About 4pm I was getting my oil changed at a different company prepping for a trip out of town for work at 4am. They told me I had severe ware on the inside shoulder of my tires. I called Discount Tire to see if someone was willing to stay late to replace my tires. They said yes and had me come out. It's 6:30 and new tires are ready to go. Thank you to the management for allowing a late service and thank you to the team that performed the service after hours. You helped me out of a jam. I don't believe the old tires would have survived the trip. 5 star customer service today. Thank you! - Cory from Old Glory Locksmith

Pretty well organized location. Tends to be a little busy most of the time but employees manage it very well. They are friendly and courteous. Definitely one of the better discount tire locations in the area.

Took both of my cars there and the service was great. Pat was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process of thread education and even the new laws surround them. I would strongly recommend making an appointment before going in unless you call ahead of time, they are always busy!

Very good service and recommend getting an appointment. The stand by their estimate/quotes...so get names and get their a little early if possible. There are restaurants and a Sports bar walking down the sidewalk if service is longer and they keep you updated on your cell phone...which is fantastic

The service I received this more was outstanding!! The greatest Customer Service I have ever received. I received this morning at discount tire. Brandon, my sales agent was amazing and all the gentleman that worked there treated me with care.

I m very pleased with the service and Alyssa definitely helped me with choosing the right tires bc I was considering a cheaper tire but showing my the rating and tire life, I m glad I m sticking with the correct tires for my driving needs.I ll be coming back to this location and I honestly don t mind driving out of my way when I know I m going to get great service.

I have been coming here for yrs. I got my vehicle tires always drop off the vehicle and let them do their thing and by the time im back to check on it is usually done. And now with the link they send to track your vehicle progress is so convenient TY!

They always seem to try hard to get you in and out with safe tires even though they seem to find all the tire problems. But it's for the best to be safe out there.

They fixed my tire leak. No charge even though I bought my tires at discount tires in San Diego. They didn't put my valve cap back on as I discovered after returning home. I called them. They did find it and they apologized and insisted on putting it back on. So sometimes things don't go well but they did everything right to fix my issue of the missing valve cap, which was a special cap for my Lexus.

Always polite and pleasant. I will stop by quarterly to have my tire pressure checked for free. There is a line, usually, but they're nice about it. Reasonable prices and they do offer warranties. I do wish they wouldn't mansplane to females but that's the patriarchy for you. This is a male dominated field and it makes me so happy to see females working in these positions. They're few and far between.

Several visits to location in Buckeye. The staff are wonderful to speak with about my concerns. They listen and are able to take care of whatever is needed. Top notch service. Totally recommend.

Never will I be going there again ! They ripped off my daughter I they purposely overpriced my daughter $154. Then I went there two weeks later, ordered a rim which they looked at and measured I even had it not mounted. Literally, I had to wait almost 1 month for them to get it right. Finally the second manager who tried to order it finally got it right. You think I'd get some kind of discount or break of some sort negative. My daughter spent almost $250 having to Uber to work, because of their mistakes. Wow wow wow, but then again maybe that's why they're so big.

I had an appointment here 11/21/23 for 4 new tires on rims and tire rotation on my truck. I had an appointment but still had to wait an hour as they were busy. Forgivable. This week I'm preparing for a trip with my fifth wheel and manually check air in the tires. According to the trucks TPMS all is good but the tire locations were never corrected after the rotation. The rear tires 80psi were only at 60psi. the front 60psi were at 80psi so they never re-aired the tires either. this would probably be fine until I hooked up to my 15,000lb. fifth wheel. Totally not cool and shotty work, Dangerous to boot.

This place is awesome, literally saved me on a roadtrip on my way West. I did a walkaround of my car after spending the night at a hotel in town only to discover a screw sticking out of my tire. This was at 7:30am on a Saturday. I headed over to DT and was greeted by a hustling team, everyone actively servicing cars and customers.Cameron helped me out at the desk and said I was next in line for the bay - I'd be done in 45 minutes. Rick, the manager, walked over and chatted with me, as the team plugged the tire. They showed me the area of impact and then proceeded to fix and check the other tires. After all tires were inflated to the proper levels, my car was backed out. Took less than 30 minutes. Total fee - $0.Outstanding service! Rick is doing amazing things over there.

Don t waste your time. Go somewhere else even if they charge a premium. Waited over 3.5 hours to get my tire looked at due to a slow leak. Not only was customer service poor and wait times abysmal, they didn t put our Jeep on jack stands while replacing the tire and our Mickey Thompson wheel cap was not tightened down so it flew off on the 10 freeway. Worst customer service and wait time we have ever had to deal with and I wasn t the only one in the waiting room losing my cool over the lack of updates and courtesy. William smirked and chuckled when I checked in and verified that my Jeep was a manual transmission, but when it came time to grab my key and bring my jeep to the bay they still sent someone that didn t know how to drive stick so they had to wait on someone that could drive it. I would give less than 0 stars if I could. Picture of my jeep not on jack stands while being worked on and picture of where the wheel component is supposed to be but was later loosely installed and flew off on the freeway.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I took my Mercedes Sprinter van in for the tire sensor and received a call that it was the TPS sensor and it would be 65$. I gave them the go ahead only to return to be told they couldn't repair it because it was in the spare and it was too old to be worked on. I completely understand. As vI returned I noticed them backing the van out of the bay and directly into a parking spot and running the rear step over the top of a landscape rock. I spoke with a manager and was told that he would write up a damage report and would get a call the following day. It's been almost a week later and no call or e-mail. Im going to get a estimate from Mercedes and will turn it over to my attorney.. See ya in court Discount Tire.

YouTube channel Litehouse12I could hear my passenger front tire hitting my wheel well so I brought it in to get it replacedRic Guerrero the store manager told me that I had an additional tire that was separating. I told Ric I can barely afford one tire. He said "let me go check and see if I have a used tire for you" he came back with a used tire that still had the factory strip around the tire, it had to be new. Ric asked me if I would like the tire, I explained to him again my financial situation, how I had enough money for 1 tire. He rang it up and gave me the total, I wanted to cry, because the total was what I had saved for 1 tire.I said "yes, I would like the used tire also" I am so grateful for his customer service and dedication to customers.Now I can speed again Check me out on YouTube at Litehouse12

Upon getting to Discount Tire in Buckeye because of a slow leak in one of my tires, I was informed that the tire would need to be replaced. Thankfully, the tire was pro rated; but unfortunately, they did not have the tire in stock. They informed me that they would have to put my spare on and I would have to come back. I was fine with that. The problem came when I got home. A couple hours after getting home, I realized that I did not have my tire rim... They never mentioned anything about it. I called to make sure they had it, and, yes, they did. The salesperson apologized and told me that I should have been informed.Poor communication.The second problem came when I returned to Discount to have the new tire put on. After I left Discount, I went grocery shopping... when I opened the trunk of my car, I discovered that the Discount employees had just thrown my spare tire in my trunk. On top of my personal items. They couldn't even put it back! It is stored in the false bottom of the trunk. They knew exactly where it is stored, as they removed it that morning to put it on the car. They did a half baked job.Extremely frustrating as I have a bad back and shouldn't be lifting a spare tire. My husband and I are faithful customers of Discount Tire and have been for a long time. We have given them a lot of business over the years. I did NOT appreciate this at all!!

Bought tires from Tire Rack to be installed by these guys. What an extremely frustrating experience. No one seems to know what they re doing. Would not recommend this location as a Tire Rack installer.

Waited 30 minutes after my 3:15 appointment. Simple mount and balance. Was reassured that my wheels will not be scratched. Got 1 back and it was scratched and gouged. Took the other 3 elsewhere. I Don't recommend them for "nicer" wheel handling

Just the wait times are crazy. I know it's because they are good at the work but not so much as time management. In part I'm in line with 10 other ppl and the phone rings, and the line is on hold until call is complete. This could include answering petty questions to quoting prices. Which seems a little backwards to me, 30 minutes in line and excited to be next and a call comes in and ur on hold for another 15 - 20 minutes til call is complete. And also times quoted are usually not accurate, prolly because accurately quoted time may cause loss of business. When I was waiting on hour 3, there were 2 other ppl with the same issue .Really like discount tires, but come on guys we gotta get it together to atleast be accurate on wait times.

LEAVE! Go to TIRE DAWGS! You will get a much better DISCOUNT than Discount Tire! Mike from TIRE DAWGS was able to save my tire. $20 later I'm on the road again. He said my tire still has a lot of tread and no need to replace it because it wasn't on the wall.Discount Tires will only fill up the air in your tires. They will talk their way out of patching your tire and say it's "dangerous" to patch it blah blah blah.When I arrived my tire was at 17 and the guy still missed the huge nail. I left thinking my tire was ok. But then I realized it wasn't so I had to drive back and request for them to patch it up for me but NOPE. They wouldn't do it.

Good deals on new tires with instant rebate and mail in rebates. Military discount too. People are friendly and they don't take long. Came in originally to ask about tire longevity and the guy was helpful and willing to go out of his way to be of service. Very cool
