Super good. I thought the price was high to tow my motorhome to Prescott but the price I got from a Prescott company was double. Office is great about following up with scheduling and really seem like nice people. Lynette is really great. Driver ( forgot his name) was also top notch!

Staff was helpful and friendly. There was a mishap with the quote, but these things happen. No big deal.Vince, the driver was on time!!If this was me or my family on the side of the road, it would have been a little less stressful to know a team like Alpha Towing was helping out. Thanks......

Lynette was amazing to me! She helped me even though i wasn t the kindest to her! I got my car later than planned due to some unforeseen circumstances and she helped me all along the way. Tow truck driver lied to me about allowing me to get my 4 year old daughters car seat from the car before he drove off ultimately leaving my daughter and I stranded in Flagstaff in the middle of winter to walk regardless of us having another vehicle because of no car seat. My wallet was in the car also with all my money so I couldn t buy a new car seat or even milk for my daughter. Horrible horrible company and I wouldn t recommend them to a single person for any reason. Lying company! They denied us the option to get the belonging even after the $800 was paid. I hope this company isn t stealing also.I will report to the BBB!Sincerely, Tia Purmal.

Cannot be more thankful for this company. My family and I got stuck in the middle of a snow storm for many hours on the side of I-17. We called our insurance, AAA, and local tow companies. No one helped us. Alpha towing not only offered to help us immediately, but even expedited the process when I told I had two small children. They towed our car from Camp Verde to Phoenix in a few short hours. The driver had great communication and called to update me on his status. They were so pleasant, competent, and calming, which made our difficult situation a little less chaotic. I ll be forever grateful.

What a great tow company! My wife and I were on vacation when we got car troubles and broke down on a 115 degree day! These guys showed up with life saving water and air conditioning! They were very fast at getting to us and were so nice and professional! If anyone in this part of Arizona needs a tow I'd highly recommend Alpah towing! Great people! Thanks again guys!

My vehicle was in their possession for 2 weeks and when I was finally able to get all the necessary documents ( Power of Attorney ) and I knew the longer I took the less of my possessions would be there and guess what I m miss my entire laptop and a whole make bag. SMH. That s okay tho. I have an inventory copy so I ll be making a report right after this review. I just hate leaving negative reviews on places that just began in a new townService: Special vehicle towing

Had unusual request to move a container from Camp Verde to Sedona. Scheduled the pickup and Driver showed up right on time. It was a tricky load and it was loaded without a problem. He was able to place it exactly where I requested 1st try. Nice to deal with skilled operator that know what he is doing. Price was good too. Thx Bill

Took a bit longer than expected for the tow truck to arrive (I was in the middle of nowhere, plus the driver was new), but service overall was very quick.Very friendly.
