I had GREAT customer service. Typical Monday morning was busy and asked to come back. They text & called to let me know tbey were ready to fix my tire. Very quick & professional service.

I have never had better customer service from a group of young men . Everyone had a smile on their face and acted like they love their job . And they were very knowledgeable and not pushing me to purchase anything I didn't need , but simply letting me know what was available. I will not go anywhere else. Customer for life

Took my wife s car in tire get a tire repair, once again top notch service and professionalism from that team there. We ve gone there multiple times since we ve lived in this city. I m very happy with our experiences there, and we ll be repeat customers for sure.

Best customer service I ve received in town yet.. as far as my car goes. And lowest price in town I ve found for tires.Management (Corey) is top tier and got me a great price as well as in and out extremely quick. Empathetic to my situation and definitely made my morning easier!!

Amazing service and wonderful prices. Came in and they had all four tires changed and rotated in less than 30 minutes. These guys are on it! The Manager is ultra friendly with a great attitude.

Hands down!!! To Bullhead's, Discount Tires for the excellent customer service I received today. Not only, did I get the best prices in town for my brand new tires, but also new windshield wipers and installed thanks to ISAAC and JUNJIE. The amazing part was that they told me it would be more than an hour wait due to another appointment ahead of me. To my surprise, my vehicle was done and ready to go with in 45 minutes. It shows that they both love what they do and the importance of being a return customer. Thank you so much!

Haven't had a bad experience yet at this store. I work at a competitor tire shop and always come here. If you have any issues gavin will get u taken care of.

I love all the guys that work here! I purchased tires here and i kept having the tire pressure light come o. They would air it up and 3-4 days later it would come back on. They replaced my back tire because it was under warranty. Thought that was it but the light came on again. We went back and they got me right in without an appointment mind you,(they were probably tired of seeing me keep coming back. Lol Nevertheless, they were always pleasant and regardless to fix my problems. The problem ended up being the driver tire valve stem. They replaced it for me and now no more issues! They even replaced my hubcaps for me!I know they are gonna miss me though. I will always go there for my car tires!

My car was alerting me of low tire pressure as a result of extreme temperature drop due to storm. Isaac was so polite & put air in my tires very quickly so I could safely drive on the rainy streets. THANK YOU!

The young men working here are a credit to their trade. I was there for new rims and tires, the lobby was very busy, all the men in red shirts were on deck with total confidence, competence and professionalism. I didn't hear anyone say "let me ask my manager" about anything, shows the high level of training, product knowledge, and outstanding leadership from Corey, the manager. Also a shout-out to Riley, he's also a customer service rockstar!

My appointment @ 12:30, @1:29 work started. ALL bays empty @12:15. They are short service men. Never in 30 years seen this company with Empty Bays. Leave it to me to get a "Beginner"trainee that took an extra service man to oversee while short handed ! Overall EXCELLENT SERVICE when applied !!

I had a 1 o clock appointment, but they didn t start working on my car until almost 2 was finally out around 2:35 PM. I guess having an appointment doesn t mean much. I ve had much better experiences at other discount tires.

Repeat customer always reasonable prices and helpful staff. Sometimes wait can be a bit but that s only because they have a lot of satisfied customers coming back repeatedly.

They definitely deserve the 5 star rating here. Really good service and kept it professional and always looking out for their customer. Great work on their Job inside and outside the shop. Most recommended place to get tires replaced or checked on

1pm appointment , made for everybody's convenience , but ours.15 minutes earlier to check in , 3 bay's empty , the salesman says sit or come back later , it's going to be 1 hour before getting it in .For a tire rotation !!!!!

This should be a 5 but even with an appointment, you wait forever!That is the only negative thing that I can think of.They need to have designated bays for walk-ins and some just for appointments. The problem is that they fit walk-ins in between appointments . So you end up waiting with appointments.Service is great, honest, and professional.Recommendation 98%

Speedy and professional service. Clean waiting area. What you would expect. I placed an online order for tires, they were delivered to the shop fast. I was able to come in a day early to get them out on without hassle. Total wait time under 2 hours with no appointment.

Most of the workers are trained & very professional. I like their financing that they use such a synchrony credit card. They will also put air in your tires if you drive up & they are low.

Wanted to order 4 tires for one of my vehicles so I called Discount tire to place my order because they are not a in stock item, the representative said I had to come down to the store or order from the web site to place my order I did not want to do either or so I asked the rep. why and he said it's corporate procedure. I have purchased over 2 dozen or more tires over the phone with this company in the last 15 years with 4 vehicles and I was still required to go to the store or purchase online. I chose neither so I spent my $800.00 at another store not using Discount tire and did it over the phone. (sad)

These guys are very thorough, fast, and provides excellent professional service. Even though they were not able to patch my tire which for sure needed replacement, they were very courteous and respectful. We will come here again! Keep up the great work guys as your positive energy does not go unnoticed.
