahead and ordered me a new tire and replaced my sensor at no cost. everyone that works there is super nice and are willing to help out any customer in need. it was done at a great time too. definitely recommend coming here for your problems with your vehicle. they can do anything.

I WENT IN TO GET A TIRE REPAIRED AND DYLAN WAS AWESOME HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS POLITE AND ANSWERED ALL.MY QUESTIONS ...GREAT JOB ..ALSO TAKODA ONE OF THE TECHS WAS JUST AS HELPFUL WHEN I HAD SOME MECHANICAL QUESTION GREAT PEOPLE

Shopping for rear brake replacement on my F-150. Dillon gave me the best quote, showed me my worn parts,excellent and timely repairs. The staff is very friendly, the store and bays are clean and organized. I will definitely be back for other services!

Excellent customer service! I had 2 tires replaced and they had me in and out in less than 45 minutes and at a very reasonable cost. George at the front desk was exceptionally kind and very knowledgeable in regards to my questions. Will definitely recommend and be a returning customer!! I highly recommend Big Brand Tire and Service in Casa Grande. I had a terrible experience with Jones Ford in Casa Grande, Arizona. Therefore, I took my vehicle out of the dealership and took it to Big Brand Tire and Service. Amber, George, Nelson, and their staff, are very kind, friendly, and respectful people with great people skills. They worked on my car, and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle on a regular basis. Contrary to Jones dealer, they had my vehicle for 2 months and could not complete the repairs. Then I took it to Big Brand Tire and Service, and my vehicle was out of there in 2 days. Kudos to the employees of Big Brand Tire and Service.
