I went in to get my battery tested and Ernesto was amazing from the start. Testing it, helping get a new one picked, and installing it. He really was very helpful and amazing. :)

Soo so thankful to say the least! Came in to get my battery tested and Ernesto came out instantly and help disconnect for us. Came back I needed a new battery. Around the holidays are the worst. Chris gave us a discount which saved us way more than we expected!! These guys made the day and some!! Thank you for helping and helping!! 5++ stars!!!

Jimmy really went out of his way to help me out. I purchased a new battery and was having issues with one of the connections from my car after it was installed. It was too loose on one side even after tightening, which was giving the car a poor connection. I was worried that if I hit a bump on the road, it would pop off the connection and turn the car off mid drive. Jimmy just happened to walk by outside after helping someone else and started helping me as well. He made a couple of trips back inside to adjust the part that was too open, which was making the connection loose. He was able to fix the problem and take the stress away from driving with a loose connection to the battery. Everyone was helpful in the store, and Jimmy really helped tremendously. Thanks again bro, definitely 5 stars .

I wanted to highlight the exceptional service provided by Chris at AutoZone. I walked in with a faulty battery, and not only was he kind, but he also actively listened to my problem and immediately took action to rectify it. What impressed me even more was that Chris went the extra mile by coming outside and personally replacing the battery. Unlike my experiences at other AutoZones where they hand you the tools and expect you to do it yourself, Chris was a true professional. He had the right equipment, wore professional gloves, and handled everything perfectly. It s evident that Chris is an invaluable asset to the company. To the store s bosses and upper management, I urge you to retain this exceptional employee, Chris. I ve visited many AutoZones, and the level of service he provides is unmatched. Thank you! From now on, this is my go-to AutoZone store. I won t be going anywhere else. This is my preferred place for auto parts.

Called ahead to make sure they could check my battery for me, really friendly demeanor on the phone despite being busy. Once there I wound up needing a new one, we found the best fit and the employee put it in my vehicle for me. They were kind, helpful, and had what I needed in stock. Seems like it's not a big deal, but that small inconvenience was really huge for me that particular day so having my visit go so smoothly and not feeling over charged meant alot !

I'll tell you what this here AutoZone on Florence Boulevard is always busy and if you look online it says they have certain items you go into the store and they have to order it so they don't have it in the store and maybe they don't do too much business and that's why they only have two people in the entire store

These people are very helpful here. The Worker came out and measured the wiper blade and made sure that the new wipers were installed properly. Not the 1st time either, another worker did the same thing for another vehicle. Great workers here, super helpful and friendly.

I would like to take the Time to thank everyone at the Commercial accounts for an outstanding job to assist us with all our needs. Once again another score of AutoZone same town in the last one I went to does not have the clip-on sunglasses olders that you clip onto your sun visor all the stores are always out why is that in Arizona AutoZone you need to listen up a lot of other people will maybe I'll save them sometime of going to your store and trying to find a set of them

I had to return a master cylinder. I purchased last year. So they didn't have it in stock. They ordered one that had to come in that afternoon. They called, I arrived, it was the wrong part. So they recorded for the next day. It came in, they called, I arrived but the clerk had difficulty processing it. Another clerk assisted and I was good to go.

Came in because my headlights were burnt out. Dimitri went above and beyond to ensure we got the best product for our vehicle and needs. My mom has vision issues so we wanted to ensure she got the best possible headlights to so she could see clearly at night. Dimitri helped us through the entire process and was very patient, professional, and kind the entire time. I would recommend anyone to go see him at this location. If you re like myself and are not familiar with anything auto related Dimitri is your guy he will explain everything to you in detail and answer any questions or anxieties you may have through the process. Dimitri deserves to be recognized for his amazing customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs

I went to pick up a new battery and this guy, Ernesto, was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me out and installed the battery. I explained I was having some other issues with my battery draining too fast and he took the time to test it. Found out I need a new alternator. Thanks for your help again. Will keep coming back because of this guy.

Very very much impressed by a young (Steven)man who attended to my car needs he was very polite and very helpful to a elderly woman who didn t know how or what to do about a car head lights gone out. He took care e of it with out any problems. Steven you have no idea how much your heart is worth in Jehovah s love. Look it up!! Appreciate 4 ever .

I like Auto Zone but this location doesn't ever seem to have whatever I may need at the time in stock so I end up having to go down the street to O'Reillys to get what I need. And at some point I just stopped going here and started going to O'Reilly right from the start. Cut out time and frustration. Hopefully they're able to get it together some time soon so that I'm able to make this store my number one again.

Holy Cow, what a great experience. I bought a new jeep battery, and Ernesto did a professional install, cleaned and treated all connections to prevent future corrosion. I would consider the install a 75.00 value for free.

Amazing store with knowledge people. Ernesto and Aaron were the biggest help for me tonight. I was able to find a battery for my car and get it installed. They loaned me the tools and waited until I was done so I could make it to school in the morning. My students and fellow teachers will appreciate you so much.

A few of the employees need to be patient with customers and understand their customers may be a little frustrated with their vehicles. I've noticed employees overlook the customers and the lines forming in the store. Which makes for an even longer stay than needed. My last experience there was a 5 star. But more often it's a bad experience.

I was being helped by an employee and I asked for help with some oil. I went back to the oil area to wait for him. I waited for about 5 minutes then went back up to the front to see what the hold up was and he was helping someone else. I stood in the front and waited again and waited for him for about 10 minutes. I was very frustrated at this point. I went back to the oil section again. I thought it can't be that hard. I couldn't find regular oil, only synthetic. I looked and looked with no luck. I walked back up to the front and interrupted everyone behind the counter and said, "can someone please help me with the oil so I can get out of here. The guy that was helping me originally went back with me and I was finally able to leave after 30 minutes in a store that wasn't busy. I hope this was just a fluke but in my experience girls just don't get treated the way men do in a hardware store.

The staff at this AutoZone were super helpful and fast. As always, I had to wait for the 5 other customers who wanted to ask a million questions but, once I got to the counter, I was out of the store with a new battery in a few minutes. I had to bring my core back to get my refund and I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes with cash in hand. The staff are quick, knowledgeable, helpful and the prices are good.

If you've live in Arizona for as long as I have you know how taxing the heat is on batteries. I've trusted autozone for all of my battery needs for the last 20 years. This morning after turning over the ignition on my 2018 Chevy Silverado and getting that familiar click, I asked my Grandson over to give me a jump. I called to make sure they were open and a kind young lady answered the phone. I asked if they had that battery in stock. I was in luck. They did. After decidiing to purchase their Platinum series 3 year warranty battery, they installed the new one for me. It was a difficult install and the manager had to get involved to complete the replacement. I tried calling their other store on Florence and there was not answer. I just went to the location on Pinal and I can honestly say it was a great and friendly experience for me. Go to the store on Pinal. They answer thier phones !!

I have been going to this location since last few years but today was exceptional..Went to check the battery which was not good ..helped and replaced with new one in less then minutesTwo guys (sorry don t remember the name ) was awesome

Ryan was awesome...I called in about my RV not starting and didn't know exactly what I needed or even what type of engine I had lol..he told me to come down to the store and he would help me out.he helped me locate the part I needed and was very patient with me and very funny! Awesome customer service skills and a very likeable outgoing guy...Thanks Ryan!! I will know tomorrow if the RV starts with the new starter solenoid!!

I had came to this Autozone at the time I was close and this gentlemen Ernesto was amazing help. He helped me get the prices of the battery I needed when I first came he was nice and helpful so that made me come back today to buy the battery I needed he even helped me and put it in! Amazing worker and cares about what he does can t get that much from around here anymore.

I was in town for work and needed some trim fasteners the staff was courteous and knowledgeable about what i was looking for and where in they're atore t find them and the CSR that checked me out was friendly and she made it overall a pleasant experience
