I'm still in shock as I type this review. I thought customer service was dead. This place has proven me wrong. From the staff at the counter to the guys that work on your car, every single one of them is professional and uber-friendly. They work hard to get the work done quickly and correct. I was in and out in no time flat. Also and just as important is how affordable they are. Their prices are the best I've seen and I will be back and will highly recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I didn t have an appointment, I had a hole in my tire and wanted to get back on the road. I was taken care of in a timely manner. The whole staff was friendly and efficient. I travel a lot and pass by Bullhead City a few times a year and will definitely go back to buy tires in the future. Thanks to the staff for taking such great care of me!

Great bunch of guys who know their stuff! Went for an oil change & they were efficient and thorough. I knew of a couple of things that were due to be done soon, but they weren't pushy about it like other places can be. They were super helpful by providing a report of the full maintenance history of the car, great info to have. It was a pleasure to get an oil change without getting "sold to" -- I'll definitely be back!

Great work! Excellent staff! Fast work! We had recently moved here from out of state and my neighbor recommended this shop to me. She wasn't wrong! Extremely happy with my experience and will take my truck back to them for future repairs!

Great customer service, and I was able to drop my truck off nice and early in the morning before work, and pick up after work- Great hours, and also open on Saturdays, they communicated really well regarding what my Tacoma needed. It was my first time to take my truck there, and I am really satisfied with their customer service and care of my vehicle.

They were so helpful when we needed someone they ordered tires and got right on it doing the work. They help find a batterie for our RV when we didn t know the kind to buy they helped us. Try them before anyone s else in bullhead you won t be disappointed

Went to replace a tire and the manager kept on pushing me to buy brand new front tires even though I had just bought them 6 months prior. Had to call the main office to file a complaint. Got an apology, but I'm not sure if I'll be going back.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a tire shop! They did a great job on my car. Excellent customer service very knowledgeable and super polite and fast. Jaden at the bullhead tire works is where to go!

I had a very great experience all around. Very courteous and professional staff. Greeted me with a handshake and introduced themselves. Work was done on a timely manner and all my needs were met. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for an alignment on my 2020 Ford f350. When I arrived there was an issue with the vehicle ahead of me and my appointment would be delayed. Staff apologized and asked if I could return later so I would not have to wait. I agreed and made a follow up appointment and the staff at Tire Works could not be more accommodating to me. They completely made up for a situation outside their control and I would recommend Tire Works to anyone needing to service their vehicles.

Got tires here while broke down traveling through. Our repair shop recommended we come here. Jon, the manager took excellent care of us. Even made accommodations for my very large senior dog while they put the tires on. Jon gave us the best deal possible on tires, which really helped us out with all the unexpected expenses. Thank you so much!

Had tires put on at another shop that did a terrible job at balancing ...I called tire works and the gentleman on the phone was so friendly and outgoing..made me an appointment the same day and got me taken care of and down the road..I will definitely be doing more business with tire pros A++ for customer service and doing a good job getting my 315s balanced correctly

They were awesome! I got my car in and out with major engine light and malfunctions within a few hours. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a decent price. They have a lifetime customer here!!

Amazing experience. I called several places and no one was able to help, but they were able to get me in and out in an hour. Just needed my battery replaced and they were so helpful. They helped me without reservation. They checked all my tires and filled them. They even offered to fill them everyday until I could buy new ones. They are amazing. Plus I called today and asked for affordable tires. They helped me without trying to upsale me or anything I'm used to. They are really good people who truly take pride in their work. I don't do many ratings on Google but you really need to know about this place.

I work in maintenance and needed a plug in a tire. Tires are 3 weeks old. They tell me tire is not repairable and I need a new tire. Then worker came into the room and said he has not even looked at my car yet. But the manager still says I need a new tire. Long story short, I had to show them what a nail in a tire looks like. I got a free fix from Walmart. This place and it's management are scam arrests .... Beware
