The guys are very nice but this place is pricey. If making an appointment online call to verify if it's accurate. The time I booked was apparently during their lunch. The 38.00 oil change is not accurate if you need synthetic oil, with the coupon I was told it would be 98.00 which I was very surprised. I was trying to get away from Ford because I thought they were pricey but they're actually cheaper and my maintenance light is off afterward. I do appreciate the way they do their inspections with the photos but it does come with a price.

Very good service!!! They took good care of my car. I was a bit worried about the price and they were so helpful in finding coupons they could use. I'm very thankful for what they did for me. Thank you guys!!! I appreciate you all. I will definitely be coming back.

What a huge relief! While being denied for emission testing I decided to ask about a repair. Perfect timing. They solved my repair and now my test passed. I look forward to getting more work done by you in the near future.

Jay and his team are an awesome group of guys! They treat you like family, are very honest and reliable and affordable. I took my vehicle in for transmission service as it was possibly starting to slip a little. Instead of just doing the service and charging me for it, Henry and Chris had the techs take it for a drive and found that the transmission was slipping and changing the fluids could actually harm my transmission more than do good. They were honest instead of just charging me a few hundred dollars. They were nice, honest, and overall a great place to do business.

I worked with Jay and he was understanding and helpful when I was quite distressed. Of course car work can be expensive but I felt I was well taken care of and listened to. This is probably my new go to location to get car help from.

Went in to get an alignment done on my vehicle but during the inspection they found some issues that would make it hard to do the alignment. They sent pictures to my phone with detailed information on what needed to be done before they could align my tires. They were very helpful and very honest about the issues they had found and I will be going back to get the alignment done once I get the issues taken care of.

Theses guys were great they are on top of the few repairs our truck needs and we re up front on their quotes. They preformed the repairs in a speedy manner. They are way cheaper than the dealership and have a great warranty policy. Well done guys keep up the great work

The team at Greulich s automotive was very profesional. Thank you Chris for being very detailed, honest and helpful ! And thank you to the tech that worked on my car. I dropped the car off Saturday afternoon and got it back Monday morning ! Fair pricing and great service. Would totally love to be a part of that team one day!

Went down here for a simple oil change and mentioned a pre existing thing I already knew about. They thought what the last repair shop did sounded a bit off, and as a sign of good will, ran some tests for me. They found the underlying issue and exactly how to fix it in maybe 10 minutes. I agreed to have it repaired, knowing I was broke and stressed but they helped me every step of the way.Fast forward maybe 4 hours, the repair was done, tested, cleaned, and ready for pickup, and on top of that they managed to lower how much I would have paid to HALF the cost. They treated me well, talked like family, and made it clear that they just love fixing cars.As for the oil change? My car is running super smooth, and they even let me use a coupon. Seriously amazing people, seriously amazing service, all at a phenomenal price. If you have car issues of any kind, be it a Coolant leak, transmission problems, or maybe a simple oil change, come here; they WILL treat you well, regardless of who you are.

Honestly is what you get. I had tire s installed on my vehicle and I was still getting a vibration. Took the car to have the drive train, alignment, suspension inspected by Greulich s. They could have said I had an issue and charge me for something I didn t really need. But no THEY WERE HONEST and informed me that the new tires that I just had installed at a tire shop and they did not balance all four tires. One tire was missing balance weights. Also the same make but not the same model. The tire company is correcting the issue and hopefully all will be good. I have scheduled an oil change on my vehicle and will now use Geulich s for all my future car maintenance .Thank you for bringing Honesty back to Buckeye.

We booked an oil change and asked for someone to look at our tire sensor online. The appointment was booked for 12. A few hours before my appointment we were contacted to advise that 12 is when the techs go to lunch so it would have to be 11 or 1. Why is that listed as a time if you can't book the appointment during that time? No issues we took the 1 pm slot and I brought it in. Found out nothing carries over from the online to the main system no problem gave all my info again including correcting the person who asked if I just needed air in my tires saying no the sensor is not reading can someone look at that as well as the standard oil change. The job was done in a timely manner I was there for less than an hour but when I picked up my car no one talked to me about my car just checked me out and sent me on my way so I assumed they took care of the sensor issue. I was wrong now instead of one sensor not reading I have 3 and all you did was make sure I have air in my tires. My paperwork says check warning lights... that was what I was doing bringing it in to you. I am giving 3 stars because of how quickly the oil change was done and I wasn't kept needlessly waiting as I have at other establishments but I will not be coming back if I'm not being listened to about what I need.

The guys at the Buckeye location are always friendly. I get all my oil changes and auto repair done there. They don t try and sell me more than I need and now they offer a finance plan for those expensive repairs

I was moving from California to Arizona and got stuck in the middle of the desert. Found them online in desperate need but Not only were all the employees incredibly nice and helpfulBut they got the job done as quickly as they possibly could ! I highly recommend if you need any car help! Chris Romero was kind and very detailed !Thank you guys so much again I will be back !

I got a timing belt replaced on my 2013 Honda Accord. DiAngelo at the front desk is a stand up guy. He's professional, and I appreciate the service he provided me. The mechanics did a great job too. Prices are a bit much, but they are competitive.

Amazing customer service. I was traveling through AZ and had my A/C went out. Of course it was a nice hot day .. the team was able to get my car in and out QUCKLY and get me back on the road.I would totally go back.

DO NOT GO HERE! They claim to have fixed my car TWO times now after charging me 2 thousand dollars. They told me they test drove it and i drive not even half a mile and it overheats still!!!! these people are not honest and dont care about the customer or the cars. I really urge you guys to find another place. They pay for there good reviews and i know this because they bribed me to take my first review down. Find somewhere else to service your car. Sure they can do an oil change but they do not know anything about actually working on a car.

This shop and the workers there were nothing short of amazing!! My jeep overheated and I pulled in there just to let it cool down but I knew it needed fixed but I had no $ but figured I would stop in and see if there was anything they could do just to get me home. They put it in the shop and topped it off with antifreeze and was hoping to get me on the road. However it needed more work so they said they would look deeper into it and see what it was. They called the next day and kept me updated and got it fixed! I told them I didn t have a ride and they said they would send a car to me. I got them paid using one of their finance options and picked my Jeep up!! They were nothing but kind and respectful to me the whole time. I just moved her about 6 weeks ago and I w know exactly who I will take my vehicles to from here on out!!! They were honest and helpful and I m so thankful for that especially being new to the state!! They thought it was going to be a head gasket and so did I but it ended up being the cause of an after-market thermostat I had put on in Missouri but these guys told me immediately that jeeps can only have factory thermostats or it causes issues like this to the radiator. So they installed a factory thermostat and a water pump and replaced my hoses that had hardened from the hot antifreeze that had caused some damage and threw in a warranty on their work for me as well! Seeing as I had this same work done in Missouri with no warranty for the same cost only to have to pay for it again here didn t make me happy but this auto shop and their willingness to back up their work stands head and shoulders above other shops I have encountered!! Only shop I will use while we are living here!!

So i deleted my original review because they called and asked me to and said the radiator would be free if i did. (so they basically bribed me, no wonder theres only good reviews on here) Still charged me over $400 in labour fees after already giving them $1400 the first time they said they fixed my car. This time though after a few days of not hearing anything we call and they say oh well the mechanic who was working on your car quit so now we need to find his notes They said this time we will test drive it before we give it back to you. which is what they should be doing in the first place. Who gives a car back and says it runs good now without test driving it? So we go to pick up my car for the second time and they say we test drove it for while and its good now i dont even live a mile from their store and as soon as i leave the parking lot it overheats. All that money and labor fees for literally nothing. Im getting my money back one way or another. This company only cares about getting money from people. I will be calling corporate and i have already been in touch with Gary Harper from 3 on your side and also the better business bureau. It s one thing to not know how to work on a car but another thing to bribe and lie to a customer for their own benefit and profit.Go ahead and check out their YELP reviews! they have screwed over a lot of peopleWE TOLD YOU IT WAS THE RADIATOR AND YOU DID NOT LISTEN TO US WE TOLD YOU TWICE!

My visit to Greulichs was awesome. The shop I went to before tried telling me I had issues that were unrelated to my engine light. These guys found the issue and resolved it in no time. Thanks Greulichs buckeye team.

Chris Romero, a great mechanic, who's now the boss of this fine establishment has helped me and left me with nothing but great things to say. The reason for the visit a problem with the transmission but some how tire went flat during the stay without any extra cost got my spare on and back on the road. Thanks guys!

When I would drive by Greulichs Automotive repair shop I always thought if it would be Expensive, to take my car there if I needed any car repair. then I took my car in for repair, all Employees were friendly and respectful, the price was so Resonable I was surprised how inexpensive it was. if they find anything else wrong they would let you know about it. that's why I would Recommend it to family and friends.

Jay is the best! We ve gone here more times than I can keep track and we ve always been very well taken care of. We moved recently and still drive over an hour to go back to the Buckeye location off Watson. Honest, quick and reliable services. It was a great experience for me. They were very welcoming and respectful. I loved that they take pictures and explain everything you need to know about how your car is doing and also how they try and workout any payment plans if you need them. They also have a feature to update you on the prosses of you car by texting you step by step progress. It was a very satisfying visit and I believe from now on I will have them as me mechanics.

Chris is an exceptional asset to this company. He's a gentleman, respectful, kind, and professional. I had issues the morning of my appointment, yet they were able to work me into the schedule. I had about an hour and a half wait, for my vehicle to be completed, which is amazing for being as late as I was. They photograph and document any issues with the vehicle, which is a superb customer experience. Chris printed out my estimate for the work needed. $33.55 is not extremely expensive for the extensive work that they do when going over the vehicle for possible issues with the system, a cost worth every penny. The waiting room, lobby and shop are kept clean. Very reasonable rates. A job well done!!Service: Vehicle Inspection

.I cant say anything about mechanics..did not go that far.. but guys at front got no idea what they doing i got two phone cals and 3 text messages in 24hr to confirm appointment.. when i get there wait for 1 hr to find out they are not capable to do transmission fluid change.. stay away.. be careful.. lots of fishing here..

When you go in for your appointment they take you in right away. I have not had any complaints. Chris and Jay are very friendly
