On 3/19/24 I dropped my F150 off for a muffler, oil change, tune up, and to see why my heater wasn't heating. $1800 was the cost to repair the heater which was more then I wanted to pay for this vehicle with 310k miles. Veron then recommended a fuel injection cleaning. He caused my lifters to tick and when I addressed this with him after driving a short distance he said he'd put more oil in it and it should go away. They also put the peddle to the metal 6 times while I waited. I asked why they treated my truck like this and got no reply. After 30 miles a rod blew and he refuses to fix it. He also lied to my credit card company and said I was satisfied when I paid. I did not receive my truck till the next day after I already paid. He said I refused repairs he recommended which is another complete lie. He refuses to make this right. I will be taking him to small claims for ruining the last few miles I had on my beloved truck and reporting him to BAR . He takes advantage of women and since this issue I have met a few he has charged $166 for a basic oil change. He is a very rude person who will not take the blame for his wrong doings. My truck ran perfectly fine before he got a hold of it. Stay away if you want to not waste your money on this establishment or take the chance of paying for more issues.

I got my oil and filter changed at Mid Valley auto. I found out there are three different types of oil, and they helped me pick the proper oil for my car. And they checked all my fluid levels and tire pressure for free. The price was down to earth also.

Just found this place today. Prefer their service and work over what I ve experienced at the dealership. They use quality synthetic oil and are very reasonably priced. This is going to be our shop.

If you are not satisfied with the way front counter interacts with you or don't agree with them the Owner does not sympathize. In fact the front counter looks like he sleeps in the park. If your counter guy looks bad you look bad. Also should be able to get a price quote on phone. They do not answer phone. For five years I've been putting up with an UN kempt front counter and have to shake answers from him. Went to another spot work was done no grief and it was cheaper. Vernon does not appreciate that he was given this business and he does not appreciate his customers, you should not be on premises unless you are working. YOU SHOULD BE THE ONE WORKING FRONT COUNTER NOT THE PERSON WHO WORKS IT NOW. HE NEEDS TO CLEAN HIS SELF UP. I WAS A GOOD CUSTOMER AND YOU DID ME A FAVOR.

My car broke down and we had it towed to Mid Valley Auto. 2 friends referred me to MVA. They were super busy but somehow managed to have my car fixed and ready to go in 2 days! Fuel pump and fuel relay replacement was needed along with induction service. I asked if they could go ahead and change my oil since it was due. No problem. Vern and Tom were so helpful! Fair pricing, honest work! Definitely recommend them!!

Vern is awesome! He was straight forward and honest and gave us great advice on where we needed to go to solve our problem. And all he could have done was do the work and made the money. Recently moved to BHC and we easily found our mechanic.

Mid-valley Auto and Vern was awesome to us. We had a bad thermostat and because we were traveling they got us in the very next morning. They did the work and unfortunately we had had a wiring issue from another mechanic and it brought up a whole new set of problems. Vern worked on the problem for three hours FOR FREE! And then when they figured out the problem was serious and could possibly damage the transmission they did a great referral to a great transmission shop. Vern called ahead and explained the whole situation. I have to say that they were wonderful to us. We were traveling through and so we don't like in Bullhead City. Vern got right after the issues even though they are backed up with work. They were just awesome! Five stars all the way!

I went in and asked about getting my differentials serviced. Vernon got me right in and out within 2 hours. He also replaced a front light for me. Very professional and fair price as well. I highly recommend Mid Valley Auto!

My auntie, who is a recent widow needed help with her car and didn t know who to trust. Thank you so much for taking care of her car and going above and beyond with your warm and kind customer service. Your honest and humble approach made her feel like she was trusting her car with a family member. She has had so much on her plate and you took her worries away. Excellent automotive garage. I was on a work trip 3hrs from home working for 2 days. Had a belt break coming down mountain, they took care of my company van immediately. I m not local, but for those of you that are, I highly recommend them.

I went there to get a 10 dollar, tail light switch fixed. It takes 5 minutes , maximum. I left there with a 224 dollar bill. Don't go here unless you like getting scammed/overcharged.

I recently moved from Las Vegas to Laughlin, searching for a new place to service my car. I picked this one, as it is family-owned. After my first visit for windshield blades & a low tire, I visited them. Super friendly, retro waiting room (loved it) & got it done within a half hour. Another guy waiting had more work to be done & they had a courtesy shuttle to take him home rather than waiting 3 hours there. I definitely found the right place!

I got there just before 8am, and Vernon took great care of my Ford Escape. He was kind, efficient, and thorough! What a refreshing and wonderful experience. The world IS harsh enough, but Mid Valley Auto made the world better, for me, today. I highly recommend Mid Valley Auto Repair! My wait wasn't long, considering they got my part in quickly, as I waited. They have bathroom, TV, waiting area with air conditioning, smoking area outside. Very reasonable and made sure my car ran smoothly, before returning the keys. I thank them for their help, considering what a horrible week I had. God Bless all the people who work there! Vern and the staff a professional and courteous. Wait time is usually very reasonableI have taken my cars to Vern for 10 years. I won't go anywhere else. If your looking for good car/tire care I totally recommend Mid Valley Auto.

They did a fabulous job on my 91 chevy 2500 pickup. Very friendly and knowable. At a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone, and I already have . I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ty again Mid Valley Auto Center.

Very nice family own business i from California and was on vacation when I had a real bad overheating problem on my truck other auto shop wouldn't take me cuz I had my boat hookup to the truck the owner Vernon from mid valley auto took me n and my boat Found the problem and fix it. Fast Service very good mechanics that knows what they are talking about and very satisfied With the service. Thanks mid valley auto for getting me and my family back home safe

I have been to Mid Valley for a number of years and wouldn't take it anywhere else. They always treat me right and they are honest about what has to be done. I have had my truck in there when the engine light came on. When they tested it, it showed two different things that it could have been. They said that they didn't think it was either one of them and to drive it and see if it came back on. I did and it didn't. They didn't even charge me for the test. I won't take it anywhere else.

Vern and his crew did a wonderful job fixing my truck when it died in August. Turned out it was only a fuel pump. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Bullhead City area.

Paid $500 for new spark plugs and oil change and wheel alignment last October. Within weeks my car was running by horribly only to find out that parts were not installed properly or installed at all!! Cost me $1000 to repair with another reputable mechanic and has been running perfectly ever since! Don t take your car there!! They lie and don t do the job correctly!!

Place is a joke con artists went there to get a diagnostic on vehicle told was the catalytic converters of course the most expensive part right instead of maybe starting u Kno with the less expensive repairs like fuel pump or fuel filter went straight for the cats so I got them I had another shop install because I didn't really like their quote on labor got them done still same problem guy tells me yup that'll fix it yea ok bunch of crooks.

Great shop. Did quality work and explained everything to me each step of the way in terms a non-mechanic could understand. I will be going there for any future repair work. Vern runs a very good business.

These guys are awesome. My wife was traveling by herself in our F 550 when the coolant res started leaking and the A/C when out. Vernon and his guys got our bus in and fix in 24 hours. Thanks you guy for the hard work you did.
