They ladies and men who work here are all very friendly and willing to help. I have not had one trip inside this store and felt like I was treated wrong or improperly. Thank you to all who work here for having that customer service that's other places lack.

I called and asked about a specific item, not a general item a specific item. The woman that answered the phone wasn t sure and that she needed to asked someone. After being on hold she told me that yes they carried that item in the store. I repeated myself and her answer was yes . I drove 15 miles to get this specific item only to have the guy at the counter tell me no they don t carry that item even though I said the woman I talked to assured me they did , he then tried to sell me something else. I asked him if he would cover my placement for my new item I just bought he told me it doesn t matter that I use the item I asked about . I showed him the booklet pointed at the name and he spoke the name of the item , I said so you guys lied about what you carry to get me in the store to sell me something else . I recommend you go to autozone a few doors down, at least the told me directly they didn t carry that item and they understood why I needed that item. So bad of you O Reilly auto parts, shame.

Just an awful experience- just because I am a female they think you don t know anything about cars. The young man in the store was a condescending ending jerk - trying to explain to him what I needed he wouldn t listen.I will never go to this store again. Or any

Helpful veterans who know old RVs. My dad came back from the shop having gotten the help he needed and feeling like he was appreciated as a fellow vet. Thanks guys!

The employees here go above and beyond to help with questions. For example, they offer free code reading, battery checks, and windshield wiper installation. Friendly atmosphere.

"Jay" is not very helpful if you're a minority. The difference when he interacts with a different race is wrong. He needs to keep his bias to himself and do what he's there for, to help ALL. I will say this! The rest of the crew there is professional and helpful! Thank you to them.

I always use O'Reilly's when traveling, because if they at all can, they will install the part. I have had low beam headlight replace that took over 20 minutes to do and other attachments added to my vehicle. Very reliable. And the people at this location are great

This visit exceeded my already high expectations. I was in need of a battery, naturally it was on a day that was cold and rainy. They handled everything, professionally.

Highly dissatisfied. Went to return an item that I had opened and used once. The item in question was a LED work light, so really not even a tool. I maybe used the light for five minutes after realizing it wasn t even needed for the job in the first place so I figured it wouldn t be a big deal to get my $26 back. Boy was I wrong. I was then questioned MULTIPLE times if the item had been used and turned on to which of course I answered honestly. I tried to explain that I had maybe only used it for five minutes but this did not make a difference to them. Honestly, it wasn t even the fact that I couldn t return the light, it was the way that I was treated. Instead of kindly letting me know their return policy, she instead made me feel like a criminal, interrogating me as if I was doing something wrong. I then heard the shift manager and her talking about the situation at audible levels which I could hear ,which is obviously highly unprofessional. I will just take my business elsewhere from now on which is quite sad honestly being that I have been getting my auto parts here for some time now because they are usually very friendly and helpful.

Representatives were very helpful. Had to take tool to RV to try size, was able to exchange as needed. They finally had to order the one he needed and it came the next day, Sunday.

we broke down on the 17 about 7 miles down the road. I called and they had the part and Margie was both kind and thoughtful. I appreciate all that she did for my family and I. We done.

They are a good parts store unless you get the white haired lady or the older gentleman they don't know parts and they are very hard to get them to understand what you are looking for I think they should personally work somewhere else there was a red bearded guy he was truly the best but the people here now need to go makes it very hard to get what you need!

My significant other and I broke the rear shocks while out at fossil creek. We called and they had the parts we needed and they told us they had tools we could use. We stopped and he let us borrow whatever tools we needed to get the job done as well as do it in the parking lot. They let my significant other even wash his hands in the back. They were very nice and would highly recommend going to them for whatever your auto part needs are.

In 40 years of automotive experience this place takes it for the worst. Wrongfully accused of not paying for a $20 wiper blade by 2 employees. Called the corporate office to file a formal complaint. What a waste of time. No call back No apology. I own a shop and I will never spend my hard earned money here. Oreillys has slipped to the bottom of the pile of the auto parts world long before this but proves it. This location and this company are terrible. Especially for the professionals.

Long story short they looked high and low for what I needed when other auto parts stores didn't know and wanted money first. I left thanking them for there kindness and wanting to help.

Wife stopped in to have wwipers replaced during a recent rain storm. 13 year old son was left to satisfy their needs. Expressing a big thank you to the helpful staff. I replaced the blades upon returning home from work. Why offer in store services if the employees are not required to fulfill them. Had I known this would have been the case, I would have sent them into cottonwood to attain services.

Today i needed to borrow a couple tools so I decided to give them another shot. Can't change a hundred.... Very busy o'reilly's. They do their best to get what you want or at least look for wherever they can find it.
