After being with another insurance company for 20 years, I switched to State Farm upon the recommendation of my brother. They not only saved me hundreds of dollars but equally important, was the level of service I received. Matt Rohmann was thorough, answered all my questions & we decided together what the best auto & home insurance policy would be for me. Jeremy, who owns the business, also followed up with me personally to see if I had any other questions while I was in the process of looking at options. Justin helped me out BIG TIME through switching insurances, made it all very clear and straightforward. He told me about everything i d be paying on, as well as making recommendations to my selections on what coverages would be best for me based off of how i drive and how i use my vehicle. I would recommend anyone looking for an extremely transparent, trustworthy and professional insurance agent to get started to go directly to him. His friendly but professional service is outstanding. Switching with him was easier then i ve ever imagined, and he saved me almost $200.00 on better coverage then i was getting before. 10/10 service!

Steve retired and Jeremy and team now have my business. I have been equally satisfied with Jeremy's team and agency! I highly recommend doing business with this State Farm agency in Carefree. Their attention to detail and willingness to take time to explain my policies is appreciated.I have been with Steve's agency for over a year. Matt and Cathy have answered every question I have answers quickly and knowledgeably. I moved from out of state and needed some local vendor recommendations which Steve kindly provided. Supporting local organizations is important to me. Not only is Steve's agency a local business, he supports a lot other local businesses and non-profits also. Decided to switch from AllState to State Farm to save some money. In this case the discount was for a lack of service. I had a hard time getting a hold of my "agent" consistently and when I was able to, the personalized support, care and assistance was lackluster. I came from an insurance company where I had an actual human/agent I could contact no matter what my concern was. I felt like I was talking to a "secretary" every time I called State Farm and then waiting around for my agent to contact me back. Even over email, the responses were inconsistent and very standard and impersonal.The few times I had an issue and had to contact the 800 number, I sat waiting for over an hour each time, just to talk to someone. I honestly had assumed my agent would have started some of these processes, but instead told me he would have to sit on the phone for that same period of time so it was better that I just called them myself.Overall, the coverage I received from State Farm seemed fair and adequate and at the time it was cheaper then what I was receiving at AllState, however there is a cost apparently for quality and personalized service and I won't be making that mistake again.UPDATE:Thank you Jeremy for the nice response! I will definitely keep you in mind in the future. Thank you again for reaching out and I only wish you the best in Carefree!

I want to give high praise to Steve Morse and his wonderful staff for the outstanding service I ve always received! Although I have never met any of them in person (I ve always dealt with the office via phone or email), I am always treated by any of the staff in such a caring and personable manner.I usually deal with Cathy via email, and she has been awesome. She always responds to me very quickly and has always answered my questions or addressed my concerns. I ve also had the pleasure of dealing with Matt, and he is terrific as well.I can t praise Steve enough for all the time he has taken with me to answer all my questions and address my concerns. He is very caring and personable and goes above and beyond to make sure my insurance needs are well taken care of, but he also makes sure I m not over insured and spending money needlessly.If you re looking for an insurance office that will address your needs and take good care of you, look no further than Steve Morse and his outstanding staff!!

We have worked with Steve and his team for about three years now and are beyond pleased. Outside of their extensive insurance knowledge they really take the time and get to know you on a personal level. The team is always ready to help and advise at the drop of a hat and they are committed to ensuring that you understand your policies and that you are comfortable with your coverage. I've known Steve and his staff for the past 2 years through the Cave Cree Carefree Chamber.Like myself Steve has been in the insurance business for several years. He has old school values and he has a wealth of information in the areas he is focused on through his very successful agency.He treats people with respect and advises clients like he would do it for himself or family members. Extremely professional and knowledgeable from all the years of dedication to the business.He is very active in the community and different charities. Truly a stand up person and will earn your business. The time you spend with Steve you will consider it time well spent. His staff is excellent as well.

Just finished reviewing our insurance coverage with Steve Morse and I was reminded again how glad I am that we switched to his office in Carefree nine years ago. He just wanted to make sure nothing had changed in our lives and that all of our insurance needs were being met. Steve and his office staff did an amazing job this past year when we had two unexpected automobile claims. Lindsay followed up on all details and had such a calm, reassuring demeanor. The ease of reimbursement was incredibly quick and I had my car back before I knew it! If you need an insurance agent who genuinely cares about you and your insurance needs please give Steve a call.

Steve and his team are amazing! Whenever I meet with Steve I feel like he truly cares about my needs and my best interests. I have known Steve Morse for several years. We are both members of the Kiwanis Club of Carefree. Steve is a wonderful community asset. He volunteers for several organizations and supports the Desert Foothills Library, where I am Executive Director.I find Steve to be very professional and caring.
