I'm new to the area and so far happy with the service and staff at Greulich. I have had my car serviced twice and I felt the price was fair and the turn around was good. I didn't feel like they over-sold what was needed but informed me of items that will need to be looked at soon on my car. I will continue to use their service as long as the experience remains in good order.

I am always nervous to try a new place for an oil change. I think to myself, how are they going to try and rip me off here? Well, this was not the case, at all! I made an appointment online, and I received a text that they could get me in earlier if I'd like. When I arrived I was greeted by two people. One of them took my info, asked if I'd been before, he couldn't find me in the system but said no problem and added me. He asked if there were any other concerns with my car. I said no, but I did ask him about which coupon is the best to use. Greulichs has many online coupons. He told me one & I asked if that was the best. He asked, "Do you want to pay more?" I laughed, but still in the back of my mind I was thinking, this is going to be at least $100. He told me my car would be an hour. Exactly an hour later I received a text that my car was ready to be picked up. I was pleasantly surprised that extra services weren't pushed on me, plus my bill was under $80! I received a report on my car and I was on my way! I will be back and I highly recommend!

First time taking vehicle there. Based it on recommendations from our neighborhood. Glad we did. Quick, clean, affordable and convenient. Worked with extended warranty company to replace front shocks/struts. All we paid for was the initial oil change. Will definitely be back, but hopefully not too soon.

Excellent service. Very professional. Found myself away from home needing what I thought was a brake issue . Made an appointment with Brandon mid afternoon and scheduled inspection. I contacted my mechanic back home to keep him abreast of what was going on. Recd a video next morning of the inspection results which I forwarded to my mechanicTurned out to be a wheel bearing issue. Brandon worked me into the busy schedule and was on the road by mid afternoon. Great job and thankful I contacted Greulich s

We had taken our vehicle to a couple other places (including a dealer) to determine what was causing a weird noise from the steering mechanism. The guys at Greulich s took a lot of time and energy to help determine what it was. As it turned out, it was a result of some previous work done at a different place - which was still under warranty. We tried to compensate Greulich s for all the time they spent on our vehicle but they wouldn t take a dime. Great guys and great service!

Nick was super helpful. We had a very intense job to replace a water pump for my Ford Explorer and they went through my insurance and it was done and fixed in less then a week. The process of bringing in the vehicle to get it diagnosed to working with my vehicles insurance coverage and fixing the issue was done super quick and easy.

This Greulich's auto location has become our families go-to place for any car repair. Recently brought a vehicle in to the shop with a substantial oil leak. Turns out it was just a loose oil drain plug, dumb to not catch this myself, but that's life. The team at this location found the small issue, power washed off all the oil, changed the oil and filter, and replaced the battery (under warranty) all free of charge. Seriously a class act. As someone who i relatively new to the Buckeye and Verrado area, I'd highly recommend this shop.

Brought in vehicle for intermittent check engine light and was charged $447 to replace a bad wheel speed sensor and a diagnostic. Nice people but I feel ripped off, they did the whole typical your car needs $1000s off dollars worth of repairs. Check engine light is still on because they wanted to charge another $800 to replace a $40 part that takes 10 minutes to replace. I will not be going back here with any of my vehicles ever.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Visited as a walk-in & requested a new battery + installation. They had the job done in 30 min at a reasonable cost. Very happy with my experience. Nice, clean waiting area, too.

Don't even consider taking your vehicle any other place!. I work on my own cars, but i had one that i just didn't have the time to do. The Ford dealership gave me a quote north of 5K. Greulich fixed everything for under 2k. They kept me informed of everything AS THE CAR WAS GETTING REPAIRED. They even sent me photos! I was so impressed that I am now taking ALL of my vehicles to them. I would give them my highest recommendation without reservation! Period!

Very courteous staff. They are very thorough. I never had to contact them to find out what the status was with my car. I really appreciated being updated, via text messages, as to what was causing the leak, what was needed to repair it, as well as sending me the tech s report with photos showing everything that needed to be fixed and what the cost would be.

I can t speak highly enough of Greulich s Automotive on Indian School Road in Verrado. I have used the twice to repair my Jeep. First time I had gotten a second opinion which made me feel comfortable using Greulich s , they were a slightly better price but also so much more confident in what was needed. The second time again after having an issue looked at elsewhere and was told I had to take it to a Jeep dealer and it would be $800. I went to Greulich s. The mechanic drive it checked everything and I was told , we think it was the battery cable was lose we tightened it and you shouldn t have that issue anymore that was weeks ago, and I have had the issue any more. To top that off they refused to charge me anything to diagnose it. I m fine shopping around Grulich s is my place !!! I hope you all have the same experience!

Excellent customer service. Free Lyft ride home. Nick texted when my car was being inspected. Then a video was emailed explaining my radiator was leaking and needed replacing. Nick called. I ok'd the work. Very fair pricing. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Only go here if you have allot of money to spend.Friendly at the desk, then they gouge you. Went in for a noisy flex plate issue, but they claimed I needed a tune-up first. I agreed to have it done. $480 for diagnostics and spark plugs. Really?They never even addressed the issue that I had. Decided to cut my losses and get the h#11 out of there.

Scheduled a transmission filter, change and fluid service. They were ready to accept my vehicle at the time requested and started to work on it quickly. Service was completed quickly and I was kept informed at all times. I will use them again when I need work done in the future.

We had the best experience with the shop in Verrado. We have an Audi that the turbo went out. Nick found the parts and we had our car back in just a few days. We then had the battery go dead on us the same week. Nick come out to our house jumped the car and had a new battery in it same day. Nick has the best customer service we have experienced in a few years. We much appreciate it Nick. We will be be bringing our cars to your shop!Judy and Don Davis

They take the time to fix the vehicles according to the problem that they're having. My technician shane was really good He took care of my vehicle like it was his own and Brandon front desk was amazing as well too.

We recently needed to get the motor mounts of our GMC Acadia SUV serviced, which couldn't be done without a lift in our garage. While my son-in-law is also a mechanic, we didn't want to trouble him on his day off and decided to support a local tire company in our neighborhood - Greulich's Automotive Repair. We got our struts, motor mounts, and front brakes done there, and they did a great job with servicing our vehicle.What made the experience even better was that the representative who checked us in was from O ahu, Hawai i, which is where we are from. Mahalo, Brandon, and the staff at Greulich's Automotive Repair, for taking care of our car needs.

Took my car to ask if they could fix a part to pass emissions test. They were so helpful and courteous! They took my vehicle in right away and within an hour identified the problem, called me to let me know pricing and timing of getting part. Called back in 2 days when part came in and had my new part installed within a couple hours. Brandon and Nick were great to work with. Thanks to the mechanics who fixed our issue! Highly recommend using Greulich s.!
