Erica is the sweetest I went in a couple days ago..and boy did she impress me.What a sweetheart, I didn't buy today but felt I made a new friend.Erica listened, and cared and gave me truth in my questions. I enjoyed her so much..If you go browse here YOU WILL be treated with respect by her and her kind husband.

Hello everyone, this would be my second review for this awesome company. My fiance and I went in yesterday, Oct. 13 because we were in need of a second vehicle for our family. Liliana and her brothers took very good care of us. We were on a tight budget, and they made it happen for us. I still highly recommend this company for all of your auto shopping needs. We are so pleased and will continue to return to this family owned company. They are very welcoming, without the pressure. Thank you, Revolution Auto! We will see you again soon.

They are so nice, we worked primarily with Lilly, she was awesome,the whole process went smoothly and we now have our dream car and my kids were so happy when we pulled in the driveway.

Great service. Great workers. Great cars They help me with all my questions I had for them and found a great car that was right for me and my family . they also go me a great payment plan that works well with me and all my other bills. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car this was my first car off a dealership and they will definitely see me again.

Revolution Auto staff was great in helping me find another vehicle. They were very nice and worked with us on financing. I test drove 4 cars before making my final decision. I want to say I had the best experience here at there new location Gilbert and his team went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle. They aren t the push type they are very laid back and makes sure that you are comfortable with what your looking at they know your driving it not them so they want you to feel comfortable and make sure it s what you want in a vehicle. They are all very respectful and honest. They will be having my business again one day when a new vehicle is needed.

Amazing staff. Worked with me to get me into a car in the same day! Would recommend them to anyone. In house and bank financing options. My credit has been turned down several places but they allowed me to use in house finance to walk away with a car!

Sold my ex wife a car with no catalytic converters and a bad transmission. She got 85 miles away and it lost two gears. Lots of debris in fluid. Old fluid. Paid 2500.00 and lasted a few days. Took to mechanic and they diagnosed veh and gave her a est of 10k dollars. Terrible used car dealer. They won't help her.

My family has purchased multiple vehicles from Revolution Autos! We have never had any issues with any of our cars, they made purchasing our cars very easy. Marco was very honest and valued helping us find our perfect vehicle. Marco was always efficient in answering all of our questions, we never once felt like we asked the wrong questions or asked too many questions. He is the best!!

Didn t want to deal with me because I brought up the fact that there was a crack in the windshield, balding tires and rotors were bad, all things that have to be up to spec for the state of Arizona but wouldn t work with me because I would be a problem in the future. They are afraid of people that actually know what their buying so only buy here if you don t know anything...

My experience with Gilbert, Jose and Lilly has been excellent, We needed a second car and Bought a 2009 Ford Edge with low miles, very clean and comfortable car, About a week after we bought it the ac compressor went out. I called and talked to Gilbert and he asked me to bring the car in the next day, by that afternoon it had a new ac compressor on it and it worked great at no charge to me, that's how you take care of your customers and run a great business, not only do I recommend, I will be returning soon to purchase another car for the kids

I 100% recommend Revolution Auto. They helped me get into a new car all on my own with not the best credit. The vehicle I purchased did have a few minor issues within the week after i bought it but they helped take care of all issues at no additional cost to me and now my car is my absolute favorite! The whole staff is family and they made me feel like apart of the family as well. I cannot recommend them enough!

Kelly & Gilbert were awesome. She met me out in the parking lot with the key to test drive the car & told us to take our time. Very efficient & on the ball. Gave them my info and went to work and she handled everything. Very pleased :)

Had an excellent experience. They worked with us and I got a good deal. Staff is super friendly and treated us with the upmost respect. I plan on going back in the near future to purchase a 2nd vehicle. I recommend revolution if your looking for a good car at fair prices

I made the mistake of doing business with this store in the purchase of a chevy trailblazer. Everything was fine with the deal, or so I thought. Before my husband purchased the vehicle, he went to drive it and it was on empty. He asked them if he could have it fueled so he could do the test drive and was informed it was full...but the gas light was on. According to them, the fuel level sensor was going out and they would fix the fuel pump if we paid for the part, they'd cover labor. It took them a few days to order the pump, in the meantime I had my mechanic check the vehicle as well to check everything else. He confirmed the fuel sensor was going out, and had the part to fix it on hand. Revolution auto had actually had him do mechanic work for them before as well, so he thought maybe they'd want him to do the same with this repair. Shot the idea down without even considering it. Long story short, I went through 3 different pumps because I'd have the vehicle "fixed and good as new" and not even a week later it would be out of commission again. They'd send it back each time, saying it must be a bad vendor. No one knew when the part was actually coming. Sometimes it was on Monday, sometimes it was on Wednesday, it changed by the hour. After 4 months of struggling to get them to honor their end of the agreement, I told them id like an accurate time frame for when it will be done. The owner got mad and told me to just come get my car, swore at my husband and I both, which angered my husband. Words were exchanged and I was told to leave... I told them I would gladly but I wanted my keys and money back for the repair they aren't going to fix. They called the cops on us, because I refused to leave without my car keys. Once the officers from bullhead PD got there, they produced my car keys finally and I left, the officer stayed there with us while I called a tow truck. I was able to fight and was awarded back the money for the repair they didn't do, and I took the vehicle to my mechanic. When they pulled the fuel pump off that Revolution auto had placed on, it was his opinion that it was a used one from the junkyard or one from a cheap vendor. He ordered a reputable fuel pump, fixed the vehicle, and its ran with no issue for 3 years now. My advice to you is to have your own mechanic check a vehicle out before purchasing, and definitely don't believe what they tell you.

I had the most amazing time with Revolution Auto, I had been trying to buy a car for the last few months and was very sceptical, never believe what you hear, I was treated with the up most caring people that did everything possible to help me, came home with the car of my dreams. Thank my God and Revolution Auto for trusting me! I recommend them to anyone!!

Dont use this company!They have screwed multiple people i know over in the battery departments and dont care. Example one friend had a battery put in her vehicle from then just to have the alternator go out to have them tell her oh well and we will take some cash off the car after the treat of a law suit. The. Another friend had his ECM knock sensor and his camshaft sensor go out to be told ooops not thier fault for putting a battery in will 300 CCA lower in difference in and same story.

I just recently bought a vehicle from them, they seemed great at first however multiple serious issues with the car that effects it even running and they claimed nothing was wrong, then a couple weeks later all these things started to break down on it... major parts. Their mechanics can do basic upkeep but don't expect them to configure serious issues with the car they are not educated enough in that field.It's pros and cons with this establishment, however I will not be buying another vehicle from this location again considering and i advise anyone else to tread lightly and trust another mechanic to make sure when they say nothing is wrong with the vehicle that at least it's not multiple major parts.

These brothers have been and remain 100% truthful and professional in all our dealings to date. I had to wait a few days for a check to clear, they held my truck without a deposit or written promise! JUST A HANDSHAKE! Maybe I'm old school but....that's how you build a great customer base! Gr8 truck, extremely happy, thanks again guys.

Bought a vehicle from there a bit over a year ago. So many issues. Turns out there was no check engine light. Almost like it didn't exist. My ex husband also purchased a vehicle from them with, what do you know? Another no check engine light. Found out the light was tampered with. Whether it was this company tampering with the light or previous owners, I can't say for sure but the mechanics should have caught it prior to selling for sure. Sold it to Findley and will take my business to Findley from now on.

Definitely wouldn't reccomend. Seems like they dont care for the customer what so ever. Just money hungry people. Mechanics have no knowledge whatsoever. I had 3 other mechanic shops tell me a problem with my vehicle and when I brought it to them they said no nothing is wrong with it its fine. Paid for a warranty and they dont even honor it. They just try to hassle and get out of doing the work. So I paid for the warranty for nothing. Wouldn't ever go back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

My dad bought a junky Jeep truck they put on it he put down $1,000. With instead trading his Honda. Yes it had dents and seen better days but it still drove and didn t leak oil unlike the truck which they did fix. Less than a week after buying the truck my dad died. He still owed over $2400. I went there not thinking much but to turn the truck back in and hoped to get something back if anything to help pay for his cremation and expenses. He was sincere and shocked that he died. Tried to get me to get someone to take over the payments. Sorry nobody wanted it and certainly not me as I live near LA. He understood and stated that he would reimburse what was paid and take the car back. I was surprised and quite pleased. One of his employees went with me to get the truck. I go back and he looked at me and started to threaten me for repossessing the truck from my dad and how it would hurt his credit. The man is DEAD. I told him it isn t a threat because he won t be affected by it. He kept getting nasty. No mind you my dad died the day before and I m grieving and trying to clean things up before I go back home. He then tells me that he paid for the tags and license and taxes (wasn t that much) and they put money in his old car. So they get both cars and made money off a man who dies.

Very honest owners and their employees. I purchased a 2002 Acura from them almost two years ago now. It had a bad transmission which they told me about before I bought the vehicle and I did some research on it and found out that the transmission had been recalled back in 2002 for some adjustments. The Acura dealer in Las Vegas was not quite as honest as Revolution Motors because they charged me $150 just to check the transmission knowing that they would not repair or replace it beforehand. I determined that the transmission would continue to slip but would probably last for as much time as I would keep it.Also, when I purchased the car from them, there were a few minor things I found out about it after I had it on the road for a while and went back to them expecting to pay for any repairs, but they took care of the repairs free of charge.I would highly recommend them to anyone who wanted a good car at a reasonable price. I will do business with them again and probably again and again.

Highly recommend this place. I am very pleased with the whole experience. From the time we first walked into the office, they were friendly and did not pressure us to commit to a deal. I felt they were knowledgeable about everything we asked about. I felt like they cared about their clients and they were not out to just make another deal.
