I would give extra stars if I could. Gus and Walter helped me out when AAA couldn t even help with a flat tire on my Tesla Model 3. Communication with Gus was top notch. He was honest, fair, and truly wanted to help. I got a flat on the 8 East, about an hour and a half from Gus in Buckeye. Walter came out, helped swap the tire, and then we were good to go. This was between 1-3 am!! Couldn t recommend Eta Mobile Tires more.

Well let's see I have been waiting since 9:50pm last night is when Gus told me he had a tire and gave me a price, which was reasonable. Gus said he is running a little behind but he will help me as soon as he can. Which was no problem since I work overnight and don't leave until 4:30 am. I work basically in the middle of the desert at a mining company 21/2 miles to the closest anythingand 56 miles from home. I'm a single father that works over night so I can take care of my kids. So Gus was my savings grace. Well I'm writing this after multiple calls and text messages at 7:05am and Gus still has not shown up or called or nothing. I have my dog and no way to get a tire to get home to my kids and my baby sitter leaves at 7am. I'm stranded and no way to get home to take my kids to school. I don't recommend ETA w4hr emergency tire service to anyone even my worst enemy. Please find someone so you don't depend on Gus for help and you get left in the desert like me.

Was stranded at work in the middle of the desert and no one to help. Call Gus at Eta mobile tire. He said he had a tire and gave me a price which was reasonable. Gus told me he was running behind and would get to me as soon as possible that was 9:50pm last night well its 7:35 Gus never showed I'm still stranded and have my dog, and my kids are now home alone with no way to school it's 7:40 am Gus never showed or called or texted nothing and I don't know what to do.

Picture yourself just after midnight on New Year s Eve driving back in the middle of nowhere and your tire blows on your fifth wheel. Do you have no spare and you re stranded. Call around but everyone close or not in service. Until I called ETA. Right from the start very respectful and understanding. While he was in the middle of a job, he stopped to search if he had the right tires that I would need. Give me an estimate of time for him to show how long it would take to get me back on the road. Oh by the way I had to be back in California by 8 AM , so I was already on a time crunch. After dropping him a pin, which was super convenient, it was just now a matter of waiting for him to show up, which was a lot faster than we originally quoted safely of course. Gus arrived inspect the tire and immediately went to work and had me on the road 30 minutes before originally quoted to be back on the road. Would highly recommend anybody that finds them selves situation like I was. He had all the tools and equipment needed great customer service. Again highly recommend.

Blew a trailer tire on our way back from the drag races. No spare...Called Gus, he had us on the road within the hour. A little pricey but to be expected for a roadside freeway repair on a Sunday afternoon. Very fast, friendly and professional

Gus was a lifesaver. Got a flat on the way to a concert. He came quickly and was able to get it fixed. I was able to watch my concert and drive the three hours home! Totally recommend!

If you re looking for someone to come to you, this is the place to call. I was stuck on the side of the road and they got to me within an hour like they said it was going to take them. They fix my tire. It was around 9:30pm at night that s when tire shops are normally close. But ETA Mobile Tires is 24/7. Thank you Isaac and Gustavo for coming out to help a young woman out like me. I really do appreciate. If I could I ll give them 10 stars.

Great guys . Blew 2 tires on a 26ft box truck and gave me a great price and it was $200 less than the people who were 10 miles closer and they are 30 miles further I would recommend them . If I could I would give them 10 stars

Tesla model Y. Rare tire size. 2 flats. They had it!! They came to me on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON and replaced both tires and had me up and running with a smile in a hour. DUDE WHERE IS THE 6 star button. These guys are amazing. Keep up the great customer service!! My family thanks you soooo much!!!

Was in a major dilemma, it was to late to get in anywhere close to change a bad tire. I was referred to Gus's service ETA Tires. I couldn't wait till the next day or I would've missed work and that wasn't a option. Spoke with Gustavo he quoted me a extremely fair price for his service and a used tire. Which I might add was in excellent shape. Price was so fair I asked for quote to do both front tires. Which was so good I didn't think twice. He literally saved my job for me an I couldn't be more grateful for his excellent service. He was there when his said he would be. He completed everything in a fast professional manner!!!

Amazing service, very helpful and keeps tabs on his customers. Being stuck out here in Arizona he helped make sure we got the best service in the amount of time and distance between his shop and where we had our flat tire at. Very thankful to Gus for the amazing work and service he put towards helping us get back in the road! Keep up the amazing work and service!

I was in a very tough situation being from out of town and getting a flat tire on a rental car. We went to change the tire to the donut but there was no wheel lock. Fortunately, I came across Gus as a recommendation. We contacted him and within an hour, he arrived with all of the tools to fix our problem. His communication was excellent as he keptme updated with an accurate ETA and he had my problem fixed within half an hour. His quote was fairly priced and affordable. I HIGHLY recommend Gus and ETA MobileTires. You won t be disappointed with his customer service.

Blew a tire outside of Phoenix, called up ETA and they took care of everything. Gus was prompt and friendly setting up the service call, and Sam Jr was very friendly, professional and worked hard to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. He did a great job. Quality service all around. I highly recommend them.

Gus takes care of my whole families vehicles! The first time we met he came after a last minute request and took care of my flat tire! Since then he has worked on my brakes, oil changes, and other family members flat tires! He s the most honest person I ve ever met & will take care of your car needs! He is literally the best and would recommend him to anyone 100%

Gus was amazing from the moment I spoke with him. I got his number from a friend. He was truly saved my day when I got a flat unexpectedly and had nobody to help. His service comes to you and provides the most amazing and friendly service I ve experienced. I would recommend this company to anybody especially anyone who can t change a flat.

Absolutely amazing,fast,reliable and experienced individuals. Had 2 tires down,and they met me rapidly at a walgreens and got the problem fixed right then and there. Tires were great priced with amazing tread. I highly recommended to ANYONE who needs that helping hand. 5 stras for damn sure! Thanks brotha

Gus was awesome. Had a blow out late at night on my RV dually. He came assessed the side wall was damaged. My spare was used earlier in the day as this was my second flat of the day on new tires. Just headed home from a two thousand mile trip. We discussed what to do and the best was to have all six tires checked as they installed rubbed valves vs metal for the RV. Anyway he aired me up enough to make it to the tire shop. He did this free of charge! This is my first google review as I was so impressed with Gus.

Wonderful service. Great communication. We were stranded in Gila bend late Sunday afternoon triple A was no help at and no one else answered or returned our calls. We had a flat that was unrepairable and they brought us out 2 new tires. Very positive experience and a very fair price with friendly experienced people. Thank you so much!

Gus was a life saver. Had a blowout and he came happily as quick as he could. Super friendly happy dude who also went the extra mile to make sure we were safe and asked us to test drive the truck after he changed the tore. Truly appreciate him hes great and the price was even greater PS he also made sure we made it home safe. Amazing service thank you!

Thank you Eta Mobile, more importantly Gus! This young Man was busy at 2am in the rain when he returned my call as I asked for assistance with a flat I received on the freeway. Very informative and helpful as he had me meet him at a gas station off the freeway.Once he arrived he was fast, efficient, and provided excellent communication and provided several options as he removed and took my tire to repair at another location. Outstanding service, polite and respectful, my Man wouldn't even accept a tip for his hard work! Prop's to you Gus!!!!

Was having tire problems it just happened that I got not just one flat tire but try two all at once! Couldn't afford the outrageous prices from the big tire companys. So as fate would have it, my sis, Veronica got ETA tires contact information and gave Gus a call and Wow that's the only way me and my sister can describe this man's work ethic. Gus not only sold us a tire at a reasonable price, way, way cheaper than the Big companies. He actually went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, with both flat tires. We are going to recommend, ETA tires too, friends and family. ETA tires, makes you feel like a valued customer, not like the big tire companys that see you like a big dollar sign and a number. Thank you ETA tires for going above and beyond your services.

I had a flat tire, Gus was able to come out to my residence same day. Turns out my tire was beyond repair but he was able to replace it immediately with what he had in inventory. My car was back up and on the road in less than an hour from the time he arrived to the time I payed and said goodbye. He was fast, efficient and so polite, I would hire him to do anything! Can t recommend ETA tires enough!

Honestly , this is the guy to call ! I had a flat on the freeway and needed a plug to fix the tire at 1:30Am !! He was very fast, he came very well prepared with all the tools necessary. Gus was also super friendly and helpful . If you ever need help w anything tire related , car , truck, or semi truck , THIS IS THE MAN TO CALL !!!

Ended up blowing a tire about 60 miles from home while we were out by Tonopah. I went out on a limb to contact Gus around midnight seeing as its advertised as being open 24/7. Thankfully he reached out to me ASAP and patched our tire in no time! We were back on the road and home safe after about an hour. Definitely a lifesaver we are so thankful for his quick responses and effort to get to us in a timely manner.

Great communication and service. Was transparent about prices and was on time. Assisted me with not only a tire replacement but a battery jump when vehicle wouldn t start. Going above and beyond is why I will go through ETA from now on. I appreciate the assistance Gus you re awesome!
