Mario was awesome. He was knowledgable, friendly, and honest. Mario answered all my questions and more. He has a deep passion for cars and customer service. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car.

On February 9th I had my car serviced to get the vehicle oil change and regular inspection. The following day my car overheated and when I pulled over the lid to the coolant was sitting beside it (not closed), which caused the coolant to evaporate. I had to pay out of pocket to replace the coolant at approximately $60. I immediately called the service department letting them know (left voicemail) and took pictures as proof. I never received a call back. I even left a voicemail with the manager and no call. It wasn't until I called approximately two weeks after furious that they asked me to come in so they could take care of inspecting the vehicle and getting my receipts to reimburse me. When I went in (note, I live 25 minutes away), no inspection was done and all they did was get a copy of reciept and said they would get back to me. I went in two months later in person, and the service desk man said he could not help me, because the associate assigned to me was out for lunch (even though I could clearly see the service manager at his desk). I left my contact information with him, and again no response back. It has been since February and they have not resolved anything. It is so disappointing that they do not care enough to even update me on the status or return a call. I do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced there. If you do make sure you inspect your vehicle before leaving for any issues.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

The single worst customer service experience. Terrible scheduling platform, parts department doesn t communicate with service, service doesn t communicate with the customer, and no one treats the customer with common courtesy much less respect. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Jones.

I'm trying to! I have a safety recall and issues with the transmission. First call was never turned and the second call was put on hold then hung up on. Drove by and see 2 people working.

Their service center does not know what they are doing. I regret buying my vehicle from them.
