I am not from this region so I cast a net to find reputable service stations. Brake masters had a bunch of great reviews so 8 made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotationThe reviews were/ are spot on. If you are looking for intelligent customer focused countermen you found the right place.A rank of 5 is warranted.

The customer service was supreme!! I was in and out quickly they all greeted me with a smile, and my car was done within the hour! I was there for an alignment, and I learned many more things that I need to get done to my suspension.. Thank you Bill for fast effective service!!

My first and only time going to this place. I had my brakes replaced after we picked it up, sounded like my car was dragging something. We couldn't take it back right away because of life, kids, etc. My place of work has its own shop, so I asked them to look at it. My bolts supposedly holding my brakes in were so loose they undid it with their fingers. I know nothing about cars but it's just common sense to tighten the bolt. They said if I drove on it a little bit more, I could have had no brakes for car. I have a one-year-old and this was more than a mistake. It was negligence on their part, and I paid them a lot of money to do the job right. I have not even called them yet because I am very upset about this whole situation.

Absolutely incredible service. I booked an 8am appointment for an oil change and was given some of the best and most personable service I've ever had. Trevor checked me in and helped me with a coupon, Bill the owner introduced himself and assisted as well, and the both of them made great conversation with me while I waited. My paperwork says Michael was my technician, so thank you to him as well for taking great care of my car and making suggestions based on what I needed too, without just doing them. I really appreciate the staff here and I'll only be coming here as long as I'm in Bullhead!

My sister Mary has a Roadtek van she lives in. Her brakes gave out and was towed to Brake Masters. They were so helpful and kind to fix the problem. They have hearts of gold. Thank you. Karma will be yours 1000 times over.

Prompt friendly service. Thought I needed brakes. They insisted on an inspection, good thing. Brakes were fine. That could have sold me a brake job but did the right thing and reported the actual condition of the car. Thanks for that! Did an oil change while I was there. Fast and fairly priced.Great experience.

All were Super courteous and communicated well.I was very impressed with their thoroughness and let me see exactly what ghe problems were.The work hasn't been performed yet, waiting for parts. So, I will evaluate again after job is finished.Service: Engine repair

In September of last year I took my car to this location and they forgot to put one of two bolts on my brake booster when they put in the new one (one side is CLEAN of all bolt residue which means it was never put back on) which then caused my braking systems plunger to SNAP off. They then also said that my LIFE WARRANTY that I paid for wouldn t cover their own gross negligence. Thank you for almost killing me and my car.

Bill and his team are real pro's they replaced the CV joints ,The rack and pinion and a lot more. When I turned right are left going down hill it made a popping sound .They called in a dealer teck who could not solve the mystery of the pop Bill and his team would not give up untill they solved the mystery of the pop After all the extra parts and hours of work they did not charge me any thing extra . They did solve the problem by lubeing the steering shaft . These guys are real pro's, and they have all my future automobile problems. I recommend them 100% to anyone with mechanical problems.

Last year I was told buy the local Dodge dealer that I needed front brakes on my 2015 2500 truck and I wanted a second opinion, so I brought my truck to Brake Masters and the told me that my brakes were fine. So this year my local Dodge dealer in Washington State told me I needed brakes, I bring it in to Bill the manager at Brake Master in Bullhead they inspected my truck and I don't need brakes, when I do need brakes Brake master has my business they are honest. Stay away from the Dodge dealers. Thanks Bill

BEWARE: I DO NOT recommend this place. I have been there 3 times and nothing ever got fixed properly..except they installed a battery. At the time battery was installed they told me I also needed an alternator.(which I did not). I guess they don't think we are smart enough to get other opinions. This place is a RIPOFF and I would not send anyone there.KServices: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance

So far so good. We got our car's check up and the brakes fluid flushed. It fills better now. I really appreciate that the people there is honest. I went before to check the car to the agency where I bought the car from, they ask me if I have a mechanic at my hometown I said yes. So we went to Brake masters to get what the car needed. I always take my car in for inspectionprior to leaving town.I made the appointment, got right in, and was out in no time.Fluids were topped, tires rotated, air filters were changed.Always reasonable prices and friendly service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys were great, we had an issue with our camper van overheating as we were passing through, they were all very friendly and got it in quickly to be looked at. They weren t able to fix the problem because the part we needed wasn t available anywhere, but they didn t even charge us for looking at it. My uncle tried to give them money but they wouldn t take it. All around nice guys.
