These guys were amazing to work with. So friendly and professional, their price was great and their service even greater! Hope we don t need them again, but if we do we will be contacting them for sure. They were able to tow our 4X4 vehicle without any issue. 10/10!

I ve dealt with fiber towing for the last five years they ve always been awesome. They re prices are fair they ve come out and opened my car on several occasions either because my key fob failed or you know the key was lost or key were locked inside. They ve towed all my cars that need to be serviced at Car care by Hendry and they are awesome. Tyler was super patient and understanding today. Awesome young man appreciate it very much

These guys were spot on. I broke down when I was passing through, the gentleman told me he would be there in 20 minutes and he was. Brandon was the driver that came out and he was super helpful. I m not from the area and he recommended 3 different shops to me. Everything worked out great. I definitely recommend these guys. Thank you.

If only I could give less than one star, even a half star is too much.Contacted Firebird Towing on the advice of AZ DPS (Firebird is one of their contract tows). I was broke down on the side of I-17 in the middle of the night, unexpectedly ran out of diesel. When I called I got the answering machine which stated to leave my name, number and situation and they would call me back shortly.This was two days ago...I still haven't received a call to find out what we need.I called the DPS again and they gave me a couple other rotation tow companies and fortunately one of those were able to assist me. If not for the DPS and the other tow company we would still be waiting for that call from Firebird.

This is the best tow company I've used! My car had overheated going uphill so I needed a tow to a local auto repair shop. Brandon towed my car to the first shop, which was closed and looked a little unsafe, so I asked if he knew of a better shop since I didn't know the area. He recommended a shop completely out of the way at no extra charge. When we got to the shop, an attendant working there didn't even look at it and told me to tow it somewhere else. Brandon called his dad, the owner of the towing company, and his dad asked more diagnostic questions to get to the root of the problem (basically what the shop attendant was supposed to do). We found out the problem and I was cleared to drive home. Brandon towed my car an extra 10 miles closer to my destination. The total amount came to $100 less than what my insurance was charging me. I can't thank Brandon and his dad enough for saving me so much money. Brandon spent nearly 2hours with me to make sure I wasn't going to be stranded in a town I didn't know. I will be using them for any car issues!!!Service: Car towing

WARNING Firebird towing is a rip off . DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THEM !! The "mechanics" there must not know what they are doing or just don't care about making sure the car they sell to customers is actually properly running

They showed up quick which was awesome considering we were on side of highway with our 2.5 yr old. Super friendly and helpful and although I personally didn't want to pay for the tow the price wasn't too bad. It was priced pretty fair.

Absolutely amazing service. The man we worked with, who I think is the owner, was extremely kind and helpful after I totaled my Accord on our way to Seattle for the holidays to see our family. After getting in this serious accident on the I-17, this man pulled my car off the side of a hill, drove us to the tow yard with our dog, helped ease our stress with simple kindness and empathy, giving us his number and telling us we could call him at any hour to access the car and then drove us to our hotel we had to reserve because we were stranded.His family working there were also extremely kind, patient and helpful. Getting in an almost fatal accident was difficult, but these guys helped us out in a huge way during the initial stress of the situation.Service: Car towing

My pickup stranded me heading towards Phoenix, just south of Camp Verde. I called Firebird Towing to get a tow back to a shop in town. Don arrived promptly, securely loaded my pickup, and got my truck to the shop and provided a ride back into town so I could be picked up. This is the most prompt, courteous, affordable, and competent towing company I have ever dealt with. If you find yourself needing a tow around Camp Verde, absolutely call Firebird Towing.Service: Car towing

We had spun out on an extremely dangerous turn coming south from flagstaff. Another car smashed into us and we couldn t get ourselves out with a regular truck hookup. Don Dodge was the coolest man I ve ever met! I already had an appointment to get my car serviced and it broke down in the middle of nowhere between Phoenix and Flagstaff. He provided great conversation and great service! I m a young girl, so he even made sure the servicing department didn t give me a hard time when I got there. We broke down on the side of the mountain and Don was there in minutes. He made sure we were safe and in a comfortable area to wait for our ride. WOW!! Never have I had this good an experience with a towing company! We were stranded with a dead vehicle and the auto shop we called recommended Firebird to tow us there. We called and were told they'd be there in 5 minutes! They were there in FOUR!!!! Dan Ely was friendly, helpful, careful with our vehicle, and just an all around great guy! I want to take a moment and give a huge thanks to firebird towing for not only saving me and my kids after we were stranded due to a hit and run accident that happened while we were leaving a dv shelter in cottonwood and we were on our way to our new home back in the city. I was already dealing with so much trauma and change but Danny and his family at firebird towing showed us so much compassion that they helped give me and my kids an amazing Christmas gift that we are still very very grateful for. Words will never express the gratitude i have for not just the company and its values but also the people with hearts of gold who run it We love and thank you from the bottom of our hearts Rocio, Isabella and Jayden

Came unprepared to tow my vehicle, didn t have proper equipment to get my car up onto the flatbed. I made it clear that my car was low thinking they would have brought some boards or something to get it up there. Luckily we happened to find some boards by a trash can near by and were able to get the car up. No damage to the vehicle so they did a good job towing once it was finally up and they were punctual. But beware that the price they give you over the phone is an estimate and upon arrival will charge you substantially more. 50% more than what was quoted to be exact. Which to me doesn t make sense considering i gave them my address i was towing to and from. They should have made it more clear over the phone that it was an estimate and that the price could change. They did lower the price a bit upon complaining about the price change but did not meet the original quote. So i am at least thankful for that. Will not be using their services again though for the lack of transparency.

My daughter's car needed to be towed, and this was the company that did it. When Kasi and her dad went there to see poor poor Dory, the man was extremely considerate and kind. He offered advice, and we would gladly use them again.

Words could never express my deepest and most sincere apperception to Danny and his family and the way they took such fine care of me and my fianc�. On August 25, 2022 my fianc� and I were heading home after a vacation in Sedona and on I-17 near Camp verde when we found ourselves in a storm and our vehicle hydroplaned into a ditch about 50 feet past the guardrail we ended up stuck in the mud and three tires flat. From the moment we crashed until we made it home, God was in control of the situation and ordained all that is to follow. At the moment of the crash a young lady named haley with a tow truck pulled over and made her way to us to check on us and offered to help she contacted the local law enforcement and they contacted Firebird towing, Don came out and worked his magic he was ankle deep and rattlesnake infested mud. He got our car over to the yard where it sat till morning. In the morning we made our way over to their shop to see what the damage was and the cost to get it out. When we walked into Danny s office, he greeted us with the warmest smile and treated like his own and we looked at the vehicle assessed the situation we found that two tires were off the bead, at that moment Danny offered to take the tires off the vehicle and gives us ride to a local tire shop. When we arrived at the tire shop we were told that they could not work on our tires because they where to dirty so Danny s wife Alisha took us back to the shop where Brandon was able to power wash and place the tire back on the bead as well as place them back on. Then we had the last tire and it was slashed so they washed and gave us another ride back to the same tire shop where they didn t have the tire in stock so we went back to the shop where Brandon placed our spare tire and now our vehicle was somewhat drivable. Danny only charged us the tow and not a penny more for the rides, washing, take off and placing back on of the tires. This country was once made of good folks like Danny and his family, we need to take the time to help our neighbors, being a little more understanding and do it because it s the right thing to do. I hope that many people will read this and take note of the compassion and humility these fine folks have shown us, when they didn t have to, they chose to be good and decent and I think many of us can make the same choices at home and work. Once again thank you and may God continue to bless you and grow your business, if I could give y all ten stars I would.

I was stuck on the side of the road at night with a flat travel trailer tire. Although I had roadside assistance, there was noone who would be able to help me until morning. Two tow companies cancelled once they knew I had a travel trailer to tow. I was calling around myself and so was the insurance company. I called Firebird Towing in Camp Verde and Dan said if the insurance would approve of them towing, he would help or I could pay myself and then have insurance pay ke back. The insurance company tried one more place and so I had to tell Dan they had someone who would be out to take care of the tow. He told me if it doesn't work with them, call me back and we will figure a way to get that taken care of. After 12 hours of trying to get my trailer towed to a tire shop, they ended up using Firebird. Brandon handled it like the pro he is. Very nice too. They know how to treat customers and care when someone is becoming desparate for help. They want to do right by people. I can't thank you enough! Show them some love when you are in the area and need towing services.

The owner of firebird towing went out of his way to contact the mobile mechanic due to the fact that I was on the side of the road, he went way above and beyond to call him out and have him help us and get us on the road Thanks firebird towing
