I called about a battery and talked to Daniel. I asked if it was possible they lift/carry the battery's for me. He said no problem so when I went I loosened the battery so it would be ready.I walked in and asked for Daniel. He grabbed the battery straight away and took it to the car. He did the lifting, I tightened everything. Then we went in and I paid for it.It was the quickest battery replacement ever.

Positive: Actually had the part ready to go the next day when we desperately needed it. Only 5 mins from house. Listen to what I wanted and didn t change my mind like most of the mechanics in town. Do.Cons: Treated me like I was an inconvenience when I came to pick up part. No Hello No eye contact to acknowledge I was standing there. Didn t ask if I had questions or if I wanted help to car. Didn t believe me when I said we paid over the phone to a gentleman. Made me feel like I was In wrong, yet he couldn t find the paid in full invoice. Not a word or even a finish to our transaction. Just grabs the core and disappears. I felt about 2 feet and felt that I was an evil person for even suggesting that I walk in that door. Totally depressing and definitely will not be back and I would never tell a living soul to go there. Fix your customer service.

Way overpriced at least on my motorcycle battery. Wanted almost double what I payed at Walmart. Better luck net time.

Was visiting my folks and although the fellas hadn t had what i needed they sure tried to find it. Even brought me back to my favorite place in Napa, the stock room! We looked and looked. Just happened to be a brand specific part. Had a similarly good experience some years back at this store for a ford p/u i needed a part for and that time they had it! Just good fellas who didnt shy from trying their best to make this customer happy! Thanks men!

Not very helpful at all. Could not find a part that I saw on the web page before I went to the store. He even said he had it in the system. Had me waiting 15 minutes and came from the back with what looked like restocking inventory that was not even related to what I needed, as if he was not even looking for my part. Without even looking at me, as he walked towards another counter he said "Wow the system said we had it." Then he started messing with the items he brought from the back. I had also asked him about 2 other parts, one of which upon his return I asked if he had that part and he said "nope we don't have that either." I didn't bother to ask about the third part again as he acted as if he was done talking to me and he was bothered.

They always have had the items that I was in need of. The Employees have always been very helpful and friendly and a few were down right just funny! What more could you ask for? Service with a smile is the best, throw in a handful of laughter, the simple things in life are the best!

The guys were personable and tried to help me, but because of things out of their control, I had to go elsewhere. However, they gave me the information on the other business. Enjoyed their friendly attitude.

At this Napa auto store customer service was great but the store itself was dirty, all the shelves and products in the store where nothing but dust it seem like it was never been cleaned at all if they would keep that place clean that'll be nice. Since it's just such a small place it should be easy to keep it clean.

I have great service everytime I go there. Minus when they are more busy than they anticipated but that happens. Sometimes you may have to wait to be helped. Unfortunately google does not have accurate store hours, nor are they posted on the doors.

I stopped in the store to replace windshield wipers. Had already been to Auto Zone didnt get results at all there. Was very pleased with the patience and excellent customer service that I recieved from Pablo at the location on 425. W. Buckeye Rd. in Phx. Thanks for taking great care of me today Pablo.I appreciate all that you do for the community. NAPA rocks!!!

I went to the wrong auto parts store and found myself at Napa. My cars air blower quit working. The gentlemen took time to come out and look at my problem.I hoped magically one of the gentlemen fixed it just by wiggling the right wires.I was so excited. But five minutes down the road she quit working. So I am off to see these wonderful guys again!

I really like going in and talking to the guys there. Richard is always friendly and answers ALL my crazy questions and never makes me feel like a dingaling.

Very helpful. Even tho I am a woman of a few years they didn't talk down to me and were respectful the whole time I was there trying to match up a part.

Store said online it was open on Sundays. When we got there doors were locked and no one was in sight. If your gonna be closed on sundays dont advertise that your open!

Good for part's but return them it takes to much time to get back to you
