I was so appreciative of their help the other day. I needed oil in my car and they also let me know what services I needed done in the future they checked my tires. Very professional very helpful people. Thank you so much!

My experience was fantastic! Waited in car while they changed oil, took about 10-12 minutes AND had a 50% off coupon so only paid 27 dollars! WootWoot! Definitely will have this place do my oil changes from now on!

These guys are great. Very busy around 3:30pm and they were all happy talking and joking with one another. Great to see that in an auto service establishment.

Very friendly, honest and professional. I went in there with a small oil leak and before they even looked they offered to change the filter and the oil plug free of charge. It turned out to be something else but they were willing to go that extra mile to make a good customer experience. I will certainly be using these people again.

I don't trust any other place with my vehicles than Valvolene. Micah and his crew at the Bullhead City stop go above and beyond when it comes to service. Honestly can't praise them enough.

Second time coming here for an oil change... I get middle synthetic oil for my car. They also add air to your tires, check all your fluids, and check your head lights, high beams, turning signals, and break lights. Very thorough check. I drive for a living so I make sure that I stay on top of my car and for $75 its a very nice deal

I drove in and there are 2 lanes. I was in left lane. There was one car in the bay on both sides. Just so happens my side left first. The guy in the right lane waiting got mad and said he was first. They made me move for him. I've never been back since! Terrible customer service!

A really great experience here. They even checked the restroom (and cleaned it) to make sure it was clean for me. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable too. Staff was very friendly and courtesous, Had our oil & transmission fluid changed in no time. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much everyone.

Fantastic service. I've been going here to get the oil changed in both of our vehicles for years. I went yesterday just to get my tire pressure checked. I didn't mind waiting my turn in line but one of the techs had me pull around to the side so I didn't have to wait on the 4 oil changes in front of me. He probably didn't give it a second thought but I was super grateful as I had expected to use up my whole lunch break in line but was pleasantly that I didn't end up needing to. Excellent service here every time!

These guys are fast, friendly, and do a good job. They also give advice about maintenance needs that will be upcoming so that you can make educated decisions on maintenance which also helps me plan my budget for this maintenance without ugly surprises.

I really appreciate it the workers and the manager for a wonderful experience they're absolutely great fun funny professional and what I like most about it all is the manager of that Valvoline location worked his butt off just as much as everyone else was and that was good to see and I will be back with my car next time which will be real soon next couple of days thank you guys so very much you guys are good people and I will always do my business with you all thanks again have a wonderful blessed day

This is the place. Don t go anywhere else, these guys have the whole process down to a science. They re fast, friendly, and thorough. The price is right and well deserved if my opinion counts. Now if I can just get them to relocate since I live in CA and only had the pleasure of stopping in here on our way home.

I had a good experience overall, but you know its the same price for me at the dealer. I guess the biggest difference is I got in and out in about 30 minutes. I'll probably just go to the dealer in the future.

They always take care of my car like I am family, for instance I had to drive to Vegas to pick-up my hubby and needed some oil and they said pull in and we'll top them all off for you plus check your tires!! How awesome is that!! Thanks guys your the best @the Bullhead City Shop.

These guys are the only friendly people in all of Arizona! We had to get our oil changed before heading back to Texas and this is THE place to do it. Literally everywhere else quoted us an hour (rudely) but these guys not only greeted us in unison but thanked us as we left also just as coordinated. Phenomenal service.

Hands down the best oil change experience I've ever had. Everyone is friendly and courteous. We were quoted a 30 minute wait. I'm not sure how long it actually took. Everyone in the shop was moving and getting it done. We will definitely use them again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
