I stopped for a fob battery for my car. When asked if they could help me with anything else, I jokingly said that if they had windshield wipers they would save me another stop & hassle. They had them! They are just testing out the market & had limited supply, but had my car model's. As Artemis attempted to put them on in the wind & cold only wearing a tshirt, we discovered that there was a lot of dirt & sand built up in there & was difficult to get my old wipers off. He went & got the mngr, Jesse. Soon we also has Jason. All those young men were out there in their tshirt getting the job done. They were awesome & the help they gave me was fantastic! Did I mention the prices? Reasonable prices for quality product. If ever need their services when in CG, again they will see me!

Bought a Expesive car battery at this location, Started to have problems with ,.took the baterry in the store 3 times ,just to be told it was good and they would not replace it. Even though it had another year left on the warranty, So we took it to phx and the store owner up there tested it and instantly said it was very bad, and gave us a replacement, with no hassle. Don't waste your tine and money at the Casa Grande location!

I brought my daughter's phone to this establishment for a repair, and we were initially told it would take two weeks. After confirming the phone's readiness and driving over 49 minutes to pick it up, I was disappointed to find it was not ready. The manager failed to take responsibility for the incorrect information provided by their employee and avoided speaking with me. Despite requesting to speak with the manager, I never got the chance to do so, nor did I receive a call informing me that the device was ready for pickup. To top it off, I paid $250.00 only to be advised to buy a phone case or glue the screen myself. Needless to say, I WON'T be returning here. If I could give a zero star, I would.

Bought a North star battery here about 3 years ago never had a problem with it.About 4 months ago my car wouldn't start and hesitate and wanna die while I'm driving it .This car stays on a battery tender when not being drivin so the battery's never drained.Took it to the store to check it they put the load tester on it since it stayed in the green they said it was still good.They checked the cranking amps and this battery is ratedFor 750 cold cranking amps it tested at 230 cranking amps after they checked it twice and kept it over night the second time and charged it,the manager said it stays in the green it's still good.then he said all the machines will fail on the mid tronick machines because of the terminal posts.this is a expensive battery with better post for better contacts not a cheaper battery that you cant test it.if the machine would fail everytime you tested it, wouldn't the alternator not charge the battery then cause it cant make good contacts .so we then went back and had the guy working there check three different batteries and they all tested over what they were rated for so I guess we're still wrong and he even seemed blown away by it.so 4 times of hauling this battery out the car over to the store and then getting the it's all good and there's nothing we can do about it .we took it to the battery's plus in Phoenix he tested with the machine and it tested the same 240 ish cranking amps and was like yup that's bad.He said we can warranty it but didn't have one so he called the other store down the road and I got the battery replaced now my car runs normal again .so I guess just go to the valley if you looking for this type of battery cause going four times and calling corpate doesn't get you any where. Spending 350 on a battery with a 5 year warranty you don't get that warranty at this location .

Our outdoor lites are obsolete. Due to their percervience they found a LED replacement. Installed 1, works great. I went back and got more. Customer Service is great there, extremely helpful.

This was my first experience buying a vehicle battery from Batteries Plus. I opted for the free installation. I was very impressed with the gentleman that installed the battery. He answered all my questions and made sure the battery was safely installed. One of the terminal posts was a little loose, he wasn t happy with this and conveyed his concern for my safety should it come loose. He made sure things were corrected immediately and all connections were secure. I am so grateful for the professionalism and curtesy of this store. Great staff! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The store was clean, well organized. The front desk assistant was very helpful and the manager was involved and extremely helpful and friendly to my needs. I would highly recommend this business to anybody who has any needs they provide.

After I called late in the afternoon, to check stock on an item, I was assured that they had it and Frank kept the store open until I got there. It turned out that the Batteries Plus look-up reference specified the wrong battery for my particular smartphone, but with my old battery in hand, we found the correct one and he even replaced it into my phone. Normally, a small store with no other customers might close a bit early on a Friday evening especially before Christmas, but Frank stayed there awaiting my arrival from 25 miles away. I'm very grateful for his service and enabled me to have a functioning phone over the weekend. I'd recommend this store to anyone needing an unusual battery.

Had a battery installed a couple of days ago. It went pretty good, but there were a couple of issues. One of which required undoing everything, moving the battery about 1or 2 inches and hooking everything back up. They were patient and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Super big thank you to Jesse! Dropped my phone and was unable to use it and he fixed my screen the same day and towards the end of his shift! Extremely helpful and I will be forever grateful! 10/10 would crack my phone again.

Absolute NIGHTMARE service here. After driving 45 minutes each way to get to this store to try to get a mistake made by their tech corrected. At least I sure hope it was a mistake because if they intentionally used different style screws to re assemble my iPhone when they changed the screen out the last time it broke then that's way messed up if you ask me that would mean that their techs that are supposed to be professional at what they do went out of their way to maliciously use screws that only they can remove to force who ever takes the phone apart next to bring it back to them to remove these specialty screws that only they have the tool to remove. On top of that I was standing in the store for 20 minutes before anyone said a word to me. I come into this store after working all day and I'm sorry that my job requires me to get dirty while I work but you don't need to discriminate against me because I am dirty and might look poor to you. I happen to be a very well paying customer that has already spent 100s of dollars at this location. But after this God awful experience I will most definitely be taking my hard earned money elsewhere even if that means driving over a hour to the valley to do so. If I could leave you a zero star review I would. Also the employee that I was treated in such a manner from was not just some grunt min wage worker it was the owner of the shop you would think the owner would have been intelligent enough to provide better service to a already established customer. Oh well you if I were a new customer reading this review I would stay far away from this store!

Fantastic experience. Their system wasn t pulling up the battery for my car, so he had to go out and look at the battery. They had it in stock and replaced it for me right away. The whole process took about 30 minutes. They also replaced 3 key fob batteries for me.

I ordered online and it was available for store pickup within minutes. The staff was helpful and courteous. Oh and the most important part of my experience was that my purchase of a battery worked perfectly! Don't shop just anywhere online and wait days for what you need, shop online at Batteries Plus Bulbs and get it that day!

Great prices and great people to work with at the Casa Grande AZ storeI have been doing business with them for 3 or so years and the staff is great. Jessica is great to work with as well as the hands on owner !Makes my job less stressful :) win win for me. Give them a try and you wont be disappointed.

Great guys! I walked in with 4 minutes to spare before they closed, I didn't realize they closed at 7pm on a Friday. Didn't bother them one bit, I still apologized but they were fine and said " We're here for you."Not getting into why I needed to return the halogen bulbs, but didn't realize their return is for 24 days, it was 2 days late, but with husband being a truck driver, it's hard when he is home for short periods and not enough time to do it all.The main associate, maybe night mgr. Was nice enough to return them for me and credited my acct.So I do appreciate these guys, and reccomend their services.

Terrible experience. Drove 20 miles with my elderly father down to the store to pick up 6 batteries for his golf cart. Cashier was ringing him up and everything was going smoothly. Then we got the total and it was about almost $700 when we were expecting about $600. My father seemed confused and explained that he thought the price was $15 less per battery, he just saw them at another location the day before. The cashier seemed new and confused. I think he genuinely was. The older guy behind the counter seemed a bit rude and gave us some attitude you saw that price on OUR website?? And my dad was sure he had. I began to doubt my aging father expecting of course the store would be right. We asked for the Gilbert store s phone number. They didn t seem in a hurry to find it. I pulled it up on my phone and called them. Sure enough they had the batteries for $15 less per battery. They explained that franchise stores can set their own pricing! The store we were standing in didn t tell us that, they just acted confused as to where my father could have seen a lower price. The younger cashier kindly called the manager on her cell phone but she declined to price match or do anything for us. Obviously we walked out with no batteries and a 40 mile wasted trip. Disgusted with this place I won t be shopping here again.

We had a great experience ordering the batteries online and picking them up at the store. The store clerk was quick to locate our order and bring out the two batteries. It went very smoothly, and made for a quick stop.

Store manager repeatedly talked over me, not really interested in helping me find a solution to my cell phone battery problem. Sadly, she clearly isn't empowered to think outside the box, she has one solution and that's it. Buy a battery from her, wait several days for shipment and then get your phone back. (Long story, I HAD a new battery in my hand, just needed someone to install it. All she could do was keep repeating "store policy" rather than help me find a solution. When I asked if there was someone else in town who might be able to help me, her response was "well, no one will work on your phone." Then she tried to tell me I had a $1000 phone, when it's only worth $125-$200 and I gladly would have waived liability. ) She didn't care why I needed the phone fixed same day (medical reasons). So I found my own solution... there's a repair shop (Yup! We can fix it!) down the street who understood my distress and installed my battery for me in less than an hour.

I did an order online.... few minutes later got a email my order was ready. Showed up at the store and the staff was great, even being a Sunday (which I was surprised they were open) and veterans weekend. Bike was up and running again.Thank you for getting me back on the road

Can I give a 0 start rating? No customer service in this store. No personality. Rude. No help. Sells incorrect batteries, KNOWING/ADMITTING they knew it was wrong, with NO explanation, NO help and NO direction, making a customer come 11 miles back to get a refund for the wrong battery! $150 screwup! That's a lot of money not to be honest with the customer! Find another Batteries Plus, even if you have to go to Phoenix!

The purchase part was OK, but this whole experience asks for my email address ten times with password, and than they trick you into a survey, and than reward you with a one year subscription, to up to four magazines, and an automatic renewal. Not a gift, a sneaky obligation. I am not happy at all about all the sly ways of getting into my pocketbook

Ordered the battery online for in-store pickup; received a 10% discount, & the store manager emailed me right away letting me know the battery was ready. I arrived at the store & she gave me the battery, plus I received immediate credit for my core since I brought my old battery with me. Highly recommended.
