I called this morning to see if it was possible to get an alignment, the young lady gave me the price and told me to bring it right over.I was greeted with a cheerful smile and the car went in right away.I waited for the vehicle and it wasn't long before I was on my way.As a former service manager I appreciate the attention to customer service.Hats off to you all for a great experienceMark Gibson

Went for an alignment. 10mins later, they said all 4 tires had flat spots and the alignment may not be 100. What never heard that one before... I got in my car to leave (no work was done) and it reeked of old AXLE grease..! 3 days later... it is NOT any better! Pass on these guys. Too bad they are a block from me and I wanted to support a local shop. Not a chance.

I have a f250 diesel truck that had a lower hose radiator leak, i had of course started with the dealer for quote, and of course that was way out of the budget, then i had called another diesel repair guy, way cheaper then the dealer but in Needles, so my mom wanted me to try Econo, she had heard good review from her friend who has a gas car. I admit, i was skeptical, i had not seen any reviews about the diesel mechanic.Well, i am hear to tell you, that not only did they bid low enough ( very affordable) chris answered my questions, comments, and concerns and had confirmed what my brothers had informed me of, (* just so i wasnt a completely clueless woman. )Everyone i came across, to include Daisy who answered the phone and also greeted me was excellent in customer service.The shop appeared to be clean and organized.At this point, i believe i will return when in BHC and am in need of a decent, and honest diesel mechanic. I would also recommend for non diesel engines as well.They also provided me with shuttle service, which by the way, was also excellent in customer service.

These guys remembered me as usual. The new owner Robert and crew really took care of me again. I also got a free pizza from them for Mega Toppers Pizza. The pizza was surprisenly awesome. I needed a new alternator for my Toyota & called & spoke with Miguel & he said to come in & he would check everything for me. They had the one I needed & he was kind enough to check all my fluids for me & fill as needed. Not sure why this place doesn t have a better rating because I found him to be very knowledgeable & very kind. I was anticipating a high figure for my repairs but it was way below what I was expecting! This is my go to auto shop from now on & I recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you so much Miguel! An honest mechanic I can trust is beyond price!

Very Honest Business! Had a nail in our tire and they got us in quickly to fix it. It turned out that it was small short screw in the tire that didn't even puncture it. They easily could have pretended they fixed it and charged me, but didn't. I never would have known the difference. I will use this business again due to the honest and excellent service received. We had a great experience with Miguel. We were referred to him by several people, and they weren t wrong. He is a very honest and forthright person. We ordered new tires and ask if he would check our brakes also. He said our brakes were good for another year or so. We are very pleased and will continue to do business with this man. Reputable people are great to find. Thank you Miguel!!

I wish I had something more positive to say other than seen Anna's :) when I entered the building they only had 2 guys working , was an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change and rotate my tires and there was only one other car in the bay. Business has deteriorated with the new owner.

Miguel is the Best of the Best!!! To start, the tow truck dropped our car off at the wrong shop..but who knew that was God at work blessing us with Miguel and his crew. We were out of state on vacation when our radiator cracked. He was so extremely busy but accepted our car and fixed it for us fast and at an unbelievable price!!! Then a week later he also helped with installing a new battery. His team is super honest, reliable, the best prices and service THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Absolutely amazing crew at this tire shop. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after I blew a tire on my Jeep. Highly recommended to anybody that needs any tire work and after the experience I had this morning they have a customer for Life in me for all my tire and mechanical needs. The prices are amazing and the work is of the highest quality.

I had the upper and lower control arm replaced on my 2000 Gmc 2500 repaired on 10/21/2022The job seemed ok but the technician had some problems he was assembling and noticed he was doing it backwards but later corrected him selfAfter about a month i went to do an oil change and I noticed my right front shock was hanging whyThe technician forgot to instal the bottom bolts then later found out when he installed the upper and lower control arms he never tightened the he left everything looseI then had T and T in Kingman inspect it and it was a messAll of that created another 1500 dollar repairNow my truck is goodThank you T and T of Kingma AzEcono tire is a sub par auto shopDo not do business here it will cost you double or triple for bod jobServices: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Miguel was extremely helpful! Went in with a situation that I figured would take a day or two to resolve. He had all of my trailer tires replaced extremely quickly while I waited (which was only about 20-25 minutes). Great prices on tires also. I know where to go when I am in town with any sort of problem. Truly exceptional customer service!

Mr.Miguel is a great guy he is very open and honest about your car and exactly what it needs and explains what is going on in a way you can understand. They get the work done quickly and its quality work. They worked with us to get the money through the Acima loan program and we never felt rushed or like our business was anything less than appreciated. I give him 10 stars. Even as a busy man when its your turn for attention he gives you 1000% of it with a smile. No one else will touch my vehicles but Econo Tire & Wheel.

We went to this location for the no credit needed installment plan through Progressive. While getting a quote for new tires we asked Miguel to look into an issue with the AC that 2 other mechanics failed to diagnose/repair. Not only did he find & fix the minor issue, but he did so at no charge! Service like this is hard to find in Bullhead. We will tell our friends & family... definitely be back

I got a flat tire passing thru the city and needed to change my spare tire with limited miles. I called their shop to see if they had my tire size available, and the female made me wait so she could check and see if they did. She lied to me and said that they did without ever even checking. She checked AFTER I had driven what limited miles I could to their shop that was advertised the best in town! .... The did not have my tire size and I drove to Latino Tire Shop which was the closest next to them. The Latino Tire Shop at least was HONEST with me. Honesty is the best policy.... and I cannot stand businesses that do not tell it like it is . Awful experience.

I LOVE this place! I have used them several times. They are completely honest and reliable. I took my car in recently because of a squealing noise under the hood. They thought it was probably a pulley bearing. They took it all apart and found nothing and put it back together. The sound had disappeared! They changed me nothing! Even though it took an hour to check it out, they said they didn't do anything so there was nothing to charge me for! How many garages would do that anymore??????

If you live in or around bullhead/laughlin area and you have any car issues, tire related or not then this is the first and only place you should go to!! The provided quick and excellent service for my fiancee. Her car was undriveable becaues of the engine overheating. Couldn't even start it without it leaking heavily and overheating. These guys fixed everything up within a day. Best service you will every see in or around this area i promise you that.

After getting a estimate from brake Masters for $1,800.... I took my vehicle to Miguel and he took care of the AC repair for $55 it just needed one pound of freon. Honest and professional shop!

Excellent service! Needed my head gasket fixed and he went above and beyond to give me the best price possible. He also checked/replaced little odds and ends to make sure I got as much for my money as I could. It's the only place I'll go in Bullhead from now on!

I was told this was a good place. Needed a flat fixed. Went in, told them I was referred by AAA guy who put on my spare. Stood around like a idiot, I told them why I was there, after that they didn't even acknowledge me. Went to Ron's Tire Pros, now they took great care of me. Will always go to Ron's.
