Great job, very professional, knowledgeable. Ed was mechanic I dealt with helped diagnose issue quickly, made some adjustments and didn't come up with some expensive things that needed to be done. All on his time never charged me anything, gave advise if future problems. I now have a place to go to for all my transmission problems. Highly recommend.Fred C

The mechanic saw the issue right away. The repair cost was straight forward. They were fixing a issue another auto shop did. My Honda runs great again.

Wow! These guys are great. We were hearing transmission sounds while towing our Aliner in the middle of our trip home. Called one place in Needles who couldn t take a look at it for two days. He said to try AATCO and another place. Called the other place and pled and he said it would be two weeks. Called AATCO and they said bring it over. The place was packed and we thought no way they would get to it. Immediately did a diagnostic and took for a drive and said they believed it just needed a transmission fluid drain and refill. It is 2018 Toyota Tacoma 106k on it, which had not been serviced and we tow a small Aliner. Will be done in 1 1/2 hours and 1/2 hour was for AATCO to wait for the synthetic fluid and parts to be delivered. Price was right, too. Jim was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good info. Highly recommend AATCO.

Worst transmission shop ever in the history of forever, only reason they could possibly still be in business is because we have only one other shop. And they could stay in business just fixing aatco transmission fails. Not only did they steal my valve body but they replaced it with the wrong year valve body so I had to shift my automatic transmission by hand until I took it to a real transmission shop only to find out my transmission literally had dirt a razorblade left in my pan when reinstalled.

The stars are for Bruce, he has been a life saver on 3 vehicles of mine since 2016, he knew exactly what was wrong with each and fixed it quickly, properly, and surprisingly inexpensive, I do not purchase a vehicle without him looking it over first.In fairness to everyone at ATTCO, I have to say, I have done business with only Bruce, but if he is an example of the high standards set for hire, then ATTCO is a top notch!Service: Auto maintenance

Was my first time going to AATCO for Transmission repair was greeted from beginning of conversation over the phone followed by assurance that they would give my car a look over and would be able to fix what ever the problem was . Knowing what was wrong and fixing it was painless and well worth the money spent. I was very pleased with the outcome .!

Do not go here. You'll be lucky if they get the job half right the first time. $3600 and my transmission continues to leak and they won't honor the warranty and fix it correctly. The leak was confirmed by my regular mechanic and Attco insist it's not leaking even though someone as inexperienced as me can see it dripping.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Joe rebuilt my transmission in 1 day. We both lived in Golden Valley. He gave me a ride home and then picked me up when it was ready. I can't say enough good about him. My 1981 GMC Sierra Classic operates flawlessly. I 100% recommend Joe Patterson. Thank you, Joe Patterson !!

We had our vehicle towed there, we called 3 to 4 times a week for a month trying to get our car fixed. Never called us back there system was down so we couldn't make a payment, I asked if we could mail a check no response. As far as I know the car is still in their shop and it's been months.we don't live in bullhead we live in Flagstaff. I would not take my car thereService: Transmission repair

By far the WORST shop in bullhead. Not only dod they keep my truck for 5 months they did a horrible job. We keep getting the run around saying they couldnt find a motor. Than when oncle was found they said it was bad. And they took 2500 from us and we had to get our own motor. In the end after they put our motor in our truck runs horrible and all they can say is its not us. You need to figure it out on your own. This place will take your money, have you wait and never fox your vehicle right. We our out over 10 thousands dollars and they wont do anything.Service: Engine repair

TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I used to work at the autoparts store they bought parts from, shadey people are hired and one of the managers was straight up stealing parts from them. Ordering from us, and taking them home and reselling online instead of putting them in the vehicles. Do not trust this place. Go see John at Auto Doc or Ron's Tires and Auto Repair.

Took my car in March of 2022 for a transmission paid about $4,600 for it to sit in their parking lot for 9 months to say they can t fix it, got it back December of 2022. Says they are gonna give me back my money highly doubt it. Owner rude says should ve of never helped the bit** out talking about me. HIGHLY WOULDN T GO TO THIS PLACE. Got my car back in worse condition than it already was in. We all know how this is gonna pan out.Service: Transmission

My car had an electric draw that was draining my battery to zero even when not driving it. Initially I took my car to Total Mechanical in Bullhead for repair. They charged me 200.00$ and the issue was not resolved. Total Mechanical burned me and wouldn't make good on repairing the current draw. I then took my car to AATCO and it was repaired properly for 70.00$ And less than 1/2 price of what TM charge me.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Over December of 2022, I took my vehicle in to aatco and dealt with a man( Shawn Glaze). Remember that NAME! as I was told, he was the New Owner well I've paid over $2000.00 to aatco and found out Shawn Glaze & Family Ripped me off along with hundreds of other people in Bullhead, and now the Actual Owner(Bob) is not wanting to Refund ANY Money's for his Bad Decision of Hirering Shawn Glaze & family plus all the missing parts & items (tune up )that I had in my vehicle that was my only vehicle we are seniors on Disability and that's how we got treated I will be fileing Court Papers!

Took my 2007 Dodge ram to their shop for a simple repair front differential oil leak call me back said rear one leaking also fine picked truck up Paid $965.02 few days ladder leaking again took back drop off. went to pickup they said oil pan was hit and was my falt and had to pay $227.98 It was hit with their Hammar taking off. Paid so I could get my truck out of jail. Got home 2 miles leaking again, talked to manager he said to just bring it back and he would fix. Told him cold day in HELL! And took to Accurate in Fort Mohave they redid the work from ATTCO for another $421.27 TURN AND RUN FROM ATTCO!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We thought our transmission was out and drove to this place from Oatman. Skippy had us in and looked at it right away. Didn t complain about having to pick our car up late because of ride issues.It wasn t a transmission issue. Skippy told us the issue and never charged us anything. Amazing, honest and trustworthy. We know how to get the car fixed, Akippy just couldn t do it because they do transmission only!Would recommend again!Service: Transmission

BE AWARE: like any "repair" shop they will try to upsell you 100%. Their AC parts failed within a day, and blamed US for the fault. We were given a lot of attitude, and a lot of unprofessionalism. It was very uncomfortable the whole time. Luckily they decided that it was the parts that actually failed, and warrantied it, but took 3 days to do it, when the initial repair only took half a day. It seemed like the install was not done correctly. We weren't ever given an apology, not that I wanted one. They also tried upselling us 3 different times, and made several remarks about how we didnt do their upsells because we couldnt afford it. What??? When we opened the trunk of the car we found the plastic guard from under the car was just ripped off and left there. They didnt even tell us about it! So if you want your car to maybe be repaired for a lot of money, a lot of hassle, a lot of unprofessionalism, and parts just ripped off and left in your truck. go here. we were traveling into town for my daughters softball tournament towing our travel trailer when my 2001 F-350 started having some trans issues. As a repair shop owner myself I new I needed to drop the pan and see what was going on. I looked up local trans repair and found AATCO . I spoke with Skippy and let him know my situation, he informed me they were busy that day 12/11/20, I explained to him we were traveling from out of town and what I needed. He was able to fit me in and get it looked at. When I arrived as was very pleased to see a CLEAN SHOP . You can tell a lot about a place just by how the service area looks. SKIPPY got my truck in right away we scanned for any fault codes and then dropped the pan for inspection. Bummer for me the transmission was on the way out, They replaced the filter at me request and re installed the pan ,All for under 120.00. Skippy and the guys at AATCO are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone having issues in the Bullhead area. Thank you again SKIPPY.Service: Transmission

Brought my car here based on family referral. Skippy was very honest and professional. In addition to his very caring personality. They got all the maintenance I had been avoiding (lol) done in less than 2 hours and I was a walk in. I am not even local anymore (Vegas) but I will drive here for work done. Thanks guys.

Best diagnostic services and expedient repairs at very reasonable prices. Pleasant experience all around honest mechanics are a rare commodity. This shop is loaded with well experienced knowledgeable technicians. After all my years in automotive repair and service I trust them very much.

Went here with my Dodge, they ran their diagnostics tool bc my check engine light was on, they said it was a transmission type sensor that needed to be replaced that would cost $3k to fix. Had me fill the papers and schedule for the next day. I felt a little hesitant so to my brothers suggestion I took it to Swantys and they ran their diagnostics tool. It ended up just being a spark plug, the coil and something else with the sparkplug that needed replacing. Cost $200 with my warranty.I hear from some that AATCO is really good and others not so much and with my experience I felt I was getting scammed. I dont know if it was intentional but at least take it into consideration to always get a second opinion on your vehicle. Swantys service center informed me they diagnose the problem for you after their diagnostics reader tells them, where as AATCO never did they simply ran their tool and went with what came up. Just be careful and wary and go in with some knowledge no matter where it is.The staff was nice enough at AATCO while I was there and during the brief discussion we had but overall disappointed.

Not the cheapest place in town, but they are up front with pricing and stand behind their work. Jeff is great at communicating issues and working out the best solutions for your budget. These guys keep my 20 year old van running great.

Best Transmission and Brake Shop. Very honest and they don't over charge. I went to two well known shops in Las Vegas area and was quoted $500 to $1700. to get same work plus some I didn't even need. However Joe and Treant we're wonderful they said bring it in and we will check it out. They kept to their quoted prices and said my truck was good. Best in town, if you want a good mechanic I recommend them. We don't live here we are traveling and they helped us get out of heat. Thanks Guys!

The mechanics need to get replaced.. My daughter went in she was charged 800 total for fuel injector and fuel pump when she left shop down the street trucked leaked all of the gas. She called them back and they gave an attitude and told her it wasnt their fault mechanic took her reciept and basically told her if she wants it fixed it will cost more..I recommended her their and now i regret it.. Very upset my daughter will not pay them the 200 she owes and i hope he takes her to court like he said her truck will be his i dont think so. Now my daughters truck is parked when it was running before they touched it..Very disappointed especially times like these when money is tight. Dont take advantage of locals..I regret sending everyone i know there.
