Denise Groff provided excellent customer service. She expedited a rental car tire repair so that we could get back out on the lake for our fishing trip from Seattle Highly recommend the excellent staff at this location!

Went in to get a tire quote, employees seemed too overwhelmed to acknowledge customers. Parking lot was filled with busted cars and trash. Looked like a graveyard. Which made me feel concerned with the quality of work. I called later to get a quote on tires and an employee D informed me there was not an employee available to quote tires. Tire Pros should be able to quote tires.

Dann is outstanding. It is people like him that make a company and also reason to return. He is customer oriented provides needed info, knows his job and takes pride and ownership of his work.

Great customer service. Had a tire get punctured just outside Golden Valley going toward Bullhead. Chose Tire Pro as we had purchased tires from Tire Pros in Prescott, Az.Brian and Dee were so kind and helpful to us. Also want to mention Juan as well . We appreciate their help so much.If you want good service, choose them.

Wont take my truck anywhere else but here for alignment/suspension and brake work .The manager Juan and his crew have always been polite and have done great work for an agreeable price.Would recommend to everyone.

Visiting family from out of town and my rental car from Vegas developed a tire issue first day. Enterprise works with this shop so I stopped in to see if they could take a peek. They were completely slammed but after talking with me, and taking my situation into consideration. the lovely lady helping me worked to squeeze me in. 30 minute peek turned into a new tire and back on the road to finish my family visit. On a 117� day all of the employees I chatted with were all very pleasant and didn't skip a beat. This is the customer service you hope to find when you're out of town but never expect to find. Had a great experience at Little's tires. They took very good care of me. I purchased 4 new tires, Juan, in the office was nice & Joel, who put on my tires went above & beyond. He had noticed my check engine light on, hooked it up to a scanner & told me about it, it's been on for about 4 years, it's the tire pressure reader, which still works fine. I recommend Little's tires, very nice & professional!

Had a flat tire on I-40 near Kingman. I had to roll into Laughlin on a donut! They have a Tire Pros in Bullhead City and they did a fine job! We go to Tire Pros here in Prescott and always appreciate their good work and friendly attitudes.

I was referred by a good friend and it turned out good. Wish I had gone to them for my other 2. They beat prices and have some very upgraded equipment. Be patient if you have to wait it will be worth it!

The prices were fair, the work was good, and the staff was personable. One of the mechanics, Jason, even took the time to explain what he'd done and what the values on the print-out meant. Recommended.

Got two new tires from this place and I also got my engine light checked out.They did everything they could on checking my engine light codes and taking it for a test run at the end Overall good service and quality work definitely go get your tires changed here if you can.

The lobby is under construction, but they have great customer service. Took minivan for oil change and was done within an hour.

Fair prices, low wait times very respectful. Seems to be one of the only shops that have 15" tires still. Wanted an alignment however the showed me i needed control arm bushings and centerlink or the alignment wont hold. I will be replacing those parts myself and come back for the alignment. The prices are MUCH better than superior tire. Superior tire scoffs at you when you refuse their outrageous prices. All in all im glad to have gotten my tires bough and fitted here it seemed to be hassle free. Also the free coffee is great tasting.

I was so happy to come across this place, being from NC and not knowing Bullhead City. The staff was friendly, upfront, and honest. They replaced my vehicle's starter, very quickly and I plan on using them again to do the service on my vehicle while I'm here. Always got my tires there when it was big O, same guy owns it. I went to three different shops in town because my tire pressure monitor light was on no one could fix it everyone told me that they would have to do a test on it would cost a lot. I went there this morning Fernando who is awesome checked my tire pressure then instantly figured out what was causing it checked my spare tire and fixed it right away Fernando is the best. Would recommend!

I take my vehicle here for general service and I genuinely could not be more pleased with the service I receive. The technicians are kind and they talk to you clearly about what they have observed and how to resolve. Highly recommend this location.
