John and team at Advanced Auto really helped us out in a pinch! Honda van had check engine light come on as we were getting into town after a 4 hour drive from Palm Springs. Figured out the issue and got us back on the road quickly. Very honest and helpful! Really appreciate them and would highly recommend. If I didn t live in CA, this would be my new shop!

I needed a new heater core, called around and when I spoke with John I got a good feeling -- he asked a few questions to confirm my diagnosis, didn't make me feel dumb, had a very reasonable quote -- got me in quickly and called me back to ask about a few other issues and saved me a ton on labor by fixing what was exposed without having to repeatedly tear into it. You might think, oh, they got him, but no, this was all reasonable stuff I'd been neglecting and the prices were right. I had a weird electrical issue after picking the car up, and this is where John and the team showed they really do stand behind their work, the issue wasn't able to be reproduced and seems to have cleared up, I'm guessing some moisture got into a connection, but I'm almost glad it happened because they dealt with it as professionally as you could hope for. I will not hesitate to take my vehicles into this shop and highly recommended you do as well

Reliable, trustworthy automotive shop that doesn t over charge and gets the job done right the first time. John was upfront and kept me up to date with everything going on. Highly recommend!!

One of the best auto repair shops around. I don't really trust many people to work on my vehicles but I know without a doubt if I leave it with one of their locations it will get done correctly and honestly. I know hands down I can send a friend there and they will get treated equally and get an honest quote. Highly recommend.

Called there and they told me that they were too busy to work on my car. Must be a good problem to have. Update: I spoke with them again and now they tell me that they don't have the skill set to fix my car. Caveat Emptor.

They replaced my radiator charged $542.00 I drove my car an hour and blew hole down the seam wide-open , and told me to kick sand . Or pay$ 2800.00 for blown head gasket

There is tremendous anxiety when you have car problems, times that by ten when you are hundreds of miles away from home and on vacation. John and his team were very helpful and extremely professional. They were able to determine the problem and got me and my family back on the road home. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Repair.

"As You Would Expect", I know it seems like a generic review but think about it, how often can you say that your auto repair went as you should be able to expect it to when you trust it to a shop? My guess is, never, give Advanced a shot, these are not the idiots from the Uhaul that were at this location before, I think you'll like it there now.

Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. Will only use this facility for all my auto needs.
