A+ Experience. I was involved in an accident in a 2022 Colorado ZR2. Significant damage to front suspension, body, bumper, brakes, axle, wheel, and rear end. I towed the vehicle into their lot on a Saturday. Despite being such a new and low-production truck they were able to source all of the correct parts (3 months total given the current supply chain).They worked with my insurance, and even identified imperfections I could not detect. The body and paint work is great. Looks and drives like it did before the accident.The only issue I had was the alignment went out after some light offroading (probably my fault). The local shop noticed a cam adjustment bolt was loose. I'm sure Vince's would have taken care of that, but I live ~3 hours away.5 Stars - great experience, highly recommended. This shop made my 2023.

We are a full-time RV family that drives all over this amazing country! Most of the time it truly is awesome but a couple of weeks ago, when we were driving to Camp Verde we stopped overnight in New Mexico. We pulled into the campground, parked in the RV check-in lane behind a large toy hauler. I went inside the office to check-in while my wife and kids waited in the truck. While I was inside this lady hopped into her car and backed right up into my truck, damaging the front bumper and fender. While i still can't quite figure out how she didn't see our big rig she was relatively pleasant and had insurance. When we got to Camp Verde RV resort, we saw Vince's Autobody directly across the street from the campground. I drove over and met Waylon. He looked at my Ram 3500, walked me through the repair work they were going to do, and even helped me deal with the other ladies' insurance. We were only in the area for a short time. Waylon promptly scheduled our repair work and promised the work would be ready quickly so we could continue on our travels. Vince's Autobody was true to their word and they had my truck back to me in a week! Not only were they quick, but they also did phenomenal work. You can't even tell that's the truck was even in an accident! The service was exceptional and the staff were even better! While the reasons for visiting a body shop typically aren't fun, if you need work done I highly recommend VINCE'S AUTOBODY SHOP as they truly made a not so great experience into a positive one! Great bunch of people! Friendly, helpful, and courteous. Darrel handled our repair needs while we waited and couldn't have been more encouraging. I highly recommend this folks for all your repair needs!!

Our 5th wheel had an argument with our tailgate which resulted in a visit to the friendly folks at Vince's Autobody. These guys know their stuff and were able to get all our insurance worked out, shuttled us to and from our RV (repairs took 4 days) and got our truck back to us looking like nothing happened (and that's the story I'm stickin' with - nothing happened). Friendly advice for those who want to avoid meeting these fine folks, make sure you test your kingpin connection before pulling the trailer, and more importantly, make sure your safety pin is firmly locked in the release handle. If not, it makes a terrible racket and can make your wife cry. Just a little FYI.

These guys are great! Happily answered the phone after 4pm on a Friday to help me out while I was on the roof of my RV. Had an issue I needed some advice about and they took their time to talk with me when no doubt they were likely trying to wrap up the week and get home. With that kind of attention and work ethic, I d trust my truck and my fifth wheel to these guys. Much appreciated! Have a great weekend!

This poor review is based on the customer service experience, not the work.I met with Jason Greeley for an estimate, and he was fantastic and very thorough. He explained everything to me well, and even reached out to my insurance to get a copy of the estimate they provided. At this point I was very excited and confident that they would do good work. I just was waiting on them to schedule the appointment.When I hadn't heard from them after a few days, I called them and spoke with a woman in the office. She indicated she hadn't had a chance to upload my estimate to the system but would be doing it later that day and would call me that day to schedule my work. That was a month ago. I've never heard from them again.Too bad, because I got the sense they would do good work. I just wonder whatever happened with my paperwork? Didn't anyone ever come across it and wonder" I wonder whatever happened with that one? "Oh well. Business lost, and I'm driving around with a dented car

After being told by 2 auto body shops that they wouldn t work on my RV, Vince s Auto Body not only was able to help, but Jim came out to my RV site for the consultation so I didn t have to hook up and go into the shop. I had been trying to locate a new window with 8 different contacts, multiple online forums and social media groups, unable to receive any help for 5 months. Vince s Auto Body found and installed a new window and fixed some other things needing repair on my RV in less than 2 weeks and at a reasonable price. I m so grateful to them for their great work and terrific customer service!Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding experience in Camp Verde with Dianne and Jason and Tech. After being turned away by other body shops to get a fender dent repaired on my old Chevy truck, Jason gladly accepted at a fair price, expediting the job knowing it was my only vehicle. The ride home was most appreciated. The job turned out great. He even matched the primer to the truck's white paint, knowing I would be painting it myself to save time. Friendly, helpful, quick service. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Vince Autobody whether they are in your insurance network or not! They were not in my network and was a better choice than those in my network. Jim went above and beyond in assisting me in getting my vehicle fixed as well as helping me to get a lower out of pocket deductible. The staff was friendly and I totally appreciate all they have done to help!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My first taste was so good I went back for more! Repairing a rear-ender was small potatoes compared to my return visit: the whole driver side was crushed just enough from end to end to make it fully functional but horribly disfigured. Amazingly, my insurance company covered this close-to-totaled repair, and Vince's did its magic. It now looks like a brand new car! Throughout the process, smiling Shelby held my hand, giving me the keys to a loaner car(!), notifying me every time my car moved to a new phase, and calling me before the weekend to let me know where it was in the repairs. I knew these guys were really good when they wouldn't release the car to me due to a faulty electrical sensor with the ABS system. Great quality control! I know that I've found my body shop for life and heartily recommend Vince's to my family, friends, and to you.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I was very happy with the repair done on my car it looked brand new when they finished the job. There were some issues with my insurance but through it all Diane and Jason handled everything very well. I'm happy to have my car back and they even cleaned it inside and out professionally.

Jason was awesome! He made the quote process easy and the repair process even easier! And the quote/final bill was more than half of what the dealership would've charged. Super nice people who did a super job on my truck!

Took our F350 in after a wood log hit our fender on the 10 Fwy. They gave us a great price, and delivered as promised. We cannot tell where the damage was, it was done to perfection! Great place for any kind of body work. I am going to inquire about detailing my K2500 with custom paint job.

We took our 40 foot 5th wheel camper in for repair of the slide. It was an extensive repair. Jon kept us i formed every step of the way, finished the work on time and it looks brand new. We can t believe how relaxed we felt throughout the process. Jon even opened the shop on a Saturday so we could pick it up when it worked best for us. We definitely recommend. Definitely recommending Vince's auto body from now on! This was my first time dealing with an Auto body shop due to an accident. I knew I had no reason to worry from the first phone call! The staff is friendly and caring, they go above and beyond! Shelby was so informative and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with the repairs done to my truck!!

asked if they would re paint my tail gate on 2017 ford f350. they did a great job, at a fair price and I was extremely happy with both their work and professionalism of the people at the shop. Vince s painted parts for my Harley. I was really concerned about color match as the paint is a candy custom, however those fears were unfounded. Vince s color match was perfect, the job was done much faster than I expected, and the overall quality was superb. Definitely recommend these guys, top notch work

I m more than happy with the repairs to my Sprinter-based RV. Vince s took great care of it and charged me less than half the estimate from the RV main dealer.Not only that, I gave it to them dirty and they returned it to me clean!Without doubt they are the best RV body shop in the area and maybe in the whole of Northern Arizona!Thank you Vince s!

MY CAR LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT IT. I will never take my car anywhere else, thanks to Vince's! The passenger side bumper on my car came loose and the wheel well liner had a large hole. I took it to Vince's for an estimate.I thought I would have a new liner ordered and installed on my 14 year old car.First, I said I preferred to stand outside if there was shade while I waited for the estimate . I was shown the shade under their awning. ...and almost right away a comfortable chair was provided, without me even asking! Very thoughtful.Then a few minutes later I was shown my car. The gentleman ( I wish I could remember his name) explained the hole in the lining wouldn't hurt anything. He had cleared the broken edges on it so it didn't touch the tire anymore and secured the bumper firmly in place. He showed me that it wouldn't hurt anything as is.Problem solved. Then he told me there would be no charge.Needless to say, not only did they earn a 5-star review, I can promise if I need car body repairs, they will have my business. I recommend highly.Thank you!

Highly Recommended! My window had "died" and they temporarily put it back up for me at no charge and were able to get me an appointment within days to have it fixed! The quote was perfectly reasonable and the final charge was only $20 more. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Vince's!

My experience with Vinces auto body was completely superb. The owner Jim is professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help me. His staff were helpful and also very kind. 100% I ll refer all my friends and family and go back if I ever need.On top of the customer service, their auto body work was top notch!

We had a little mishap while unhooking our 5th wheel - it fell on our truck! The tailgate was bent and could not be opened. On a recommendation from the Ford dealership, we stopped at Vince's. Not only did they spend about an hour fixing it while we waited, we were not charged a cent! Unbelievable. We have never experience such excellent service and are so grateful for their help. Thanks from two grateful Canadians.

I have unfortunately (no offense) had the pleasure of having my vehicles repaired at Vince's Auto Body and they have been super fantastic! I was always kept up to date with the progress of the repairs and Dawn made my experiences with Vince's so much easier when dealing with what normally would be an unpleasant situation. Thank you Dawn and to all of the 'behind the scenes' guys, you're awesome.

Vince s went above and beyond for us. Brian was a GOD-SEND!!! After my accident I was totally lost on how everything would work and Brian walked us through each and everything. He educated us and built our understanding on the repairs, how they worked with our insurance and beyond. Our car was returned to us and we are happy with the repairs and Brian made sure everything was safe. Having the front suspension hit he made sure our family would be safe back on the road. Our experience from the front office to the back crew who explained the tear down of the car can t be left out either... A-MAZING! Thank you guys! -Stephanie Ostler

I guess if it's not a big job it's not worth their time. Been waiting for over a month on a minor collision quote to turn in for repair. The guy came out to look at the damage on our rv and nothing after that. Must be nice to be the only place in town where you can pick and choose what jobs you have time for.Updated: added a second star because after reading my review I was contacted by someone and was sent a quote pretty quick. it gets better moving forward.

Called about needing some help on my utility trailer. They said they don't do work on those but then took a good 15 minutes to help me over the phone and then gave me 3 separate recommendations of people in town who could help. Thank you for your time, your kindness, and the recommendations.

This is unfortunately the 4th time I have used Vince's. Its become a joke in our family.They repaired my 5th wheel and my mother in laws car and my car twice.Customer service is exemplary. Calls almost daily with updates. Jason tries very hard to match and locate parts, esp custom.My car came back better looking then when she went in. I wish I could do the same.Also. USAA only recommends Vince's in this area. And that means ALOT.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
