Very fast, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable team at Auto Doc. Shane is a very polite and kind person. Will work with you if he feels you are reliable and honest. His integrity is above and beyond other shops in town. Highly recommended, I'll return anytime I need my vehicle worked on or even just for a diagnostic. Thank you Shane!!!!!

Was introduced to these folks from my neighbor. So tire rotation and service with full inspection. Approximately 100.00 pretty darn reasonable. Excellent service and truck runs great.DH

They got me in right away and spent about 30 min checking out my car, my horn had stopped working. He also checked online for known problems. Auto doc was recommended by the motel staff, good experience.

Honest and trustworthy. I recently moved to the area and needed to schedule some routine maintenance. Thanks to the internet, anyone can research what they need done and get an estimated cost before making an appointment. John did not try to talk me into unnecessary work or add outrageous fees. Decent communication in the beginning Up front about diagnosis and did not charge me diagnostic fees when I chose to hold off on the recommended repairs.I will however disclose that I was lied to about work done. I asked them to clean my throttle body before putting in factory sensors. He said he did amd.car still stalls. I had it towed home only to discover it was NOT cleaned. It would have been alright with me if he told me straight up that they will not do that because they believed the issue was something else. I specifically asked if it was fuel gunk related and possibly a catalytic converter that was damaged. I was told "good guess but no". I was then told several times to replace my new sensors from orileys with factory sensors to the tune of about 800.00.Luckily I stopped them in time.The car needed the throttle body cleaned and a catalytuc converter replaced. I got the proper work done for less than 800 with OEM parts included. I was told by autodocs that I would also need a fuel pump and that was upwards of 1200.00 followed by the powertrain control module.Do your research. I feel this shop is all about the high dollar fixes with little to no regard to the customers wallet.

My car was worked on fast and the Mechanic was even willing to help me with paying half of the money and the other half later because I didn t have all the money but I decided to come back and get the work done when I had all the money. The Mechanic explained to me what was going on and showed me to help me better understand the problem. I m glad he took his time with me and was patient and understanding the entire time. I was very disappointed to see he used my coolant in my car to fill up the empty coolant. He never asked me for permission to do that. I had soooo much stuff packed in my car because I was going out of the city for awhile and that coolant was jammed packed in my trunk, which means he went through my stuff just to get it and that s not ok. Not only that, now I am far away in a different city and my coolant light has come on and I have no money to buy any and the one that was in my trunk was just for what s happening now. An emergency. At check out, he did tell me that he used the coolant in the back to put in my car and I was like ok. I was thinking maybe he was saying he used their coolant that was in the back but when I was going through my trunk looking for the coolant, it was gone. Letting me know he used it. I don t believe he meant any wrong or harm but that was very unprofessional and I hope they don t do that in the future because that s very tacky. Other than that, I do recommend this auto shop, because from my experience it seems like they care about your vehicle. My Mechanic was Shane and I saw a cute little childhood picture of him on the wall with a car so he obviously loves what he does. So be sure to ask for him!!

My son brought his 2015 jeep Patriot to auto doc, because it would make a sound when turning, and he had a road trip to Spokane WA set up. John had 1 of the mechanics take it out for a test. John explained that although he could not promise that the front left axle was the cause of the noise, but they believed that was the cause because there was a lubricant leak and and some other things. We gave the ok for repair. On time and within $8 of estimate, the car was ready. My son drove the car home and it didn't have the noise anymore. He got to Spokane without a problem, and with no noises. John and his team did a great job. Thank you. For those that think Auto Doc is more expensive Than others, it may be, but you get what you pay for... And you know noises in cars can be difficult to find.Service: Steering & suspension repair

My Volvo is just out of warranty, I didn't want to drive to Las Vegas for service, Auto Doc was recommended to me by several people. John was fast, he explained everything to me and the charges were a lot less than I expected. I like that i can check out the service done on line and make appointments.Thank you, I will be back

The price quoted to us for the repair was outrageous. I do not recommend this place at all .Please save your money and time. Get your car to an auto repair shop that has the skills ,knowledge and correct pricing .

Right away when John answered the phone he was rude. Had an attitude. I told him about my car and just for a diagnosis is $300! And thats not even half of it. 2200 for the repair not to mention he says more than likely the part will fail this and a new transmission will cost you around 10k. Wow great way to run a dang business! This place is extremely over priced. And horrible customer service. I know there isnt much out here but stay away from this place.

John and techs at Auto Doc saved the day for the entire family, including 2 dogs. We were all loaded in our Honda Pilot, ready for the 6 hour drive home to CA and alternator completely failed. I called John at about 2:30 and told him what was happening. He called around and had an alternator delivered to his shop and our Pilot was towed to Auto Doc. John and his techs stayed late in order to finish the install and get us back on the road that same day, which the family was very happy about!I have used the shop multiple times for routine oil changes, AC service and air suspension replacement on our tow vehicle. Very honest and fair pricing. John takes the time to explain what needs to happen and available options. I highly recommend Auto Doc and appreciate how John was able to get us back on the road in such a short amount of time and didn't make us wait until the next day to start the job. My wife and I had a problem with the battery light came on in our car John charged us $150 to tell me it needed an alternator for $1485. After I came out of shock we went to Superior Tire and got it repaired for $985. What a ripoff. They are not BBB accredited Beware of this business. Didn t trust him from the get go He told us if it was the accessory battery it would be $700. We got out of there as quick as we could. So if you are really wealthy and don t care about waisting money then this is the best place to get Screwed and. John your Arrogance is second to none

Replaced punctured A/C condenser, shrader valves. Excellent, integrity driven service, great communication. Surprisingly fast turnaround considering the make and model (BMW 535i 2010). On our road trip our car started making a weird noise. We pulled in and asked about it and they took the car right back to check it out. They were clearly busy but squeezed us in anyway. Told us they couldn t find any issues and sent us on our way. He (I think his name was Shane?) asked a lot of questions and even showed us under the car. I am so appreciative of their time and honesty!!

Its funny I haven't had the pleasure of using their services. My automotive needs have been very weird and too specialized for anyone to help.But my Mother and brother swear by them on quality, price and most importantly honesty. As I find myself interacting with those who've lived here for a while I continually bump into people who swear by these guys.So thanks for not taking my money for a longshot fix and thanks for all the good work on the family's vehicles

I also would not recommend him to my worse enemy. He lied to us on a van we bought from him. My husband is a decent mechanic himself and we purchased a van from him he advised he had started with a alternate fuel. All it needed was fuel pumps and my husband got it home and the radiator and rear gas tank were leaking so, ok we purchased parts and got the motor running. The van had a bad motor no oil pressure and top end knock. We would have bought the van anyways but he did not need to lie to us and tell us he started it when it was very clear that he had either not started it or he knew it had problems and advised my husband the motor was good, he positively lied regardless of the vehicle problems.

After two trips to dodge and 2100.00 later. My truck was not performing to the point it would not run. On a recommendation I took my truck to the Auto Doc and the next day I had my truck back and running perfectly. John figured out the problem that the dealership could not.

I took my Ford Expedition to three other repair places...one a Ford dealer ....one an air conditioner only repair facility.....non of them could find why my air conditioner was leaking refrigerant. I probably spent $800 with these companies. Then I tried Auto Doc in Bullhead City. He found the problem.....unfortunately it was an expensive repair....but I decided to go forward......After several months the air conditioning continues to work great. They are not the cheapest... but they did a great job. I wish I had taken it to them in the first place

Horrible Experience. Would give zero stars if possible. I paid over 200 dollars to get my car diagnosed, and fixed the part that John told me was the problem. It was incorrect. I called him to tell him my concern. He followed by telling me that He is not a magician . I didn t know you had to be a magician to do your job. Wouldn t recommend this service to my worst enemy.

First, the shop is extraordinarily clean. He was direct, honest and beyond prompt. The shop took care of arranging the towing, called me promptly with a diagnosis, offered priority options and my car was completed the next morning. My VW Toureg has a sophisticated EPC so I was confident in trusting autodoc making the repairs because of their modern up to date factory program diagnostics. What do you do when you are 250 miles from home and your car gets sick and are near Bullhead City? You go see the Auto Doc. Dr John saw us immediately. Within an hour he diagnosed the problem, administered treatment, and had us on our way. We were so pleased with the quality of the work done and how reasonable his fees were. If you need service in Bullhead City, don't go anywhere else.

Honest and professional. My car overheated on the way into Laughlin to perform for a show. They got my car in the next morning and fixed it in time to get me home to Vegas for my next performance. So thankful and friendly service. I highly recommend Auto Doc.

Great service they were honest and very thorough they did allot of work on both our trucks and they came out perfect will always be taking our trucks there from now on.
