Horrible customer service.Will never purchase from this store again. Walked in and was not greeted at all. Nobody was on phone or in store and was not helped at all. Maria was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was given wrong part (by Maria) and went to return was denied due to paying cash and was literally told I wouldn t receive a refund due to paying cash . That it s store policy but this policy was not on receipt and had I known this I would have never shopped here in first place, that s absurd. If you can take someone s cash you can return it.When I went in there to purchase the items there was no one in the store and I went and when I went in to return the items there was no on in the store. No surprise as this store is ran horribly.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in an auto parts store. I will not repeat I live a mile away and I will be telling my neighbors and friends to stay away as well.. PLEASE DONT PANTRONIZE THIS STORE you will regret it. If 0 stars was an option, giving them 1 star is 200% too good of a score for this place. Went in to buy a fuse, found it, went to the counter, had my payment in hand, was ignored for 5 minutes. Threw fueses on the ground and left..

Carquest. You sell oil but no used oil drop off? I dont need your parts at all. There are other auto parts stores that appreciate regular customers.

Carquest is a jokeBought torx bits at a location on the east side of Phoenix just in case I needed itWell I didn't and I don't need the toolsTook it to the carquest in buckeyeOh we cave take that we are independent storeYour carquestplace is jokeI will never buy from carquest again
