I can't say enough good things about this place! Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful! We got stuck in the snow in Flagstaff and then had issues from all the ice in the tires, so had the car towed here. They made time to look at the car right away and the mechanic knew what was going on as soon as I described the issue to him. He got everything taken care of and had us back on the road quickly. Very honest and trustworthy, no attempts to up charge me/make a quick buck. I highly recommend this place!! :)

Integrity auto really saved me. I had my broken down truck towed there on a Sunday afternoon after trying to head back to Phoenix. They were definitely busy but I let them know my situation and they made time for me and took care of me. I was out of there by Monday evening and back to the valley. Thank you guys for taking care of my truck and the peace of mind. I highly recommend this small town shop!

This facility was recommended by our neighbor. Not business minded. Poor customer service. Your customers deserve better if you want them to return. Do not know why customers give you such a high rating.

I visited the shop two days in a row for oil changes on both mine and my wife's cars. Both times the shop was ready and got my cars in immediately. Our tech, Trevor was great. He was fast and very thorough. After my service he took the time to do a quick inspection of the car. He refilled washer fluids, checked tires and brakes. All while being very responsive to any questions I had. Little things like that are what will keep me coming back. Highly recommended!Service: Oil change

We came from out of town and noticed our brakes were going out. They were able to order the parts and fix our breaks on our truck by the next day and they even gave us a ride to a hotel the night it broke down. We were just on a trip to Flagstaff for the weekend and we started to have trouble with the breaks on our Highlander. We found Integrity Auto Techs through Google maps. They were able to fix diagnose and fix the issue right away so that we could get back on the road for our trip. A big shout out to Jacoby for amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

Had an emergency tow to Integrity auto Technicians. They are very customer service oriented and fit my Jeep into their schedule. Followed up a week later to make sure everything was good. I will definitely take our vehicles back to them. Highly recommend!!!

UPDATE! The new owner is awesome. We had him do some work on our van, and he got it done in super quick. Everything is driving so nice now. At first, I was bummed that Brandon sold his business. But the new owner is a nice and honest hard worker.I am happy to recommend Integrity Auto! Brandon is truly an honest mechanic. He went above and beyond and repaired the AC, transmission, and brakes ahead of schedule. These guys are great! After taking my truck to two different dealer service departments for a coolant leak of over a gallon every few weeks, I was told there was no leak and that it could be normal? I took the truck to integrity and they really took the time to listen to what I was experiencing and went the step further to find and fix the leak. The truck isn't losing a drop of fluid now!!!

AMAZING people and service! Just outside Camp Verde, our trucks radiator seam busted open hauling our trailer up to Flagstaff. We limped to Integrity Auto based on their reviews, and man were they accurate! It was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon and even though they were slammed busy, they jumped right on our truck to see how bad it was. Since it was bad, they immediately started looking for a replacement radiator AND one of their guys took the time to drive me to not one, but 2 U-Haul places to try and rent a truck to haul our trailer out of there. Since both U-Hauls couldn't help us, we found an RV park to stay at till we could make arrangements to get home. Since we needed to use our truck one more time to move our trailer to the park 4 miles away, they wouldn't let us leave till they made sure we hadn't damaged the engine and it could handle another quick trip, cooled it off, filled it up water, and stocked us up with a bunch of backup water in case we didn't make it the 4 miles (which we did BARELY). While they did that, the nicest gal got on the phone and started looking for a radiator, which was backordered 2 months. That didn't stop them though, they reached out to their resources and found one in another state and had it shipped to them to arrive next week. Once we got our trailer parked and limped the truck back to their yard, they locked it up in a secure gated yard to await the radiator and repairs. Cost? Very reasonable! Honestly was expecting an outrageous amount due them shipping a radiator from another state AND fitting us into their extremely busy schedule, but that wasn't the case. We are SO GLAD we sent to Integrity and would recommend them to everyone! Absolutely an honest, hardworking, caring, auto shop. Thank you to everyone of you at Integrity! You made a bad situation not so bad! UPDATE: We fully expected Integrity Auto to have our truck at least a week, to order, receive, and install radiator. We arrived at closing on a Friday and it was ready by Wednesday evening. Again, glad we went to them! Integrity Auto Techs truly wowed us with their generosity and willingness to do whatever it took to get us back on the road. After my car broke down on the freeway and had to be towed on a Sunday, I scrambled to find an open auto shop. Luckily, I came across Integrity and it was only 8 or so miles from us. From the moment we got to the shop, everyone was very kind and accommodating and even helped us to find pet friendly hotels to stay the night if it came down to it. Brandon updated us every step of the way on what was wrong with the car. We knew we were in great hands. He needed parts to fix the fuel injectors, ordered it as soon as he knew, and even gave us a ride to our hotel after we arranged everything. Integrity went the extra mile to make sure we (and the car) were taken care of. They stayed after hours the next day to get the car fixed and took it on multiple test drives before notifying us that the car was ready. Not only were they timely in fixing the issue, but they went so far as to driving our car to the hotel where we paid in the parking lot and were on our way back home. Thank you Integrity for the amazing experience ! If you re ever looking for a mechanic in Camp Verde, AZ, Brandon is that guy! A true lifesaver!!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

We were in a bind with a mysterious loss of fuel gauge and odometer. Brandon helped us even though they were too busy to be our mechanics he told me to check for a loose battery connection which I did and was able to get our RV up and running again and down the road. Super happy that he was generous enough to give us his excellent advice. Thanks Brandon!

My friend's and I were on our way up to the Grand Canyon when we started having some braking troubles. We called several shops in Camp Verde to get the vehicle fixed as soon as possible, and Brandon was the first person that could make time to get us in right away. My car overheated on the I-25 and I limped it to Integrity, who was able to assess right away even with their busy schedule. Unfortunately the overheating did some serious damage but Brandon was open and honest with me. He quoted repair but advised against given the damage likely done to the vehicle. Sincerely appreciate their quick response and honesty. Would highly recommend their services.

My transfer case went out on my 07 Chevy Duramax. I immediately called Integrity Auto Techs. Brandon and his crew are amazing! They are fair, Honest and super helpful! They got my truck back to me as quickly as possible! I will definitely use Integrity Auto Techs again!

Integrity auto lives up to its name. The man who runs it (Brandon) has to be the most helpful and easy going mechanics I have ever used. My car busted during a cross country road trip, he was kind and generous enough to give me And 3 friends a lift to a motel while he fixed our car up, he even picked us up the next morning and kept me updated on the repair as it went on. I feel there are very very few mechanics that are willing to go this distance for their customers, and that is why integrity auto lives to its name. I highly recommend anybody in the camp verde area experiencing automotive troubles to bring their vehicles to Integrity Auto. I've taken my car to Integrity Auto several times and they have always been friendly and competent, they explain the problems well and have reasonable rates. They were able to settle some problems for me that the dealer wasn't able to fix. I really can't speak highly enough of Brandon and his shop. My boyfriend and I were headed to go camping when my S belt snapped, and every other store was either busy, closing, or was closed. We were worried we would have to get the car towed 2 hours back to Phoenix, but then we found Brandon! He brought us water (since we had been waiting for a tow truck) and made us feel so welcome. He was able to fix my car and even drove to the store himself to pick up the parts. He was so great to talk to while he worked (and most mechanics don't like to talk while they work) and he really brightened up what had been hard day. He definitely saved us that day, we are so grateful to him! Brandon is the most honest and kind mechanic I've met and he gets the job done so well. I can't recommend him enough.

Our car broke down on our way to Sedona. Integrity bent over backwards to assist us even though they were fully booked up. They re extremely professional, honest, fair, and look out for their customers. I highly recommend!

I was visiting the area and had issues with my vehicle. Went to the dealership they couldn't see me until the following week. Read the reviews of Integrity Auto Techs and called them. Brandon took the time to talk me through a few things to help diagnose the issue. I dropped the vehicle off and Brandon said he'd do what he could to get me back on the road. We needed parts, they were ordered and within 2 days I was back on the road. Cannot say enough good things about Brandon and Integrity. If you live in the area don't hesitate taking your vehicle here for service. If you happen to be traveling through the area and are in need of repairs/maintenance, do not hesitate calling Integrity.

Brandon and his guys are awesome. They helped me with two cars now, always shoot me straight and let me know what is immediate and what I can afford to wait on. As a single parent who usually has a pretty tight budget these guys are the best. Worth driving to camp verde if your in the surrounding area - I do and I'm glad I do every time after dealing with a couple of these ding bats in cottonwood. The owner was a well-qualified lead for another shop and ended up opening his own business I was referred to Brandon by his old shop. He is a certified Ford mechanic and replaced my radiator etc. he helped me out immensely when I was driving across counrty the car overheated in Camp Verde. They let me use a car to go to my hotel to check out and bring my belongings. Brandon does 24-hour service and Emergency Services as well he seemed to be highly knowledgeable about the issues my 2002 Ford Thunderbird was having. He even had a friend help drive me back home to San Diego and also he was able to tow my car out to San Diego as well this person was a savior when I was stuck on the side of the road. He is also a really honest good person and really helped me out when I was down, I was so lucky to have broken down there, glad there are still such good people in the world :) :) :) Thank you so much!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Integrity Auto Techs is true to its name! Brandon was really flexible and accommodating when trying to set up an appointment to install new break pads. He helped me time the appointment so that it happened before it could cause more damage to my car but also so I had time to save money to pay for it. He did a general but thorough vehicle inspection as well to make sure there weren't any other issues, and I trusted him completely to tell me if any issue required immediate attention or not and to explain it to me (someone very unfamiliar with auto terminology) in a way I could understand. I definitely recommend Integrity Auto Techs!

Brandon is AMAZING! I had a problem with my Jeep not starting. I had the starter replaced by Firestone. The problem still happened. Intermittently. Then I had a relay replaced and the problem reared its head once again while we were at Out of Africa park. He has a mobile rig and actually diagnosed the problem correctly! It was a bad connector. All is well now. Super impressed that he diagnosed it and fixed it in the parking lot. A 1000 thank yous to Brandon. Highly recommend this honest mechanic.

I had a unique problem and these guys helped me out. They not only stuck with the problem with a couple of tries, but they didn't take advantage of my situation and gave me a fair price.They are true to their name. Also very friendly people.
