Every time I go to this particular Autozone. One of the employees has an attitude problem. The other Autozone off of Pinal and 10th has better customer service and friendlier staff.

Been here several times because it's by my house. Worst customer service ever. Very dismissive and actually condescending by the woman manager. I see the owner responding to all the bad reviews but I don't see any change...

First time taking in used oil and thought I would just be handing it over to the associate like I was told. Instead, the associate asked me to take it to the back and dump it... I couldn't find what area she was talking about so another customer helped me and it turned out that in was in the no trespassing section of the store for employees only. Seems inappropriate for her to let customers back there. Anyone can steal parts if she's letting them go back their unsupervised.

They ordered a special part for my car, said they would have it the next morning, but they actually called that evening and had it ready for me. I couldn't get in till the next day and picked up the part and some oil for an oil change. Was surprised they didn't have the oil filter I needed in stock. But all in all I was very satisfied!

Replaced my battery today. One dude was really nice, nervous but new, very accomendatin'. This other dude had earpiece like he was listenin' to music and gave little to no general interest to anyone around him. This is the guy that changed my battery. C'mon, man be a little bit more personable. I would have tipped ya.

The Casa Grande Autozone in Pinal Ave was a great experience! I needed my 12v battery replaced and the guy sold it to me and then helped me change it. And when I say he helped me, that means he did it for me.

Emmanuel was AMAZINGLY helpful and friendly. It was so close to closing time, the manager was more frustrated, but Emmanuel helped my son test AND Change his battery! We appreciate your kindness young man!

Sometimes, they'll have the part you need. They need more knowledge on cars to better assist customers. Their system needs to be better because asking me what type of oil has nothing to do with and air filter.

Friendly staff...even when I sometimes see customers that are anything but. Had to exchange a battery that died in the famous AZ heat which was under warranty. No problems...they checked the battery, it was bad...got new battery which was in stock. Whole process took about 10 minutes! Thank you Autozone.

The staff is friendly and they try to be helpful. The counter people don't seem to have much automotive knowledge. The store seems to have a good stock. They will order anything you need and usually have it there within a few hours.

This place is so unorganized that I ordered a part paid for it i for gif my receipt they said I didn t pAy for the part now making me go and disturb my kid at work to get the receipt I know bad on my part too but it show s I did not pay for when I know I did that s the messed up part so I was very embarrassed

It's ok, nothing to review about. I generally go in if I need something quick such as oil. Or a part I REALLY need that day. This location is quick to ring you out so that's good. I have noticed over a few recent visits I don't get asked about my rewards loyalty card anymore. I have to bring it up or by the time I remember I have already paid.

Rude employee I overhear this heavy set Mexican guy that works in this place talk nice to certain customers and I see how he looks at certain people also only if looks can kill my man you would ve already..don t judge people by the way they are cause from what I heard you say and I quote i been in that road before also ;) be respectful treat everyone with a smile!

I had the worse experience yet at this place, these employees are LAZY and RUDE of course, I should of known when I saw the trash can by the front door overflowing with trash, not to go in there I had to stop to buy a bulb for my car and the guy profoundly refused to help me search for it needless to say I won t come back, and I ll just start buying more online but not from this company

Always pleasant always professional do have a question I purchase a set of windshield wipers for 2018 versa and I purchased them just to have a spare set they're still in the packages never opened but I tried the car off and purchased a 2022 Toyota Camry I'm just wondering if possible I could exchange those windshield wipers for a set of wipers that will fit my Camry

I still love them but oil change items are one of the most popular items sold. Oil filters like STP S2 XL should be in overstock since they are almost always sold out. I came to buy enough for 3 of my fleet of e350 vans. They were sold out. A minor inconvenience, but with competition within a mile this could hurt daily profit projections for this store.

The place was busy being a weekend but there was plenty of staff available. I waited in one of the 4 lines to request a part for my vehicle. It turned out they didn't have it and had no way of ordering it nor was there a universal equivalent. However, given that there was no option for them to help me, the associate was friendly enough to suggest a local custom shop as a possible place to find it outside of having to go to a dealership for it. While I was disappointed that there was absolutely no way for me to obtain my part, I really appreciate the staff thinking outside the box to ensure I left happy. He even took the time, knowing the part I was replacing, to direct me to a tool specifically made for replacing it which I happily purchased as a way of thanks for his help.

Robert is amazing! He replaced the battery in my 2016 Malibu for me which did not look easy. He was so patient and kind. I would recommend this store to anyone. They are so helpful!!

I bought a battery there about a year and a 1/2 ago and it went bad so I took it in to have them check it and sure enough they replaced it without a question and did it on the spot without a wait.

Two nights ago. I went to clean freak. Car wash and for the second time my antenna was broke off. First time I let clean-freak know about it and they refunded me money to buy myself a new antenna. Well, I never took the money but I did go buy any antenna and AutoZone where the people that sold me the first antenna so on the second break I went back to AutoZone on Pinal here in Casa Grande and it's kind of late. You know what some like almost 8:30. P.m. And I went inside and I was looking around for the antennas. I didn't familiarize myself with the story of the first time around so I had a little bit of a minute they're looking for an antenna. But in the meanwhile there was a huge variety of things to look at and see and and find out what you can do to enhance your vehicle. A young man came out of nowhere and asked if I needed attention I said, yes. Yes. Thank you. He picked out at an antenna. He's in welcome to the register and he was talking to me about the prices. And you know, what's what? And he walked outside with me. And he installed the antenna. I didn't even ask him. But he installed the antenna was it having to be told? I thought that was great. Plus I got a discount. So that's even more cool. But yeah, I was I was pretty amazed that here this young man. Is helping this old lady. and he went outside and Install the antenna without being told. He likes his job. He likes helping people. That young man deserves a raise?

The employees here have always been exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They have free oil recycling, free diagnostics, and almost always have the part that I need and offer very competitive prices.

Done with Autozone, will pay a little extra, drive a little further to NAPA or Oreilly's... been to store at 2729 pinal,... first time I heard they stopped making the trans fluid for my F350, asking the clerk what is the new manufacturer oil, he argued that i didn't know what was wrote on the dip stick for the original type, second visit... I was in store for about 5 minutes.. morning of 9/21, check film, no to help me at the counter, found clerk stocking shelf in rear of building and heard another but couldn't see anyone, but as phone rang I waited till they got up front, and someone appeared from behind the batteries... one jumped on the computer(believe was a manager), the other the phone and was totally ignored, never acknowledged with even a go to hell.... don't want my business, i'll take it elsewhere.
