I needed new rollers for my sliding glass door and Glass Doctor, Brad came out. Since my glass door is an older model Brad had to order rollers for my door. The following week Ricky and Rob came out and replaced the rollers. I can now use the door without it jumping off the track. Thank you Glass Doctor guys for a wonderful job. 10 star's!

GO TOO SAFELITE !There installers have no experianceThey had to replace my windshield 3 times! And i still have a cracked windshield!Water is leaking in my truck !They broke all the clips!! All of them!You guys destroyed my truck

Got a rock chip yesterday. Stopped in this morning and they had it taken care of in less than hour, and done well. It was good chip but its almost invisible now. Awesome price as well.

Ricky and Rob did a very good job of installing my passenger RV windshield and side window. However Glass Doctor has a serious internal communication problem between the client (me) and the technicians. It took nearly 4 months since I ordered the windshield and side window. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. The first major boo-boo was them ordering a windshield for driver side instead of passenger side. They have now finally been replaced.

Called up and explained that a huge alien ship (possibly from Area 51, but I don t want to start rumors) shot a laser beam into my windshield causing a chip that started to run across the windshield. While talking to the fine young lady at Glass Dr, she made me the earliest appointment to get my Taco Truck back on the road. Being that all the newer vehicles put more stuff on the windshield ... lane assist, early warning... you don't want Cletus ripping your glass out and costing you thousands!

Brad and team replaced a large, heavy, tedious window last year for us but the window had a defect and he replaced it under the warranty with no issues. Very polite, on-time and professional...Will continue to do business with them and refer to others. Thanks!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would waited a whole week for my window to get there only to show up and have the wrong window there. After calling to verify the part number that my window is there and ready to be installed, if I drove down there drove 25 miles for them to say they ordered the wrong window fast forward. 5 days when the right window was supposed to have been there I arrived they told me I'll be serviced first thing in the morning. They put somebody ahead of me. I think that's all it. Okay, no problem, I'll wait only for them to come. Tell me that my window went to the wrong location and then they. Still ask me if I wanted to wait around. I would not recommend this place to anywhere. Save yourself the hassle, save yourself. The frustration save yourself the time. Pay a little bit more and go to safe light

Save yourself the time and hassle go anywhere. But here drove 100 miles in total, making 2 round trips to this place. Only to be told by window was not there after they already ordered and receive the wrong window the first time

I am writing this review to cancel out my previous one. I had first written a review of how I was dissatisfied and frustrated with my truck window replacement.But, I since had a direct, personal call from the owner, Steve and he went above and beyond to assure that I was taken care of and in a timely manner with excellent customer service.I would definitely recommend this company to Everyone.I am very satisfied with my new window, but even more so, extremely impressed with the way Steve went out of his way to make things right.Thank you Glass Doctor & Steve.Sincerely, ( a new customer for life)Rachel

Jason and Brad are awesome. They arrived on time, did the job, not only quickly, but perfectly! They were careful about my house, very friendly and went above and beyond to make me happy. I had two sliding glass doors replaced and I couldn't be happier with the results. The doors they installed are so much better than the old ones that I am now getting an estimate to have all my windows replaced as well. I can recommend Glass Doctor, Jason and Brad without reservation!

Had family members use this company before with no complaints.so we went ahead and decided to use Glass Doctor, when we had made the appointment our scheduled time was for Tuesday 03/07 at 8am - 10am no one called or showed up until about 1:00 pm. This was after we had tried to set up a previous appointment the day before where we were informed someone would be here at 9am and no one had showed. It wasn't until later in the afternoon that they had called to reschedule. Once here the employee had then informed that it would be an additional 30$ which was not mentioned in final price when spoken to on the phone. When initially making the scheduled appointment our final price was set at 65$. My wind shield was fixed but I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and customer service with the Glass Doctor. I will not be recommending their business to anyone nor will I be using them again.

The tech's were great once they received the windows and installed them. It just took way longer then it should had. The people running the office and answering the phones could use some serious training starting with "Follow-Up" calls. From the time I originally called on 2-23-23 to completion was almost 4 weeks. Since I was told they did not need to order the glass, it was something they could take care of in their shop it should of only taken maybe 2 weeks. I had to be the person calling them weekly checking on the window since my resident was seating here with a broken window for all that time.They were all very nice people but a little follow up goes a long way.

Customer service is awful. Had a overpriced shower door installed. After about a month the shower door started hitting the stationary glass due to the hinge moving. I called, and called, and called. I got a lot of "Oh yes your file is right here, my manager will review it and we will get right back to you". Yea right! Never did I get a call back. Folks this was 1 1/2 years ago, I called every month or so for a year and still got the run around. Please do not use this establishment, once you pay them, you will never see them again.

One star is two to many. Walked into establishment for my appointment to replace my windshield which was prearranged thru my insurance company and myself. When I entered there were two employees sitting at their desk. Not once did either one ask if they vould help me. After a minute or so I had to ask them if I was on there schedule for windshield replacement. Then, after they checked there books, they tried calling a technician that was out in the field with no response. At that point I realized they could care less if I was there for my appointment. I then left and about 20 minutes later the technician called me to tell me he would be at the shop in about 20 minutes.VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!I would highly recommend a different glass company for any of my future glass workAGAIN, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH GLASS DOCTOR!!!!!!

I was recommended to go to Glass Doctor to replace my windshield from my mother in law Ivery. She had her windshield replaced a few weeks before me on her Ford Fusion. I called got a great quote and set up an appointment that same week. They came to my husband's work on time, very friendly, professional and fast. My windshield looks great! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs any type of glass and windshield replacements. Thank you to everyone there!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

The Glass Doctor was a windshield saver for us!! We were traveling from Texas to California in March when a rock hit the windshield. It needed to be repaired before it became a replacement issue instead of a repair issue! After numerous attempts to find someplace that did windshield repairs, we found the Glass Doctor. They were able to take care of us right away so that our journey for my Dad's memorial wasn't delayed. The staff was very helpful and kind, and we were pleased with the results. Thank you, Glass Doctor staff!

Have me wait 3 days for the window which is fine but then call me at the time of my appointment and say the tech noticed a scratch on the new window can I bring the car in on Monday which is another 3 days.
