Theodore and Deloras provided excellent customer service! The price was a bit lower than the tire stores around. I did wait a little while, but I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation which is already paid for. They told me they couldn't do tire rotations cuz they only had two employees. 4 hours later I finally get the car with just the oil change. I hope they don't treat everyone like this. I'm a senior citizen and do not wish to ever go through this again, tried to call their complaint line, they took a report. Said it was going to be elevated to tier 2 management. I got a generic email back from their so called Tier 2 manager . Whatever. Basically saying we're sorry we won't do it again.....Gee Thanks, I feel so much better especially since I have to go back to get my tires rotated.

When I went back to pick up my car the man upfront didn t seem to know what he was doing and what was going on.The computer was down also. Not their faultTook me awhile to pay. All in all got my oil change

I think the 2.2 star overall rating is too high for this auto center. We purchased car tires there purposely about 4 years ago for the convenience and free lifetime balancing and rotation. They have always honored that until this year. I ve been twice trying to get the tires serviced. I was told the auto center opened at 7 and it s first come, first serve. I went in and they told me the tire people didn t come in until 9. I went back the next day at 8:45 and there were already several in line and now I could make an appointment but couldn t yesterday. That seemed odd then he made an appointment for me and told me it would be $56. I explained again to him I had purchased the tires there and was supposed to be free lifetime balance and rotation. He said not anymore, which didn t make sense. I called the regional customer assistance line and they informed me the policy had not changed and they would handle this issue. The customer service representative was very professional and courteous. Wish I could say the same for the sales associate.Services: Tires, Auto glass replacement

The team at Walmart auto care actually cares about their people which is a lot to say for other places. I was in there today very frustrated, and they took better care of me than most tire shops actually would when I apologize for being frustrated with the young lady at the counter she told me everything was fine and that it s a hot day, and I have a flat tire. She completely understood and was kind enough to treat me with respect no matter what, and took care of me promptly. If you re in Buckeye, I highly recommend auto care I ve had them do quite a bit of work for me the past few months and they ve always been very very fast and efficient

Ordered tires online for the service truck. Took 3 weeks for them to arrive at store. Waited 2 hours before they admitted they couldn't figure out how to open the tommy lift to get the extra rim out of the open bed. Was over 4 hours just to mount 2 rear tires. They refused to remount the better of the old tires to the spare.(supposedly unsafe because of age of tire, but removed it is ok)We purchased the road hazard for the 2 new tires. Found a nail about 2" from the outside edge, put on the spare, went up to get it fixed. They were semi busy, 4-5 cars. I offered to leave the tire and pick it up later in afternoon. Got some baloney about voiding the warranty if I didn't leave the truck so they could do paperwork. Then get run around about having paid for road hazard. After 30 min of hassle I get told that sorry, can't fix tire. I'll need to order a new one online. "He's seen it before, they'll do some refund thing when I come in to pick it up".... really?!? Found every excuse in book not to work on truck. I'll take it in to another store, bet it's fixed in an hour.

Went in today to get my tires checked as one was very low. After about an hour I get a call from a girl. Very rude! Could not give me a price but wanted me to agree to services nonetheless.I agreed because I already have a warranty with them.Waited for the 2nd call confirming they were done. I was already near the counter and made eye contact with her (CJ). She said oh, hung up and went through the back door.Its very easy to be rude on the phone, but then what a Coward to my face. The bandana on her head may have been too tight.Would not recommend due to poor customer service.

They are always short-handed, which makes for a longer wait to get anything done or a question asked. Don't expect to get help in the aisles, as you're lucky if someone is at the counter. I was told that they had all needed employees for the shop, so I figure that those individuals don't want to show up to work. I say get rid of the slackers and get workers that want to come to work.

I bought 4 tires and had to make an appointment to have them put on. 2 days later, we come in and plan on getting groceries while we wait. 3 hours later, we are still waiting for the tires to be installed, and our food is going bad. Never again!

BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!! October 09, 2022 i took my car for oil change at Walmart Auto Center after that day my car was leaking under the engine so 11/06/2022 I took it to the mechanic because my oil pan was empty no oil at all so the mechanic checked my car and he ask me did you took you car for a oil change recently and i said yes since that day my car is leaking and he found the problem it was Walmart auto service never removed the old oil filter gasket (a rubber band) I paid $89.00 to be fixed.On 11/07/2022 i called Walmart auto service and spoke to the supervisor (he never gave me his name )he told me he will give me a free oil change I said no I want my money back and paid for the mechanic $89 and refunded my money back for the oil change $36.49, cleaning product that I purchase to my clean my driveway concrete $14 and the extra oil i bought$ 25 and the cleaning for my engine of $100. The Walmart supervisor told me to stop by at 4:30 to talk to his supervisor to see what he can do. I went to the auto center and he was gone they closed the auto service. so I Called the store and they just hang up on me all the time they did not care my problem so I called 1800 Walmart and i file a complaint to the main store supervisor no help. I just what them to pay me back what i lost and they need to have someone to investigate the tech's make sure they are certified. I have all my receipt including Walmart oil change. by the way the first lady that answer me said i was not in the system that the last tome i was there was a year ago and i said i have my receipt and suddenly she said she found me on the system like really.

It was Mother's day & I had somewhere to be. I was on a donut & needed a tire. I called & found out they had my size in stock. I was told $61.90 for a new tire. When I pulled up I noticed 2 cars were already there. I was helped almost immediately. I asked the price & was told $66.90, a different price than earlier. I went ahead anyway cuz it was only a few dollars. Then they wanted to tack on an additional $17 to actually put the tire on my car! I said I would take it home & have someone do it for me, trying to avoid the extra fees. I was then told I didn't have the option to not pay the $17. So now I figured roughly $80-$90. I gave my keys & went into Walmart to wait. An hour and a half later I went to find out what was taking so long, I was told that there were 3 cars ahead of me & they didn't know how long it would be. By this time I'm furious. I went & searched for a used tire place & found my new "go to shop". Needless to say, I left Walmart & found better service. I was there for a total of 2 hours & they did nothing for me!! They are slower than molasses in winter!!

Went in for a tire balance and rotation.After waiting several hours they told me they could not complete the job because they couldn't get 1of the tires off, so they did nothing to help in the matter of tire balance and rotation which was prepaid when they put the tires on it in the first place.Apparently they didn't install the tires correctly in the first place.So, in conclusion they are costing me money and time.Next time I will go to discount tire.P.s. I would give them a no Star but that is not possible.Update; went to Walmart on estrella and got my tires balanced and rotated without a problem.Thank you for knowing how to get the job done

Terrible service I arrived just a bit before 3 PM for an oil change on my truck. I was told no, we stop taking vehicles at 2 PM because we close at 4 PM. No postage online that they have a time kn which they stop servicing cars other than the posted time for closing Just stay far away from their autocenter, I should have known and gone with my gut based on the rating of the service/ establishment

Not a fan. Do not recommend. No appointments, first come first serve. Staff gives off an "I don't care, I'm just ready to go home." vibe. Decided to go to Discount Tire instead. Discount Tire offers a lifetime warranty, staff is way nicer, their prices are cheaper, and they scheduled an appointment time for me to avoid long wait time.

Never have I ever had an unpleasant experience at the tire/lube services at the Walmart in Buckeye, Az. until this morning. My husband ordered tires online, they were shipped to the Walmart yesterday, and I went to claim them as well as installed. A pleasant representative at the tire/lube approached me when I arrived, directed me to go inside the store as a representative will help me with my order. As I approached the aged representative inside and explained I had tires ordered and would like them installed she stated that they were not doing tires today. I waited for further information on what my options were or reason why they were not providing tire services today, but no information was given. I asked for the reason so that I was able to decide whether to make an appointment or go elsewhere, unpleasantly she stated the tech called out and had no idea when I could come back. The representative continued to mention something about the manager calling someone but I could not deal with her tone and I walked away. I requested to speak to a manager at the electronic department about my tires and the manager from lube/tires helped me with the rest of my transaction. However, she did not ask or expressed concern of the situation, but allowed me to mention I had an unpleasant experience with her representative. The manager was as professional as she could be, and I am pleased, until I was leaving I heard both the representative and manager mock my last words of gratitude. This is by far the most unprofessional service and treatment I have ever received. I immediately went to discount tire and had them check all my tires, as I felt extremely uncomfortable with the service I received at Walmart. Never again will I ever go back.

This place is unbelievable. 2 hours after I dropped my car off for an oil change, they still weren't done when I arrived. And NO ONE in the department seems concerned about it. The lady at the counter had no explanation....just told me they only had 2 techs. Um...there were 5 when I dropped it off!! Save yourself some frustration...take it across the street to Brakes Plus. It might cost a few more $, but it will be worth it. This is not the first time either. I keep giving them chances, hoping they will rectify the issues. They haven't. I'm done.

3rd trip in for a bad tire. Balanced and sent me on my way 2 times. I ve had 3 alignments thinking it was my car and turns out to be a broken belt on the tire. Haven t seen the mgr any of my trips here. Now they re charging $71 to replace a 8 month old tire that cost $ to start. Prorated a manufacturer s defect?? Paid and left and car started pulling to the right. They put the new tire on the front!?! Discount here I come. No customer service, no loyalty and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Never again!

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is not the first time we have had issues with this specific tire center. I would drive the extra distance to Goodyear where they actually know what customer service is. The check in lady is always extremely rude and in no rush I will find out her name and edit this later, she has bright colors in her hair. Our car was dropped off right when they opened to change one tire and have waited over four hours with only two people ahead of us. Finally we went and picked up our car that still hadn t had the tire changed.....then had another woman tell us she had only been there an hour and they had taken her car in! Rude, untrustworthy and a huge waste of time!

Just want to give a quick shout out to the auto technicians who installed a new set of tires on my truck today (7/18/18). I was only able to come in after I got off work (shortly before closing) and they were able to get it taken care of. Levi provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the products and services Walmart offers. I appreciate everyone's hard work and patience. Keep doing what you're doing!

We had a flat tire when we left for work shortly before closing. Even though they had a couple other cars, they still took us in and changed our tire for us. They didn't get the other cars out until about 40 minutes after closing but they never made us feel like an inconvenience. They were all so nice!

Horrible service. Went in for an oil change and waited 3hrs. Then a week later my car is leaking oil all over my driveway and smoking down the road. Skid plate came loose and started dragging down the road. I then found the source of the leak, they left the oil filter loose. It wasn't even hand tight. Then to top it off they couldn't even reset the change oil soon light for us. These people are a joke.

Do not go here!!! They left off something and now my car has no oil in it! It s on my drive way. An when I called the Asst Manager Kendra was rude and has a bad attitude! They messed up my car and could care less. I brought my car to a REAL shop and have several pictures of the mistakes they made. The filter was the wrong size and oil spilling out everywhere. There is oil all under the car and to the back bumper where is was coming from under the car. Thank you Shell for fixing my car! Walmart stay with selling groceries and close your fake oil changing station! By the way my car was not the first or second car that was brought to shell days after going to Walmart! An same situation!

I live 2 hours away and came into town for shopping and to get an oil change with my family. After almost three hours later at closing time they informed me the employee working on my vehicle unscrewed my control arm bolt instead of the oil bolt. They were unable to fix the error at the shop and my car is now undrivable. Leaving my family and I stranded two hours away from home at 8clock at night on Saturday ! They had no real answers for me to find solution that night and then asked us to leave so they can close up the shop! I do not recommend anyone coming here!!!!!

No star deserved.. my son put a set of tires on his car. We left the vehicle there, they never called to to tell him it was ready. He showed up at 8pm and paid and got his keys. Next day, my son called me, tire was flat. I had to leave work early to help get it situated. He went back they tried to charge for a new tire and valve stem. I spoke to the manager of the service department .. flat out lied to me, said he inspected the valve stem but didn't. That was the problem, when I had inspected it earlier. Then I tried to charge him for a new valve stem, that would just replace the night before. It's only for bucks but it's principal. I know the ladies of front are just doing their job but they have zero knowledge of tires and any questions to the answered about automotive. We purchased the tires on the 13th to 14th is when it was flat. This morning to 17th my son woke up and the same tire was flat. I will be taking it back but to the Goodyear service center.

Called ahead cause I was driving from Phoenix and going to Cali when I realized o should get an oil change done before making that trip and asked what the wait time was. I was told there's no wait time so happily I drive there . Get there at 4pm and the girl at the register in the auto center says that she doesn't take keys and that she just charges things (never heard of anyone doing just that) so she tells us to park car and wait for a tech And while telling us this she does it with an attitude. So we park car and tech comes and he says that there's a few cars ahead of me and PROBABLY won't take more. So I asked what I should do? He said I could come back later but there would still be cars in front of me or wait 3 hours and by the time it's my turn they could be closed and wouldn't take me in. Wth are those responses? Honestly not helpful.Never would recommend anyone to go to this place.
