Had a great experience here. Car ended up being totalled but the guys at Desert Ridge were very helpful in dealing with insurance company. Great advise along the way and helped to protect my rights during the whole process. Highly recommend!

LOOKS BRAND NEW! Our 2015 Dodge RAM was looking a little shabby and tailgate had dents and scratches along the side. I told them make it pretty again and it looks like a brand new truck! No dents, perfect body with no scratches or nicks in the paint. Thank you. Love the truck. Not into buying a new one with this one looking so good! Thank you.Service: Body & Trim

I needed an estimate to replace my bumper cover. The gentleman in the office told me that he had too much to do, he doesn't write estimates on Monday and that I need to come back tomorrow.If you can't take the time to write up an estimate I can't take the time to give you my business.

Had my truck for over 2 weeks, new bumper grill hood repaint and latches fixed. Got it back hood wasn't painted, bumper was put on sideways grill is not fully connected and the hood opened while driving on the freeway. This place is careless and dangerous. They did not care when I called and complained. Over $6000 for a shotty job at best. I have complained to the state, my insurance company and my attorney is looking into this. I am also contacting news and radio stations. This place is bad news. The people working there are very rude. I would suggest any place other then desert ridge collision. They did an amazing job! they worked with my insurance and it was very easy. i just dropped off the car and a week later it was basically brand new. they went over and beyond with the repair.. i loved it .. hopefully I don't need to go back .. but if I do I strongly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I called looking for a quote to have my new bumper color matched and installed. I was told that they only work with parts that they order. Then he proceeded to advise me that going to a body shop with a part they didn t order is like going to get breakfast at a diner and bringing your own eggs and toast and expecting them to cook it. He then told me they have plenty or business and to get my body work done somewhere else. Couldn t believe how rudely I was treated for simply inquiring about having a bumper painted and installed.

A very nice place to take your car. Very friendly. They've taken care of everything. My rental car was there waiting for me. They're work is outstanding. Definitely a great place to get your car fixed.

Worst customer service ever. They do not provide the right information, that you need to know. We went to pick up our van and they denied us to not give it back to us because they do not accept debit cards. Only cash, something they never said. They said that they do not want to pay the percentage of 3% for using a debit card. Unbelievable!!! They charge thousand of dollars but they do not want to Pay 3% of the transaction. At that moment we had our kids with us a 5 and 2 year old, we had no car. They did not care. We had to wait for a ride.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

This shop is just what you need for your repairs. They do the work in a timely fashion, they pay attention to detail. Sherry is a professional and takes care of your needs. Class act, kudos to the entire crew.

Marcelo and his staff go above and beyond to get you back on the road by either rental cars or courtesy ride home while your vehicle is being repaired they have worked on two of my vehicles in The Last 5 Years and they have been absolutely perfect thanks for the great work

I had them look at my Tesla and sadly they couldn't do it. Instead of just brushing me off, they gave me a bunch of information on where I can get it fixed and a wealth of other info.

Office nice, 1 guy is nice 1 not so nice I think they forget we are the customer that has been in accident and they should always keep that in mind when they are talking to the customer if they want more business.
