We took our truck in to have our battery replaced. The woman (manager) came out with some wires, etc. to test things and said the battery did not need replacing. After taking it home and trying to charge the battery to Start our vehicle, we spent $150 at an auto shop who told us the battery wouldn't take a charge. Took the battery back and the same woman, with an attitude, said the battery was fine. She told us to take it home and charge it. My husband said something about driving all the way back to Eloy and she said, I'm going to replace the battery. It has a small bulge in the side.We will never go back to Auto Zone again. After that run-around and putting up with her attitude and the money we had to put out, it will never be worth doing business with the Auto Zone on Florence Blvd again.

Eric helped me a lot the first time in. When I went back in Eric was on a delivery there were 4 other people talking and not helping anyone even through there was a line waiting for help. My advice ask for Eric you will be a satisfied customer.

I just want to give thanks to AutoZone, Casa Grande today. I went to start my car this morning and after 5 tries, nothing. The battery was dead. Thank you Gilbert M. for changing the battery out for a new one today, in this heat. You are truly the best!!!!!

I'm giving this location a 5 star rating because they now have a self checkout. So, you don't need to wait a long time behind people getting counter help if you don't need that yourself. Can't count the number of wasted minutes at parts stores behind people needing help when ya just want to grab and buy some things.They are friendly. I haven't run into grumpy ppl there. And they have a military discount.NOW, the one thing they can work on... Unfortunately, a person can't get their discount at the self-checkout. (If you don't get any type of discount, you can stop reading here) :-)Not being able to use discount at self checkout is the same as some other places. But, add onto that a manager has to come over and approve the discount by putting in a pass code. So if no manager is at the counter, you are going to wait after already waiting in the slow line. The manager might be in the back or outside (that's what happened last time I went). This needs to be improved. Home Depot has a way to register your military document to your account and then get the discount by scanning a QR code in your app. It's doable. Do it.

It's an auto supply store, they usually have what I need if I can't wait to order online. They have been able to get my parts next day if not in stock. The customer service is good nothing to jump about but it's a parts store.

You say you deliver but you don't specify what type of delivery. I am handicapped my battery died and I can't leave my home to replace it, so I called local auto zone in Coolidge az and they don't deliver at all, so I called Casa Grande Autozone and they only deliver to commercial business owners. So why promote delivery like anyone can call and get it. Just so frustrating giving false hope like that. You guys just suck.

I was very pleased with my visit to Autozone today, after waking up to a dead battery. Rachel was very helpful in getting the battery that I needed. She was kind and efficient, and we need more associates like her! She turned my horrible day into a great one! Thanks, Rachel!!! With there were more people like her! Autozonr on Florence blvd in Casa Grande

Employees are more worried and having conversations with each other and being on there phones. Went to check out and an employee took my merchandise from the register they were at and made me use the self checkout. The employee scanned the merchandise and then walked away to get back on there phones instead of helping me as a customer. Guess AutoZone likes to waste money and loose customers.

Gaston the store manager was really helpful, I needed a light bulb changed and without hesitation he changed it himself. Service was awesome. Thanks so much I really appreciate the help

Can be a mixed bag. Sometimes I'll be able to find what I need decently priced. Other times they either won't have it or it'll be overpriced by 40 to 50 bucks. Nothing on the staff but auto parts just maybe a little easier to buy online these days.

I cannot believe how unorganized this store is. I paid for and was promised the parts I never received. I was promised phone calls that never happened. And the amazing thing was... Nobody cared!I will not shop in this store again !!!

Customer service skills at this store are far below average. Only reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because there is a local mechanic that is usually here and helps customers that won't be helped by staff. This location is lucky to have him and should pay him or give him lunch for being the only positive thing at this location.

I really had a bad experience. I just needed an advice from them. I was not expecting them to touch my car. And they treated me really bad. One day before I got an accessory I could not use. At the next day they I just needed an advice of how to install something they didn't help

Shout out to Gaston! What a huge help in helping me determine that someone tried to siphon gas out of my car and left a hose in the gas input! OMG--probably saved me a fortune. And, he sold me a locking gas cap. Thank you, thank you!

The new employees are professional and very friendly. On top of asking when entering and while you shop if you need any assistance. As well as the employees that are still there since a couple years back always a pleasure. What really should be done is just kick out the rude customers that are overly rude and dramatic without no sense of there trying to do the best with everything going on during this pandemic. They should either wait just a little longer or leave nobody else is making that an issue so stop making others uncomfortable while you re there. Short handed/understaffed. It s gonna happen once in a while no matter what, it s inevitable.

This people don't know how to treat their customers at all they see you come in and they just ignore you until they feel like helping you and mostly by their Managers I will never going back to that STORE again O'Reillys is looking better and better.

Went to 1 store, car battery not respond well. Had it checked. Needed a new battery. Unfortunately, 1st store out of stock. Went to another, told person had battery checked, need a new one...luckily they had some in stock. Bought and replaced quickly. Battery still had a bit of warranty, able to apply pro-rated exchange. Great sales person/installer.

Extra helpful. I stopped to get my battery checked. I needed a new one. Instead of just selling me one, he told me that is battery i had was from o'reilly and he sent me there becaused it as still had a warrenty.i was very impressed with his honesty.

Terrible experience, clerk is so unqualified to work there. Damaged battery terminal by placing wrench across the 2 terminals which damaged one. Did not have the tools to do the work, their battery testing equipment didn't work, had to remove battery myself and take it in store.Had to install battery myself.Totally disappointed especially when another customer came into lot and another clerk brought out the cart with all the tools needed to perform the work I did myself.

Picked up a 5 gallon container of oil. Checked my receipt after arriving home and found that I had been charged not only for the oil, but for a bottle of injection cleaner as well, that I hadn't purchased. Called the store immediately, and was put on-hold for 13 minutes. Manager on duty (Jorge) wouldn't get on the phone to discuss the extra charge. Check your receipt if you use this store, or better yet, use the Pinal Avenue store instead...

I was just in there for a brake light bulb. I stood there probably 10 minutes just to get the light bulb. Once I purchased the light bulb, I then asked if he could replace it for me. The associate said he couldn't. I said, can I replace it? He said not on property and I couldn't use their tools. Okay, I would've been fine with this if it applied to all customers. There was a customer with a truck and he had a tool set from autozone and was able to fix his vehicle. Totally not cool. Highly dissatisfied as I struggled to even give it a 1. Only reason I gave it a 1 was because they had my product in stock. There's a reason why I use O'Reilly parts and usually spend my money there... I leave Satisfied and needs are met every time. Lost me as a potential customer.
