Took my 2013 GMC Sierra cause of the engine light came on and wanted to find out if it wasn t anything major and if it was safe to drive back home to Los Angeles, Rod diagnosed the vehicle, cleared the code and explained the issue without charge. The local Findlay GMC wanted me to leave the truck for a couple days just for a Diagnostic Test. Thanks Rod

I am from Oregon and took my Mercedes Sprinter van in due to diesel fuel tank leak.I know a little about mechanics and I asked Rod what he thought.Without hesitation, he identified the three possible problems, I was impressed! What we both thought was the issue, he troubleshooted and he was right... the fuel filter ring. Once we got the lock ring, it did not tighten due to faulty tank, we ordered a new one and fixed everything...good as new.I have extended warranty coverage and office manager Stephanie was the best. She worked with the warranty company and they can be a pain in the a** gave me almost daily updates until van repaired.I am picky due to my van costing $160k. We surf the Internet And found Rod's Auto King in Bullhead City with good ratings and good recommendations. Made an appointment to have our 2015 GMC Diesel truck thermostats changed out and had the radiator flushed out. Was quoted a three hour job which took a little longer because the parts came from the dealership Took their time and getting the parts to rods job was completed and we are very very satisfied will recommend and will use again in the future. Also Rod Took the time to explain everything that went on with the process of the truck and showed us the thermostats and what was wrong with them. Thank You!! Took truck in on a flatbed trailer had it there for almost 3 months due to the truck not having enough boost, did replace the EGR and Turbo while at the shop. Shop didn t call for about 3 weeks to let me know what was done to the truck. Truck is now leaving home on a flatbed still not fixed and running worst than it did. Would not recommend. Do more research before putting your vehicle into this shop. I would rate 0 stars if I had the option. Waste of time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rod is the Man! I had serious fuel pump issues with my Dodge Diesel right before a long trip. Rod squeezed me in even though he was super busy. He resolved all issues and probably charged me too little. I would drive 150 miles just to go to his shop. Honest, competent, reliable and fair rates. What more do you want?

Rod and his team know there stuff, Excellent service and they get to the bottom of the problem. One of the best mechanics I have ever dealt with and trust. Fair prices, Top of the line work. Talk about a one stop shop! They do it all. Very Professional especially to detail. I still have one vehicle under warranty, but I take it to ROD's because he won't try to sell you repairs you don't need like the dealers so often try to do.

If you like a shop that doesn't communicate and keeps your vehicle for days on end, than this is your place. 3 1/2 days to do a 4 hour job. No they weren't waiting on parts either.

Rod's helped me when there was no one else to help me on Christmas eve. They fixed my truck , when I wasted a whole day at a other shop that rhymes with rakes must. Thank you so much Rodney and Debbie.

Called to ask for price to adjust valves on 1995 dodge diesel the girl on the phone informed me that the price was $110 per hour and it would take approx 9 hours to adjust the valves that comes out to $990.00 dollars to adjust valves. Normal pricing is usually around $200.00 to $225.00 .All the reviews that are on here must be submitted by the owners and friends

Was overbooked but was willing to take the time to explain to me what to look for and who else I might try. Talked me through my particular problem and what other causes could be giving me the check engine codes I'm getting.

They are Very good people specially the machine guy is very hard worker and expert but I will leave them 4 start coz they figured out what was wrong with my car but then they send me to dealer shop to fix it coz they didn't had the exact tolls or computer to reset it
