I just recently bought a used car on Facebook and Pacific Prime Power was one of the few companies that was able to work with me on last minute notice. I avoided getting a car that was in awful condition because they were able to identify many issues that would have come up that I would have not noticed myself. I ultimately was able to get a car in good condition and Pacific Prime Power helped me install all needed upgrades to the car.Ever since I use Pacific Prime Power for any car upgrades/issues and I'm very satisfied with their services every time. Manny and Aaron are exceptional mechanics! Traditionally I do all of my own maintenance but when I had very significant engine problems that required a full engine replacement in my 6.7 Cummins diesel I had neither the time or equipment to pull it off myself. I was very weary to let someone tackle this job as I fully understand the attention to detail and meticulous cleanliness standards that are imperative to completely reassembling an engine and getting it back into the truck but their communication was excellent, they provided all documentation for torque specs for my specific vehicle and needless to say, they pulled off the job with expert precision and ZERO issues.Manny accompanied me on the test drive stopping periodically to check fluid levels and also look for any kind of leaks which are usually common after changing out so many fluid barriers with a job of this magnitude. While driving, he monitored all of the engine parameters with his diagnostic equipment the whole time ensuring that there were no check engine codes or abnormalities and after a 20 minute drive we were both confident that the engine replacement was complete with no issues so we headed back to the shop where he performed yet another check for leaks and we found NONE! This truck now runs flawlessly and I am confident that it will stay that way for a very long time thanks to the experts at Pacific Prime Power!It is a scary feeling when you're vulnerable and need repairs but this shop is comprised of a fantastic group that cares for your vehicle as if it is their own and looks for ways to help you instead of swindle you out of more money. DO NOT take a chance with another repair facility this is your first and only stop if you want your vehicle fixed right the first time!Service: Engine repair

My A/C stopped blowing cold air. I messaged them they were very quick to respond. Scheduled same day mobile appointment, were on time and got me fixed up.
