This place is AWESOME!Their overall service is truly great! I took in my Suburban to TJ for body and paint after an accident and they did an amazing job. TJ was very knowledgeable, honest, professional, and friendly. Jessica was also a pleasure to work with. No hassle, and the best thing is that they had my vehicle ready much sooner than expected! My husband and I have done business with another collusion company in town and the service does not compare. Fast and efficient. Customer service is friendly and very responsive. The lobby is also clean and toddler friendly. I brought my 22 Forester in for fascia and fender damage; the repairs were done when they said they would be done. My car also came back with a full exterior wash and wax. I'll be quick to recommend them to friends and family.

I had my truck fixed here after an accident in May. Then had a break issue and this place made sure everything was done right. Tj would keep in contact with me every step of the way. His work as well as the rest of the team is amazing. I highly recommend using this shop.

At first it was great until I came to pick up my vehicle and was told they would return the rental to Enterprise I later found out the car wasn't returned until a day and half later .I said I would call them to pick up and the receptionist informed me no they would handle it .I'm not paying a dime after a broken key that cost 130$ additional when it was working just fine car returned with the gas light on .

Allard Collision of Casa Grade fixed my truck up right and got it back on the road quick. There was also an issue with my fuel pump from the incident and they were able to work with my insurance and a local shop to get it resolved and covered.If someone rear ended your truck (or worse) take it here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

got into a car accident recently where I was t-boned by a driver making a right turn on red. I was referred here by my insurance. This was honestly the best place I could have gone! They are phenomenal! Jessica at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. She walked me thru the whole process and assisted me with reaching out for a rental car and its arrangements. The man who looked at my car even had someone to zip tie my bumper back on so I could drive to work until I could bring my car back and they could begin repairs. Jessica fully explained the payment process to me, and let me know that cash payment wouldn't incur a charge like a credit card, and said she would remind me of this on the day I could pick up my car so I could being cash. All the staff at Allard Collision went above and beyond in their service and fixed my car in no time at all! Fingers crossed another accident doesn't happen, but if it does, I will definitely be coming back here! Five Golden Stars!!!

Highly recommend they took care of my GMC after someone hit and ran after hitting my car. They made it look perfect and matched the paint flawlessly. All of the staff are super friendly and informative. Personally I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. They quickly repaired and got my vehicle back to me after my accident. They even included a bottle of touch up paint along with the warranty of their work. Took my car to Allard collision after hitting a curb scraping my bumper and air bags deployed.. Because the car was a lease I was told by Honda that airbags had to be done by Honda.. So after paying my deductible to Allard and them repainting my bumper I had my car towed to the Honda dealership as I was instructed too. Fast forward to today when I told my son to use them cause the did nice body work and his car was damaged in a storm 2 days ago and they refused to service him and his vehicle and they're reason was because I moved my car to Honda for repayment of all airbags.. I can't imagine a business refusing to work on a car because I moved my car. They still made money off of me and my insurance company . Very pretty. And horrible business sence.. And that's being nice.Service: Body & Trim

Great service, very helpful, and they called everyday to give me updates on my car and when they would be finished. I did everything with insurance and they work with my insurance perfectly fine, I m not from AZ at all so it was nice to work with collision shop that was very helpful to an out of state person! Highly recommend! Have my car looking brand new

We were unfortunately in a minor car accident a few weeks ago, and Allard Collision was the business we went with for the repairs. The staff is very helpful, and kept us in the loop about what was going on with the car. They even got us back into our vehicle a lot quicker than their original timeline. The work they did was great, everything looks seamless! It was also very convenient that they were able to return my rental car for me so I didn't have to wait around or try to find a ride. I took my car here for a rear bumper replacement after getting rear ended. The staff here is very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. They were able to work with the insurance company and my car looks good as new again. I love that they even included a small jar of touch up paint from the same mixture that was used during the repair. The lobby is nice as well. Free drinks and candy.

Allard Collision was great to work with! They were recommended by my insurance and I couldn't be happier with my experience. They repaired the front end of my truck after it was hit while parked. It looks brand new! They took the time to update me throughout the process and let me know exactly what was being done and expected time frames for completion. They did a great job of making an inconvenient situation into a seamless, quick and easy process for me. Oh, and they guarantee their work, which is awesome!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Allard Collision did an excellent job on my repair and had my car back to me earlier than expected! TJ kept me up to date as the repairs progressed. All the staff I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable.Fingers crossed there are no more accidents in my future, but if there is I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The staff was very friendly and professional. When I went to pick up my vehicle I pleasantly surprised. My car actually looks brand new. I couldn't have gotten a better job done even if I went to the dealership. I had an amazing experience. Even during this time, while covid-19 makes things take longer, it was worth the wait.Bravo Allard Collison.

I could not be more happy with the service and care Allard Collision took in repairing our vehicle. We were in an accident and our insurance recommended them, we were hesitant at first because we have never heard of them before but couldn t be more happy. They were prompt in sharing all the details of the repair and where my car was located at each step of the way. They had our car done a whole day early and were so super accommodating our schedules and busy lives! We will forever recommend these guys!Thank you to the entire Allard Collision crew!

Allard Collision provides some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They truly take care of their customers. They repaired my vehicle after a rear-end collision and replaced everything to a reasonable quality. However, afterwards by exhaust did not sound quite right and they went out of their way to make it right, paying 3rd parties to fix it and eventually making it better than it was. Later I needed new tires and found that the wear on the tires was off, this could be due to poor suspension from the accident. I contacted Allard and they brought be a loaner vehicle while they investigated this issue. While insurance rejected paying for it, Allard replaced the parts anyways at their expense. I can't say enough great things about Allard Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Allard collision is a great place to get work done.Raul and TJ are very professional and friendly. they go through and explain the work in detail, their time management is great they got the job done a day before it was supposed to. I was greeted as I entered. There was a nice, comfortable and clean waiting area. They had cold waters available. The gentleman that checked out my car to prepare an estimate was respectful and answered all my questions.

I brought my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in for a initial quote to have my front bumper repaired. I met with Mike and we went over the car and he took the information back to his computer and brought back info on OEM, like OEM and aftermarket parts and we were able to come up with a quote that worked for me. They had my vehicle for 4 days and kept me informed during the process. When I did get my car back I was more than impressed. Not only did they do a great job but they went and painted an area where there was some paint chipping. I would definatly recomend them to anyone who needs any work. Thanks again!

OMG!! I can t. I don t have any eloquence for this review because I am flipping thrilled!!The guys at this place are WORLD CLASS. Period. From the first phone call to me discovering how they even cleaned the cab of my truck when it was all pretty and repaired. OMG!! I have never had to have a repair done like this so I was extra extra clueless. The team at Allard made it so smooth. The facility was clean, the professionals were on point, I never once wondered what was happening or felt my truck (which is very special to me) was at all in bad hands. I felt better and better throughout the whole process and getting my truck back just now feels like Christmas morning and hug and cheesecake all at once. No joke. I m am over the moon and will forever recommend Allard.And, Karens, beware. If you re mean to them, karma will get you, because people this hardworking don t deserve drummed up drama. XOXO.
