This is the ABSOLUTE worse repair shop I have ever dealt with. We took our vehicle there on a Saturday and was told the vehicle would be looked at Sunday. Come Sunday we were told we have to wait until Tuesday for a lead tech but it d be the first vehicle they looked at. Tuesday comes around and we hear nothing. Called in the late afternoon and was told oh we couldn t get to it but it ll be the first one Wednesday. The lack of communication is just the tip of the problem. We waited until Friday to be told the original issue they thought it was isn t it the true problem and now we need a whole new fuel tank. Well that pushed us back now another week, again lack of communication and us calling frequently to get updates. I finally get my vehicle back and the next morning I drive it, my check engine light is on and so is a whole new problem, the drive shaft malfunction. My vehicle is worse off than it was when I brought it in!! I go back and tell them and was told well we can t get to it until Tuesday. No oh we are sorry about that! And then she proceeds to say, you re liable if you drive off with it like that. Do NOT and I repeat do NOT take your vehicle here. If I didn t have to use my vehicle warranty, I would have driven away after the first week.

Female front customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. When I returned for pick she was again a pleasant interaction. One of the mechanics came in and gave a thorough, but not overwhelming breakdown of my vehicle needs. They have emailed an estimate and it was received promptly. I will be getting my work down at this location.

My service was phenomenal. Not only was a talked to through every step of my service, but the customer service was amazing. I believe I was helped by John, James, and an amazing woman up front. I felt very welcomed and talked to as if I was a friend. My brakes were fixed and no issues have remained since being fixed. Overall great experience!

Didn't have the tires I ordered in stock or orderable when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. I got an online quote for the job - for oil change and tires, it was in the 400$ range. Total out the door price ended up being close to 950$. The only saving grace is that the salesperson was nice, knowledge, and personable; the service is fast, if you're willing to pay the price. The quote process and the overall transparency of the business was scummy at best.

I stopped using Firestone over a year ago due to the poor customer service. They NEVER answered their phones and that was a big disappointment. I have a fleet vehicle and needed to have my wiper blades replaced and the only place the fleet company has in network now is that same Firestone. I called at 8am on a Saturday morning and the call was answered promptly, I was scheduled for the replacement a half hour later per my request. When I showed up, they took some info and the blades were replaced within 10 minutes. I'm hoping this is a sign of how their serviced has improved.

Terrible place to have mechanical work done on a vehicle paid $1500 for brake booster and master cylinder only to have the truck back in the shop weeks later because my truck wasn't braking. Issue went on for months after the work was done. Now right after my warranty ended same issue again m truck has brake problems again and they want to charge me again for them to work on the truck again. NO THANKS! I'm better off doing the work my self this place is only good for changing tiers!

CJ at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and explained in great detail the specials going on and what services they did on my car. I feel so much safer driving my vehicle and I'm just so grateful that they didn't try and push any extra unnecessary services like other auto places I have taken my car to. Thank you for hiring in honest people. It means a lot to us who live on a tight budget in today's world.

I've taken my car here a couple of times for oil changes and have not had any problems. The people are nice, and they get me in in a timely manner.They were super nice to my daughter and checked out her car before buying it, no charge. And even gave her a tire gauge to check her tire air.

If you want a job done correctly, you take it to Firestone. You talk to Ryan and tell him what you need and tell him you expect Jacob to be the lead mechanic on your diagnosis/repairs. You get what you pay for, they re the best in the southwest.

Although I was not happy with the job the mechanic did I was blown away by the service I received from CJ and Michael. The two of them listened to me and really genuinely cared. They went over options with me and discussed what could be done better in the future. These two are the reason I will come back again

Went in to get my Truck serviced. I have a fleet vehicle. So I have to get approval for everything.Cj is an excellent employee who should be recognized for her dedication and hard work . My oil change got approval but no word on my tires a couple of hours later she called me and said I was on hold an extended period of time but finally got the approval. She was so kind and looking out for my safety because my tires where that bad . We need more CJ in this world .

Went in, and they charged 750 for the wrong diagnosis and fix, then tried to charge for a second guess and then couldn't figure it out, so they sent it to another location, and they didn't fix the problem either. The check engine light is on, and it won't accelerate above 3k rpm, which is what it was doing in the beginning. They refunded my money but it's still broken only now I have check engine light on

Wow, I just brought my car back for an alignment and tire balance. I only have 20k miles on the 50k rated tires. I need new ones. I had paid for the warranty. What I didn't know was that it was prorated. They wanted me to still pay half the price. It hasn't been a year yet. I'm very disappointed. This was my first experience with Firestone. I should have kept my business at discount tire. $1200+ for tires and I need new ones less then a year in. now I know why there was no wait here.

Drove into this establishment with a flat tire. 2 gentlemen were sitting on the car lifts dangling their feet. Another talking with a girl in another bay. Needed to fix my flat and was told it would be about 3-4 hours. No big deal although I couldn t wait that specific day. Set an appt for the following day and asked if they could atleast put some air in my tire so I wouldn t have to crawl home. I was told NO what happened to the customer service with these places. Needless to say I didn t come back and cancelled my appt. I ll be damned to give any money to a company that can t help people out in a bad situation.

Service here was professional, quick and delivered with empathy. The guy that helped me out on 9/22 was amazing and made me feel at ease during a difficult time. I can t remember his name. This location is amazing. We got a flat on the way back from San Diego and went to this location. They were able to get us in quickly and patch the tire. We have a speciatly car and they had the knowledge on how to get it fixed correctly. I highly recommend this place for your auto needs. the customer service was fantastic.

I made an appointment online and took my truck in to get brakes replaced, Ryan was my advisor and very great guy but he promised more than he gave, it was a Sunday and he told me he would need to inspect truck and order parts, once quoted he told me he will have it done for sure Monday which was Labor Day Since they were open. I told him I absolutely can t leave it past Monday since it s a work truck. Never got an update I called middle of Monday and a girl answered and said they were waiting parts and I explained to her I couldn t leave it but she didn t care and said well you know how it is and it s a holiday I can t control it i told her to let me know before they close but she never did, I called back right before they closed and no one answered. The same happened the next day on Tuesday James answered and said they had ordered wrong parts and will follow up but never did either. I called in the middle of day and they told me to come in an hour, when I arrived the girl in the desk was very rude and lazy, i asked her I m here for my truck. She told me I don t see any invoice it s not ready, I told her they told me it will be ready at 1 can t you go check, she looked so annoyed and as she was going, the tech was dropping my invoice off. Communication here was horrible. Ryan was nice but never cared to follow up or let me know my vehicle would not be ready so I can reschedule.

CJ & Craig helped me out with an oil change and I couldn t be happier with the service I received. I came in right before closing, they both approached me and offered to help me out right away! I was in and out as I had hoped, and will definitely be back in the future!

I needed to have my alignment done and was well over due for it, I was able to make an appointment by phone and day of my appointment was able to get in sooner than my scheduled time. Ryan was the gentleman who helped me out with everything that day. He was so kind and patient! He also let me know that one of my tires was no good and made sure that I d be leaving there with a new tire and safely back on the road. I ll be returning here for future visits! Definitely would recommend!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I took my car in to firestone on peebles creek goodyear for oil chang after my low engine oil pressure light came on so I had it towed firestone on Watson they did diagnostic said I had used the wrong viscosity oil when I changed the oil I said other firestone did it 10 days ago they said it's fine to go I drove off and called them low engine oil pressure light came back on they said its fine they checked my engine oil pressure everything was OK they said about a week later the low engine oil pressure light and now the oil light are both on I called 3 days later lady said they are trying to figure out how to check my oil pressure I called corporate they said they will have a third party check to see if my engine got damaged its been 4 weeks nobody from corporate has contacted me firestone on Watson called said its ready to pick up nothing they did she said its not fixed and nobody from corporate has even contacted me still very poor service so is my engine damaged from the lie saying oil pressure was good then saying they were trying to check it I've never been so irrate

Ryan the store manager went above and beyond with his tech name Jacob. My wife had serious issues with her brakes and gave ryan a ear full of her complaints of the sounds and vibrations. He ensures his tech would take care of it. He fulfilled his promise and both him and tech Jacob made my wife s car perfect. I can t thank firestone more! As it got me out of a dirty situation! Thanks again!!! Will be coming back for any future issues

DO NOT DO A RADIATOR FLUSH HERE. Am not so happy with there rebates. I was told i would be eligible for 125 but when i did it. I only got 75 for 4 new tires . Then i did the radiators flush and they left the reservoir with very little blue coolant and the radiator filled with yellow. I brought it back and now all they did was burp it and it the color is green. I am very hesitate because i payed full price and usual from my experience you replace the coolant with what u started out with verses a cheap universal yellow which now mix with the blue is green. Also the car started to randomly over heat 2 months later ( less than 300 miles which is the reason i actually notice the two the colors difference in my radiator. Yet , Andrew seem to think it is fine . My expectation was if they drain it all i would be with the same coolant type if not same color as the flush the. At least the same color at the new coolant that they used (yellow). Not a green because the yellow mixed with the blue coolant gosh! That is just bad bussiness

I was run off the road and had some damage to my tire and needed to set out on an 800 mile drive that day period. The staff was so kind. A gentleman came out inspected. My tire showed me that it was just surface damage, He was so kind. He could have easily sold me two new tires for no reason. I would trust the store a hundred percent.

We had four popped tires due to getting caught in the middle of a high speed chase and police pulling spike strips in front of our tires. We were stuck on the side of the road for hours and hoping to get to a tire place to get home in time. Ryan and his team at Firestone went ABOVE and BEYOND to care for us. We called to let them know we would be coming. They called to check on us multiple times to see how far out we were. They had everything prepared when we got there. Changed the four tires quickly and even stayed later than close to finish the job. We are so grateful for their helping in getting us back on the road after a very long day. We for sure recommend them!
