Huge thank you to these guys for patching a tire for me when no one else would. Having 24s is nice until you get a nail and tire shops look at you like you re crazy. They had me in and out quickly and made my 3 hr trip home a lot safer. Highly recommend.

They are the absolute best!! I can t say enough good things. I had a flat tire which was a run flat tire and I couldn t drive on it anymore . They went to pick up my new tire and came to my house and fixed everything!!! Omg they saved the day. And they are fast too !

I went here to have my tires checked because they were worn on the inside. They advised me to go back to the shop where I purchased them and get them replaced through their warranty. I m so glad they talked me into it. I was able to get them replaced for $50! It was so uplifting to deal with a company that cared about me and not the sale they could have had. I definitely will be going back to them for my next set of tires.

I came here after reading about this place been family owned, attentive, and reasonably priced. I called for roadside assistance because I needed two tires replaced they charged me twice. Once at 35 and then again for hourly at 90. Then charged me 30 just to take the tires off? Needless to say my bill came out to 1190 dollars. Now if that s reasonably priced to you then this is the place for you :) but I think it s kind of outrageous.

Finding someone to rotate 35s on a dually with aftermarket wheels can be a pain sometimes. They got me right in and acted like it was no big deal for a super affordable price! Any future work while i am in the area will definitely be brought here!

This is my second time coming to this tire shop. I'm so glad to call this my go to tire shop. Great people and never rush the work even when it's close to closing time. I highly recommend this shop for any tire related services. Hands down best tire shop in buckeye, Az and trust me there's so many tire shops in town, but great customer service with great quality. What else can you ask for?

Sometimes angels come with a jack.We blew a tire on I 10, on our 5th wheel; no safe place to pull off the road. Jason & Joey to the rescue!!!! Put our not great spare on,(on the side of the road, scared me watching) met us back at the shop to put 4 great tires on for a good price. We decided to get the truck done too. 8 tires later, we will be safe all the way back to Florida. So friendly, fast, affordable. Thank you Jason & Joey. By the way,Joey's wife is the happy, calming, friendly, voice on the phone.Mary & John from Florida

The reason for the one star is that they lied to us. We took our motorhome in to have a tire patched. The tire is seven years old and they refused to patch it because "the law says we can't patch a tire that old". There is no such law. We checked. If they had said that it's too high of a risk, or that the liability is too great, we wouldn't have been happy, but at least we could respect them. There's no excuse for making up a lie.

This guy is an amazing, kind heart, sympathy, good customer service, I just went to his tire shop for check air pressure of my truck and this guy check all tires and didn t charge any penny, I told him give me an invoice and charge minimum because my company will pay me and he said don t worry you are good to go. I appreciate him in this todays world difficult to find an honest guy like him. Thanks bro, God Bless you

This used to be my go to tire shop for my semi... mostly because the price were better then the big tire shops.. not anymore. It's like getting things done at a TA or loves. Last time coming here.

They were fast and efficient. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with 2 brand new tires mounted and balanced. Best of all the price was exactly what they quoted me.

Excellent customer service! The new guy Jose was very creative solving my issue of a cracked rim and allowed me to "keep rollin" (pun intended) until I could find a more permanent solution. He didn't have quite the right tools on hand to do a full blown weld but was able to get me, bit only back home, but to work and back. The quality is great because it's holding up! Thank you Jose and thank you West Valley Tires! This is why I keep coming back!

Honestly, they have brand new owners and I could not be happier with them. I always have this problem as a woman that people don t think I know anything about cars. They treated me so well, that I can say that I would recommend them to anyone. They were respectful, and before they finished, they had me look at the truck and make sure it was what I wanted before they kept going. They would check in with me throughout the process and tell me what was going on. If you are a woman, and you need to find a tire shop, come here. I do not write reviews very often but they just impressed me with their attitude towards me.

this use to be my go to tire shop for tire repairs, balancing and buying..I think its since been bought by someone else.. Took my camry down for a tire balance issue. mot only did they not fix the balance issue but they created a new issue. they put so many wheel weights on they were rubbing on my brake caliper. had to pull the tire and fix it.. plus its 15$ a tire to balance . i used to pay 5$ a tire i even had a few flats fixed there for like 10$looks like i need a new go to tire shop

I go here to get my tire change.They do great work nd thy sell both tires new and used. They work very hard and do the job very fast. All mechanics here do great work and get you in and out as fast as they can without doing poor work. Prices are reasonable. Great job guys. I recommend to all

Ive used them three times before for flat fixes. I also bought a full set of backhoe tires there and had them mounted. It was the best price I found in the Valley. The tires came in the next day and were mounted on my rims as promised. They stick to their hours of operation. NO unscheduled closing or "Be back in an hour", foolishness.Fast, courteous, professional service. Excellent full service tire shop, plus they offer road service.They took the time to discuss my options and listen to what I had to say. On one trip they did a repair instead of the unnecessary replacement I thought I needed, and saved me $149.I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there for service. They have proven to be more than competitive in their pricing and refreshingly conscientious in their dealing.I have a lot of equipment and a lot of tires on the road and I choose to spend my hard earned money at a tire shop that gives good service, good value and gets me back rolling ASAP.
