I m constantly being given the wrong parts and fluids . I m a private dealer, I m in there all the time over the last 3 years , It started about a year ago when I took my car to a shop and the mechanic that did the work was married to one of the ladies at this store. The shop told me the work was simple and 800.00 , when i went to get the car the bill was 1600.00 , now this place consistently sells me the wrong things if they can . Don t be jealous of what I do ladies and gentlemen. You re not me sad to say . Do your life and stop trying to bring mine down over B.S.

I had to stop in here the other night unexpectedly when my car told me I needed to add a quart of oil to it. I've been here before & had great customer service so it was a must I came back here to buy some oil.Tyler waited on me & oh man he was a hoot! Great sense of humor & he loved joking around in an appropriate matter. He was able to look up the type of oil my car needed & even went & grabbed it for me. I had recently visited an O'Reilly's in Vegas & had bought something for my car but was able to fix the issue without needing these parts I bought. I didn't have my receipt on me as I left it @ home but I was able to return them after Tyler looked up my transactions in the computer under my phone #. So I suggest when shopping @ O'Reilly's have them create an acct with your phone # so if you ever lose your receipt or don't have it on you & you need to return something they can easily look you up & see that you actually bought the item your returning.I highly recommend stopping in here for all your auto parts!Thanks Tyler for a fun visit full of laughter. :-)

Took my 2019 jeep grand cherokee in to have them test my battery and it was bad so i picked up the two of them. I brought some tools but needed a couple of deep sockets and went back in the store and they had them to borrow. Excellent service.

NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET !What on earth happened; ? This used to be one of the best O'Reillys. I come to Bullhead 1-2 times a year and I've always been happy with this store. Not so anymore ! How "Anna" ever got to be an assistant mgr. is beyond me. I found the part I needed fot my 2004 Chevrolet Malibu classic. on line, a standard ignition 2 terminal multi purpose connector # S524.. Asked for it by parts number. Next thing I know she is telling me my car is a "Classic", not a Malibu; then she sells me the wrong part and I have to go back in the store to exchange it. Next we're in the parking lot pulling the headlight and before I can stop her she's got my brand new bulb out of the socket and her greasy fingers on it. A totally NOT! needed action to determine the wiring harness fitting.Then she tells me she can have the right part in the afternoon. I tell her I'll go to the store in Fort Mojave and get it myself. But! She's already refunded the wrong part she sold me ( I had the right part and # to begin with) and recharged me for the new one. Hence another trip. When I come back in the morning she looks at her own notes and tells me " it's not here yet !" I remind her that was yesterday ! The dim light goes off! She takes forever to pull the part. I take it whether I need and or want it or not. !I can never go back here. ! There's not enough valium in the world for me to deal with such incompetence ! AND THIS IS THE SHORT VERSION ! Besides she found me a cheap version for a little less money. NEVER BOTHERED TO FIND/LOOK UP THE CORRECT PART I asked for WHICH WAS INDICATED on the website to be in stock; on location !

Sold me a tool so cheap that it bent and became unusable. They were rude and refused to give me a refund because the packaging had been opened, duh had to try and use it.

Customer service is very good they're pretty prompt in getting you through the line and helpful when they have to do a service on your vehicle outside they're willing to come out and help you

TYLER is a hero! Got off work today to a dead battery. Once I was able to get to the shop, he very quickly helped me out with finding out just how dead my battery was. On top of confirming the worst of it, he found the battery was still in warranty. That was a major relief. He even got my car jumped so I could get home and make the swap. Thank you SO VERY MUCH!!!!!

I ve purchased many products from O Reilly s that I cannot find anywhere else. They have good prices. They usually have pretty friendly service and if they don t have it, they order it for you, definitely a good place to check when you need parts for your vehicle

Guy was great help and found my receipt for my brakes.Had to go back 10 years for my return since someone didn't credit my account. He handled it and he got my money back.

I've had only positive experiences over the years with this store and today was great. Dead battery, Zach came out and replaced it, cleaned the terminals and gave great advice on another matter. I'm old and partially handicapped so this was very much appreciated.

I was having a problem with my car battery that was under warranty(2 year free replacement) it appears that the store in CA.where It was purchased did not have the original sale on the computer or at least under the correct phone number. I was stuck with a $225 battery that would not take a charge !The store manager Jeffery B. Went above and beyond after checking everything that we could. He did us a SOLID that he did not have to do , and gave us the new battery that we needed.This is one of the reasons why we shop at O'Reilly and not AZ any longer. They have truly upped their game and have hired professionals that understand cars and trucks as well as keeping their stores looking clean and professional. I encourage all ofy family and friends to drive right past AZ and go to O'Reilly to have a better shopping experience. Jay M.

Came in with an alternator from oreillys with a lifetime warranty I purchased for over $100, the owner of this oreillys immediately told me no, even though the chain withholds all warranties. Then I told her to test it and she comes back and says it works perfectly even though it does not work whatsoever, so I ask for my core charge and for her to just take the alternator as I have no use. She then looks it up, confirms the name, then waits a minute and says no. This store does not uphold oreillys standards, I ve placed a complaint with corporate as well. Worth the wait till you reach the next oreillys.

I've used oreilly's auto parts for so many years it's more than I will admit. The knowledgeable answers regarding parts, placement & general car sense and savvy is a refreshing occurrence in this slakadzical world of snowflakes glittering in my paint job. Reflection in my mirror that oreilly's sold me.. its big,really, really Big. Every one stares in awe at its giganticly wide surface completely amazed that I can fit into the car with such h a huge ...........mirrorDo not get me started on the amazing amount of side mirror I have on both sides of my ride. I once again owe oreilly's auto parts a deep debt of gratitude that they could Handel all my needs they can really help you out when you need it. They are so hands on , that they had no problems holding my huge thick mirror all the way to the car and even into the front seat for a bit. I'm amazed at their dedication and deep humility at doing such a fine job. I suggest you ask them to put their hands on whatever you need them to. Oreilly's is tha' boom yo!!!

Great service and friendly staff. The website sucks though...I ordered the wrong coolant system hose because the website upsells you. Instead of only showing the specific part you are trying to purchase, their site necessitates that you double check what you are trying to order.Ken got me the correct hose the next day (another 2 mile walk) at $15 more than I thought I would be paying. It was more expensive than it is worth.Not the place to shop for BMW parts.

The curb side service that I received tonight with amazing I'm disabled and didn't have a means of getting out of the car but I had to order something the clerk came out I took the money made the order everything went so smooth really good staff in this store Riley's suppose you could go in I I'm still grateful my car doesn't break down as much
