They leave the cars with swirls after painting and if you don't ask to fix they'll leave it that way. Also we're busy people. My son car was done there and they left the tire pressure monitor not reset. Tires show 0 on all tire pressure. They Also drained the battery on the key. None of that was a problem till after they worked on the car!

In the very unfortunate circumstance of a traffic collision, the staff at Gerber will do their very best to make things go as smoothly and as quickly as possible to help your family with your repairs and/or insurance claims. They are kind and compassionate and do a very good job of helping you to see the brighter side of an awful event. I'm just so thankful my son nor I were not hurt in either of the accidents that brought us to Gerber. Because that's what really matters. Cars can be replaced, people can't. Thank you, Isaac.

My car was in an accident, other guy's fault, and their insurance company sent me here. Front left bumper and side panel. I could not have been more satisfied. I thought they were professional and run a clean shop. Got the car back pretty quick. They even washed it. (Could have been waxed as well, as the car looked pretty shiny). And I believe they even cleaned the inside. I did read some of the other reviews before posting this, and all I can say is maybe sometimes insurance companies get in the way...Mine was through Farmers, zero problems.

Stay away from this place at all costs. Accident happened in July... took vehicle in September. Was well over a month to get vehicle back and when I did it was incomplete, dirty, and missing parts. The reason they gave was UAW strike. So here we are again to put the parts that were missing on vehicle. They said it'll take a day and a half. Nope! Going on 3 days and haven't heard anything from them to come get it and now they are closed for the weekend. Original estimate was around 3500 but final bill was over 10k! Tell me how you underestimate that amount for damage that wasn't that major. This is also an approved vendor for AmFam insurance... telling you don't go here. What good is a lifetime warranty if they never fix it correctly.UPDATE... went to Gerber collision and glass after I had to call them to get an update on my vehicle. Was told your vehicle is complete and ready to be picked up... Well guess what I get there and after waiting 15 minutes for them to bring the vehicle out to the front for review I see the only parts they installed was the power wagon decal and stripe along the door. Was still missing the window trim, inside door trim, and rubber roof trim... apparently they forgot to order those parts even after I was told that all parts we're in and ready for install. So the truck is still not complete. Truck was still dirty from black smears which look like grease but more than likely is rubbing compound from buffing. Take note of this review because this will be you if you bring your vehicle to this place. 4 months after dropping it off for repairs and STILL not completed after being paid. There is absolutely no excuse or reason why someone should have to deal with this buffoonery however if you like aggravation and false promises then Gerber Collision and Glass in Bullhead City, AZ is the place to be.

Our experience with Gerber collision especially Issac at the bullhead Az Gerber was excellent! He went above and beyond customer service. Our insurance was trying to screw us over and total our car when it wasn t any where close to needing to be totaled. He was the best advocate we could ask for, he was fighting our insurance company and would not let them take our car because he knew what they were trying to do was wrong. I would definitely recommend them a million times over to ANYONE that needs body work. Make sure you ask to talk to Issac! Thank you again Issac you re the best!Thanks, The Sherman s

Don't use this shop if you value your time and the shops promise. I made an appointment in advance which did not honor. When it was time for pick up they did not honor their word for arranged pick up. To top all that there is a paint drip in the work, really. The office staff was very cavalier with the lack of professionalism on the shops side. They did complete the job in the two week time frame (with the drip). The only reason I used them because they are a preferred provider from my insurance, the lack of follow through on Gerber Collision will be relayed to the insurance company.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Once I got my car back I was hearing rattling noises coming from my car which turned out to be my splash guard that wasn t put back right and it fell out from the left side. Also I got my car still damaged from the sides which has dents. They only fixed mild damages in the front for $1500.

Complete scam artists. I have neverBeen more upset.took my car apart and did not put it back together..charged me to put it together.just for an estimate scam .scam.i will give bad reviews as long as I live

From the moment we walked into the building to drop our car off until today when we picked it up top notch service! The people are amazing and the work speaks for itself! The repair was done a lot quicker than expected, they worked with Enterprise to make sure we had a vehicle and even detailed our car and washed the windows! This was repair done through an insurance company and it was an easy process. We have a small second repair we want done paying cash and will definitely be back!

This is an addendum to my previous review- I am so sorry that you have to deal with terrible insurance companies such as Liberty Mutual. Once I traveled to your shop, on multiple occasions, I was able to eventually put the pieces together regarding the time necessary for my vehicle evaluation. After I received your initial text notification indicating that the inspection/repair process had begun, and then I heard nothing after that for way too long, I did not realize that the insurance company had In fact established gag-order regarding work on my vehicle, which was remarkably frustrating and confusing. When the vehicle was initially delivered, I was informed that there was no one available to perform the inspection which was initially "not a good sign". I do hope that you have a successful year and that corporations like LIBERTY MUTUAL don't drag you down too much, and cause inevitable drain on customer satisfaction regarding their insufficient and heartless claims adjustment process. I would also like to potentially suggest that you find a way to increase the size of your customer parking cubicle . After a long wait, I am now satisfied that you provided sufficient inspection services and your endeavor to manage customer satisfaction is duly noted.

They were booked full, but still took me in.They helped me a lot. Kept my car from going to a tow yard. Here are some before pics. I'll post more when it's fixed.

Took great care of my car...spot on with the repairs. Took a little long (2+ weeks) before they took it and another 2 to fix it. Was not a huge repair but they did a great job. Kept me informed and had it ready a day early. Even had it washed sparkly clean. A go to for sure

Poor time management and awkward customer service. They had my Jeep for a full month for a door repair and every time I called for a status update I was told that it would be done in a few days and it was never done By the day they told me it would be. When I came in for my scheduled pick up (Monday) they told me they hadn t even washed it when I received a call saying it was done and being washed on Friday. I have taken my car here before and was pleased with the outcome, but this visit has changed my opinion on the shop entirely.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Good experience, friendly staff, on time results. Spoke with Rob who listened to our concerns regarding repair cost and timing. He Ordered parts immediately to ensure they were on site at time of our scheduled repair. Repairs were completed on time with text communication throughout on the card cars status. Rob followed up personally, as requested, to ensure the estimate given did not have any additional repair needs. Reasonable price, good follow through, would recommend to others.

I'm a 75 yr old man and in my day, I'vecome across many businesses. Most have been mediocre, some have been good but few if any have earned my admiration and utmost gratitude for excellence in all facets of how they conduct their business. I was first impressed by their neatness and the organized appearance of their office and shop, a clear indicator of their work ethics. The repairs to my truck were impeccable. They left it looking almost better than new. Their staff were all thoughtful and sympathetic. I would not hesitate in recommending this shop to anyone in need of collision repairs.

This place has been an amazing experience from the start. Last year I was involved in a car accident that left my bumper damage. My car was taken here for repair and was left surprised at how fast and efficient their staff were. Unfortunately, recently my bumper started to wear down so I took it back to this place in hopes of fixing again. I was anxious about coming back especially near their closing hours, but regardless was greeted with a warm welcome. After explaining the issue of my bumper with Cody and Matt, they ensured that it would be repaired and were able to work around my work schedule. I received my car back looking good as new!! They also took care of my broken glovebox AND was given a car wash! They really went above and beyond. I am grateful I found this place. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Told me they could do the repair on my Mercedes, and then booked me 3 months out. The day I dropped the vehicle off, they told.me.they weren't going to do it. Not mad they chose not to, just irritated they waited 3 months before telling me.

This is by far the best auto body shop I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly and professional. The work that they do is great, every time I've had repairs to my vehicles done, it looks like brand new an has lasted. Gordy body shop has always Givin the best estimate for repairs and has been accurate on the time it will take to do the repairs. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I am not overly thrilled with the lack of communication. After 8 days and not one phone call, I called, was put on hold and then was told that they were waiting for a new hood as mine was not repairable. They had not even a clue as to when they would receive the hood or when I would get my vehicle back.

I went in to get a few estimates on my 2 cars. I have 4 damages on one car and 1 on another. When I went there I was expecting to pay heavy. I was greeted by a man named Daniel who took a look at both my cars. Because 2 different people wrecked one of my cars I need different estimates for different spots on the car. He was very helpful and even pointed out damage that I didn't know I had on that car. He was very respectful and tried to help me out to the best of his ability. He even told me that he estimated high so I wouldn't have to worry if it ran a a little over. I was so pleased after talking to him. Another place had quoted me at 3500 for 1 out of 4 damages done but he quoted me to fix all of it for 4 grand. I'm so happy for them. I would choose them over anyone else any other day. I'll be taking my car there to get fixed.

Gordy's was amazing. I got in a minor accident and scratched the front end of my car. Upon arrival, friendly faces greeted me and I was immediately taken care of. They were able to get my car in that week and it was done before the estimated time I had been quoted. My car looked good as new and they even detailed it for me. I would recommend this auto body to anyone in the surrounding area, great fast service. Thanks again Gordy's!

First visit for an estimate. Cody the young man who did estimate and setting of appointment for work to be done very helpful, courteous, well trained and pleasant. Will post more later.Repair work finish in the time that was stated. The workmanship is very good could not tell there was any damage. I definitely recommend Gerber for repair work that is needed after a collision. Thanks for a job well done. I bumped up you stars to 5.

When my wife was in an accident our insurance had us take her car to Gordy s and I m glad they did.The people at Gordy s answered our questions, and we had a ton of them, they let us see the car, and kept us updated and informed on what was happening.Simply put, best auto shop in town!

I was really struggling with having to get my car repair as soon as possible, as I am a single parent and full time college student, the last thing I needed was to have to deal with the stress of this massive repair. Gordy's team went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and confident in leaving my car with them. They are the sweetest team, and I will always recommend them to everyone I know in need of repairs. Take your repair to Gordy's, you will not be dissapointed!

I own my own detailing business and I always have clients asking me if I know someone who does any repair work beyond my detailing capabilities. I have been recommending my clients to GAB because since day one I have never had a client of mine come back unhappy with their work. This is very important to me to know that I can refer my own people to someone who I know will do a different line of work the same way I would. Thanks to the Gordy's team for years of consistent service! This group goes to great lengths to operate with integrity, and they've always come through for me. Their jobs for me were accomplished with quality materials and workmanship. Any issues that arose were handled. Many people who are not familiar with the industry may perceive problems with any auto collision repair service simply based upon misunderstanding. My long term experience with Gordy's shows them to be honest and highly competent.
