Christian Brothers in Buckeye Az handles their customers the way neighborhood shops of long ago used to handle their customers. They don t just fix an issue, they go above and beyond by following up via phone call to make certain everything is resolved to your satisfaction. They even drive my vehicle to the tire shop and had them re-balance the tires, due to an unresolved shaking at high speeds. Who does that? I will be a lifetime customer and my husband and I have already told friends and family they need to us Christian Brothers Buckeye for all of their future automotive needs. The workmanship, the warranties on the work, the service - they are truly amazing.

Top notch customer service from the moment I walked in the door all the way to the follow up call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction! Sam, my service advisor, was super thorough and easy to work with.I went in for AC service and an alignment but ended up having to swap out some tie rods and idler arm before it could be aligned. They were totally supportive of me swapping the parts myself and bringing it back. I have my own equipment at home and wanted to save a few dollars. Sam even gave me sound advice on what brand parts to get.Overall very happy with the service at Christian Brothers Automotive and will definitely be back!

They were able to get me in last minute to get some new tires put in and an alignment. It took awhile but they made sure everything was done correctly. Shout out to Benjamin. He was very courteous and kept giving me updates. He was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

I can not recommend this place enough! This is my first time ever leaving a review, the service was just that good they need a 5 star. They are absolutely amazing and 100% transparent with a full report of things and photos. They offer services no one in the automotive industry offers, like transportation (free of cost) and a free check up on your vehicle. Take your car here, it would be in the best hands possible!

Brought my vehicle in for ac maintenance. Sales person explained what needed to be done thoroughly. Everyone there always friendly. Prices fair, I used a coupon they had online with no issue. Snacks and drinks in lobby a bonus, even pulled car up to door for me after service and a cold bottle of water in the car for me. Thanks again!

These guys are amazing. They worked on my mobile grooming vehicle, it was a lot of work. And they kept me in the loop and got it done really quick. I even needed to return the next day to get a Torque done. And as soon as I pulled up, they were ready to go. I definitely recommend Working With Sam. As he is the technical That I worked with the entire time which was about 9 days. I love going here for all my car needs. Everyone that works here has amazing personalities, they have the cleanest waiting room, and a great shuttle service. I needed to get my son from school and my car wasn t done yet so they arranged for me to be able to be taken to pick him up and bring me back to get my car. They always go above and beyond. They even leave a cold water bottle with a coozie in the cup holder for you. I won t be going anywhere else.

All the people in the office have great attitudes and are very nice. Technicians break down what your car needs and they explain everything as they go over it. This is the third time my car has been there and I probably won t ever go to another shop. There customer service is beyond the top to make sure your happy with the service.

They completed a warranty issue and checked the entire vehicle and gave me estimates on everything to be repaired. The warranty repair was no charge. Very nice and friendly staff (Benjamin) I think prices are a little high but their customer service and shuttle are great!

Phenomenal work! This place is as honest and transparent as it gets. Their inspection is second to none. They educate you on not just the work that needs to be done, but they explain what the part does and they go beyond your ordinary mechanic shop. Their backed warranty on the parts is also a real life changer. Don't have a ride? No problem, they pick you up to and from home while your car gets worked on. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing any work done!

Wonderful service and experience from beginning to end. Sam is kind and helpful explaining service and prices, Jeff is the best and most entertaining shuttle driver and John (I think that was his name) is a skilled Euro mechanic as I have a Volkswagen.

Very friendly, great atmosphere. Didn t treat me like I didn t know anything or like a damsel in distress. I felt very confident about bringing my cars there. I ve been to lots of places where they tried to scam me because I was a female. I ve only been there now twice So far, they seem very honest and good at what they do. Christian Brothers was great to work with. We didn't pass emissions on our 2012 Chevy Cruise. AZ has a program that helps owners covering up too 900.00 in repairs. Once approved, Christian Brothers was 1 of the approved by the state. Appointment made, car inspected for emissions issues. Provided free of charge services to see additional repairs were needed. Followed recommendations. While in repairs, my husband required 911, leaving me without wheels. Called to see if car could possibly be ready earlier.Sam and the rest of the crew made that happen. Allowing me to get to the ER....to be with my husband. I never felt like I was just another customer. Christian Brothers will be our only repair company for any needed car repairs. 1000% satisfaction with CB.

Overall brought my vehicle here to get a engine diagnostic on my sensor light a couple months ago and had mostly green flags but some orange flags that came up, I just wanted to see what they would charge on my car, and they overpriced me on a couple of things such as my check engine light sensor that needed to be replaced, they quoted me $867? So I declined all services and told them that was too much, I got some advice from a few other mechanic shops with better reviews in the Phoenix area, and got a lot cheaper quote from AutoZone, where they showed me how easy it was to replace just the sensor on my vehicle , it only took 3 minutes and cost me $130 for a new sensor vs $867 which was what Christian brothers quoted me. I also got everything else I needed to get done on my vehicle taken care of at the other body shop I chose to go with. Now if you've made it this far in reading my experience your probably wondering why I went through hoops and loops just to see what the best deal is to get my minor car problems resolved right? Well that's sometimes what you need to do in order to save the best money for your buck, so do your research please, because this place will overcharge you for literally nothing, do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else , will not be coming back. Also as a side note, when I declined their services and asked for a shuttle back to their shop , Stephen at the front desk forgot to call for my shuttle and I had to wait even an hour longer for their car guy to come pick me up, and when I paid the ridiculous $140 or so fee for my check engine diagnostic there was a lady that kept coughing in the office that made me feel uncomfortable. I ve been having issues with my car since September and was extremely hesitant about where to take it because I couldn t afford to take it to the dealer. After being told by Discount that they couldn t get to me for a day or two I went across the street to Christian brothers and it was a life changer. Not only were they able to diagnose my car the same day but they fixed it too!Their customer service is unlike anything I ve ever seen or had before. From the owners, front desk staff and the mechanics. Everyone is so nice & can even handle some difficult situations.I am always forever grateful for them and will always bring my car to them. If you re hesitant about auto repair shops or dealerships, I promise you won t feel that here!

The service was great for the fluid exchange on my 2008 Nissan Titan automatic transmission. The process using the BG PXT high tech process is amazing. Insuring complete initial cleaning throughout of any varnish sludge buildup. Then the computerized process removes all old and fills with new fluid and conditioners to my Nissan specifications. I watched the whole process online...and highly recommend. Very smooth shifting transition and very professional workmanship. Superior service including shuttle service!!

The alignment took longer than I am used to with an appointment. However, they did the most perfect alignment I have ever had! I usually have to adjust the tie rods myself to get the steering wheel perfectly straight, even after repeated alignment attempts. Thanks for doing such a good job!

We had a very positive experience when we brought our car in for an oil change. Very courteous staff all around, prices reasonable and exceptional service. We even got the courtesy shuttle back home while they worked on it. We will return for sure.

They have THE BEST customer service! They re knowledgeable, efficient, did a great job communicating with me while my car was in their shop. This was my second time coming to this shop and I must say they are all wonderful to deal with. I can certainly appreciate Benjamin for being on top of his game and making my experience absolutely amazing. I recommend this shop to be your hometown shop away from the Dealership.
