My car had a transmission leak. I ordered the seal from the car dealership out in lake Havasu, Jessica made sure they had it in time for my car to be repair. The guys that repaired it made sure I had it back in time to go to work. My car is driving so good right now, and the prices surprisingly low. Highly recommend them.

Truck doesn t get driven much but a few weeks after the oil change I notice I puddle of oil under my truck, got under it to see oil coming off of oil filter.Filter was so loose you could turn it with your fingers. Called shop on a Thursday around 1pm but no picked up the phone.

In and out in less than 10 min. No sales pitch or pressure to buy any of their products..can wait in vehicle.Brought my own oil and filter.. price was $22.00You can t do it yourself that cheap.Price included them topping off brake fluid, washer fluid, checking coolant fluid, and tire pressure.

Super fast service. Will never use anyone else in Bullhead! Just went for the first time. Cheaper than others in town. It was the first time I didn't feel like somebody was trying to rip me off, up-charge me like crazy, etc.

If anyone ever needs auto/boat repair in Laughlin or Bullhead area this is your guy. We had 2 boats go down and both were back on the water in 1 day.Ask for James Harrison. He saved our vacation! Thanks!This guy know his stuff. He was quick and didnt charge us a crazy amount. We will be taking this guy starbucks GC for many years.

Honestly one of the scummiest mechanic shops out here. I had an actuator issue and the guy made it seem like it couldn t get fixed without the computer installed because it wouldn t come out of 4h. Went and did it manually myself for free when they wanted 350 for a new actuator when it really cost 150 and wanted 450 for labor work.

Bring your own oil and filter and they do the rest. Complete fluid check and top off and tire pressure check. 20 bucks such a deal. Oh, and you can stay in your car. It's worth more.

They didn't have my exact oil in stock, went across the street to Auto zone and picked it up. Returned to Quality and they changed it for me with a new filter and did complete check of system for $20. Very happy with service. Quick, no waiting. Quick easy and simple. We have been going here for around 4 or 5 years now. Price for oil change is fair and they get the job done quick. Would definitely recommend.

This was such a great experience. It was a simple and fast process and the service tech was very nice and explained certain things when I asked questions. I will be coming back here everytime I need an oil change. 5 well deserved stars.

My car dealership does not respect appointments. 2, 3, 4 hours to get an oil change! For the same price, Quality Care does it in 10 minutes, without an appointment.

Great lil oil change shop! My Father went there for 16 years. Myself the same if I was in town. Never a problem, always fast and friendly, and prices are in line with other shops. Great place!

TLDR- GO ELSEWHEREI have three issues with this place. #1- they over inflated my tires. I have high performance tires with clearly state on them that they should be inflated to 30 psi cold- which is typically going to be about 33 psi warm. They inflated my tires to 34, 36, 36, and 37 (different on all tires) and I had to remove some of the pressure. Because of my type of tires it could have blown, especially on the one inflated to 37. Complete negligence. #2- way overpriced. $77 for synthetic. #3- there was a tip jar by the til. Are you joking?

Very Poor Service! The free car wash advertised was broke down which I found out AFTER the oil change.Asked if they would take about 2 quarts of used oil from my UTV. The attendant said no...they have to pay for their pick-up. While in the waiting room their pricing sign said there was a $2.50 charge for used oil per oil change. I would have paid $2.50 for their charge. Instead I went to Auto Zone where they gladly took the usd oil for free. Won't recommend and will never go back!

Unfortunately my experience with Quality Auto and the owner James has been nothing short of terrible after my purchase. I recently purchased a vehicle from Quality that was a previous customer vehicle that had the engine replaced. All of the work was completed at Quality but after taking the vehicle home and checked out by our famiky mechanic I was told that the engine that was put in was trashed and would not last another week. I contacted the owner to discuss our options but was just given information to contact the company that sold him the engine. No refund or help was given to fix the situation and was told not to contact him again about the matter.I would also read the other reviews posted as it paints a good picture of this establishment and the poor quality of work.

Moved out here 5 years ago and the mechanics out here just try to rip you off. My Fiance told me to take it to James. He geta the job done and done right. He even went above and beyond for me and came in as always. My fianc� and I were expecting our baby on the 15th and he took my car in and he was swamped told me the car wouldn't be able to be done till the 24th. Told him that's fine. Dropped my car with him on the 14th. The day I got out of the hospital with my new born, he calls me to tell me he was able to squeeze my car in. So I picked it up on the 17. Highly recommend James and his crew. Top notch and they have never given me a reason to not believe them, unlike other shops out here.

I would like to sincerely apologize to these ppl, unfortunately, my a/c compressor n pullies went out the same time , this place did my oil check. N change , my dealership . Reminded me I needed to place that couple months backs.. but yes. I really recommend these guys..fast . They are good fellas.

To the owner of Quality Care, Have been using your company for many years, I don't get the cheap oil change and tip your people every time I change oil. All of a sudden I'm low on trans fluid, The kid says I have a leak! My truck is 18 years old and I take very good care of it. Probably my last truck. Crawled under my truck and I do have a leak! Every pan cover bolt was loose and some were finger tight! Not accusing anybody of anything but they could have told me what was going on, i would have paid them to tighten bolts. I see this problem all this country young people just don't give a Freg. They were not taught like we were to have integrity when we were starting out. I don't care for Terrible Hurst because of their prices but that's where I'm going next!
