Great service. The cost was exactly what was quoted over the phone. Only 30 minutes for the entire job and now I have a windshield with some tinting that wasn't in the original windshield which is great in the desert sun. Super friendly staff. The tech even cleaned my other windows.

Great service, quoted my $35 over phone for scuff repair 8n windshield. When I got there, they said it would only be $29.99 had a radio ad airing and gave me the discount. Lupe was friendly. Awesome staff and stellar service!!! Visiting Bullhead City from Denver Colorado and 2nd day in town we got a massive rock chip on the windshield. These guys took me in as a walk in and in less than 20 minutes I was on the road and windshield looks perfect! I would definitely recommend them. Did I mention that the price was awesome as well? $35.00.

On Feb 28th, 2017 I had a windshield replaced on my 1999 Ford F150. The gentleman spoke broken English, but the receptionist promised good work. I held up that I could get a good repair from them for $199.00. It's a replacement...[This quote is not far off from a typical charge, give or take $50 dollars, but it worked.]The work held up alright.I'm unsure what happened, but Good Vista's worker attempted to tell me something about the side panels not being sealed after completing the work. Those seals shouldn't affect the sides of the windshield's ability to seal, but I'll have to work it out anyways and fix this.Hindsight bias:Granted due to Arizona's climate and that it doesn't rain often... I'm going to give you guys the benefit of the doubt that your technician **may** have been unaware of how to reseal a Ford glass.I'm going to rescind on my previous criticism, bump this to a three stars for the time of the service is many years past.Oh well, with each good repair sometimes there's mistakes.My suggestions for current service:Make sure someone can translate properly if the tech speaks broken English.If there's any issues during repairs, call the customer immediately and let them know.I can't say much else. The glass was replaced as requested. I'm just disappointed with the seal.Staff were friendly otherwise and willing to do the work, despite the schedule.

I WENT THERE WITH MY FORD EXPLORER FOR A LIFTGATE GLASS, THE GIRL WALKED OUTSIDE TO LOOK WITH A GLASS MAN, TOOK MY INFORMATION AND SAID THEY WOULD CALL, I'VE WAITED CLOSE TO ONE YEAR NOW, NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT CALL, BUT THEY ALSO GAVE MY INFO TO SAFELITE WHO NEVER STOPS EMAILING ME NOW, THEY ARE AS BAD AS GOOD VISTA TIRES ON MARINA.(SEE REVIEW)

This place will give you a quote and surprise you with a completely different bill AFTER the work has been completed. While I have no complaint with the repair their idea of outright illegal bait and switch billing is exactly what's wrong with the auto repair industry. They claimed that the quote was merely "an estimate" and refused to honor it forcing us to pay more than double. Would NOT recommend and will NEVER return

I had my hood latch break on the highway, my hood fly up while driving and completely shatter my windshield while I was 6 hours away from my home in Orange County and I didn t have AAA. I was able to get it towed here and the staff at Good Vista Glass completely saved me. They were kind and professional, were able to get my windshield replaced a day earlier than estimated and even removed the hood of my car for free so it wouldn t put me in danger again on the way back home. They vacuumed out the glass and cleaned out the inside of my car and re attached the rearview mirror that broke on impact. Very helpful and would recommend to anyone who needs auto glass services!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Tech installed window motor incorrectly and then trimmed door seal to try and make it work. Tech claimed part was defective. They were rude and wouldn't admit that they had damaged seal. New seal cost $89.00 plus installation. I had it done at another shop. They installed same window motor with no problem worked fine. Very unprofessional. Won't go back or recommend.

Can't say enough good things about this place friendly service and great work at a more than fair price had our passenger side window fix here I had bought the part myself and had them install it for us in and out in a flash we continue to come here when needed five stars all the way around.

I was there to fix a tiny chip in my windshield. Tech told me there was a chance he could break the windshield and I'd have to buy a new one. Basically, there is no guarantee. The price is only $35, but the risk of losing my windshield over a tiny crack wasn't worth the savings. I'm going to a different company that guarantees their work. Gave 2 stars for price and friendliness of staff.

I called and scheduled a mobile service and on the day of, no one showed up so I called and was told yes you did have a appointment but your phone number and address were not written down. The lady told me the workers were on a different site and I would to wait until later that day to have someone come out. It upset me because I had arranged my day for my schedued appt. When the guys finally got to my house they were very quick and did a good job. That was my only good experience with them. Their customer service with scheduling appts on the phone needs some work though.

I was driving thru town in my class B motorhome and my drivers side window decided to stop working couldn't get it to go up or stay up after stopping at several places in town I finally was referred to Good Vista by another company. This place was so great they dropped everything they were doing and looked at my window after taking apart my door panel they discovered what was wrong with it but couldn't get parts for a couple days so they jerry rigged the window so it would stay up and lock for me and ordered my parts, few days later I traveled back here had them install the new parts and was on my way can't recommend these guys enough such great work and customer service they truly saved me while 1200 miles from homeService: Auto power window repair

I didn't use this company. They didn't do the repairs on my glass sliding door. They were very happy to refer me to someone who could help me. That company was Glass Doctor.

Best price I could find. You find one better let me know. Drop of 2 stars. Quality of work has gone down hill. You get what I pay for. Call safelight for a professional job.

I had a Mercedes sprinter van with a broken windshield they replaced it three times it still leaks water and air and now I m being told that it s past the warranty time. The owner promised me after the third time that if it leaked he would pay for the competitor to replace it and now he saying he can t do that. I tried to meet with him and he gives me the runaround beware if you have a Mercedes Van. I take it somewhere else.

Friendly, but either my car is a jinx, or they have some issues. Recieved faulty glass as well and had to return for a new install for no added cost

I had them mount tires for me and the young tech spent more time texting then working !!! I asked them to align the front end and they were very rude and unprofessional !! Spend the money and go to a REAL shop !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
