I can't thank Mark enough for coming to my rescue when I was stranded in the middle of nowhere with a motorcycle emergency. After a disappointing experience at the dealership in Scottsdale during Arizona Bike Week, where they failed to diagnose and fix my bike's wobble, Mark stepped in and turned the situation around completely.Mark's prompt response and genuine concern put me at ease right away. He quickly identified the issue with my rear wheel bearing, which had been completely missed by the dealership. Not only did he have the expertise to fix it efficiently, but he also went above and beyond by picking me up with his trailer, driving me to the dealership to get the necessary parts and then back to his shop to complete the repairs.Throughout the whole process, Mark demonstrated professionalism, skill, and a true passion for his work. His dedication to ensuring my safety and getting me back on the road was truly commendable. And to top it off, his pricing was fair and reasonable, especially considering the level of service and care he provided.What could ve been a disastrous end to my trip, turned into a pretty cool adventure with the Motorcycle Dude. I would highly recommend Mark to any fellow riders in need of a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.

The motorcycle dude was awesome. Mark came by to do an oil change and bike inspection on a used bike I recently purchased. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he came to the house to perform the work. He also checked all fluids and topped off what was needed. I was advised of what work may need to be done in the future and what upgrades/mods had been made to the bike. The pricing was great and the service was fast. I highly recommend.

Mark was a great guy to work with easy going, will take the time to explain everything to you. I would definitely recommend him. I'll be using his services again. Save some money and see him he does good work for a great price.

Posting on behalf of my husband: This mechanic is amazing! Fair and honest, and totally competent. My husband brings our dirt bikes here quite often (he wont stop doing wheelies and tearing the bikes up lol) and Motorcycle Dude always fixes them back up quickly and affordably. Very trustworthy and skilled, and he highly recommends his work.

I recently bought a Honda ST1100 with a few years and quite a few miles under its belt, I wanted to have it completely gone through. I am new to motorcycles and wanted someone who does not charge dealer prices to go through my bike. I reached out to Mark @motorcycledudeaz to see if he was able to tackle this. I was NOT disappointed, not only was he able, but he kept me informed every step of the way. I was never blindsided by anything, he had my bike torn apart, fully inspected, fluids changed, new head light, miscellaneous hardware replaced, and put back together and ready to deliver within a day. He sent me a detailed list of what was done and what needed to be done. Knowing I am new to motorcycles he gave me good sound advice. I was blown away by his incredible work ethics. Mark is awesome. He bled, adjusted and inspected my brakes as well as the clutch. Gave me an honest assessment, charged a more than fair price for his work and did it in less than 24 hours. He also inspected my bike for whatever issues that may need to be repaired in the future with no sense of pressure or upselling. Honest and does great work. Have your bike, especially older rides worked on here!

Mark came out, picked up the bike in a trailer, got the work done ( rebuild and sync duel carberators), brought it back , and gave a few things I should watch. Cool guy and great prices. And he is close for me in buckeye.

Service was everything I was hoping for. He was very knowledgeable, has a great shop set up, Service was quick, price was great, and simple from beginning to end... My Goldwing was parked for almost 2 years. I scheduled an appointment with Mark to change the battery, change the engine and rear drive oil and give the bike an inspection as we are heading out on a 5k trip soon. He showed up on time and performed all the services requested in his mobile shop and all at a reasonable and fair price. He is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. So I came across his services when I searched for motorcycle service for when I was in need for a bike tow! And he was able to help me out with my bike that I had left sitting for quite some time that I couldn t get to run. He easily helped me out with a diagnostic after the tow let me know what options I could go with and I easily made an appointment for his mechanic work. The best part is when he was done my bike it was riding even better than before the issue with the throttle I couldn t figure out with previous help was now solved thanks to the dude! I highly recommend his mechanical work on motorcycles. Has great communication as well. I am new to the area and was hesitant to start looking for a quality motorcycle mechanic. Fortunately, I found "The Motorcycle Dude" (Mark). Just recently bought a Honda Fury and took it to Mark and he had fixed someone else's electrical mess if I have any further issues I will be bringing it back to Mark because of the great job at a very affordable price.
