I'm Rose and my experience at Brake Plus was awesome! They took real good care of me not only did they do the oil for me. They worked a deal so that I wouldn't have to worry about the brakes that were needed desperately.Thank you Brandon and Geore and the crew behind the scenes for treating me like Royal queen. When you go into the Brakes Plus on Watson Road in Buckeye, you are family!I have been going to this location for years. Several employees have learned my name and greet me as soon as I walk in. The employees are friendly and go out of their way to explain what is going on with your vehicle and the options you have. They are honest and never pushy. They will tell you what they would do if it was their vehicle.On a recent trip I saw one of the store leaders named Derek dealing with a very rude customer. The customer had come in with a huge list of items they wanted inspected on their vehicle, to get it ready for the summer. One item on the list had been overlooked, and the customer was livid. Derek was empathetic, listened, apologized, and tried anything he could to make it right. The customer just wanted to complain and be angry. With 15 minutes until the store closed on a Friday, Derek offered to perform the inspection that would have completed the laundry list. Derek provided amazing customer service despite the abuse and negativity of the jerk face customer in front of him.

My trips to Brakes Plus have always been excellent. Brendan helped me today and he was very cordial and friendly. I asked him to tell me straight up how long it would take and he was very honest and on point. They work on your car quickly and efficiently. No complaints here

Went in earlier today to get an oil change and had Jorge helping me out today with my car. Man just started and is doing well already. I typically go to the one in Verrado but went to this one today due to it being closer and was satisfied with my experience.

I took my car to a place where they told me my AC had a leak and was going to cost me about $2,000+ to fix right after I bought a whole new system. I took my car to brakes plus the next day to ask them to check and they did a whole test and came out to be nothing wrong with it. No leaks, no damage. Jon was the one that sat me down and took time to explain what was the problem with my AC and saved me so much money. He was honest, friendly and he really cared about what I was going through. Especially in the summertime, this really helping me out. 10/10.

I have been to this location multiple times and have always been impressed. All the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Never had any issues once I get my vehicles home. Best part is they actually stick to the appointment times so I m not sitting around wasting my day. 10/10 recommend .

My brother-in-law's car kept dying on him mid-drive and we needed it to be fixed ASAP! We had the technicians here perform diagnosis tests and turns out, his car needed the crankshaft position sensor replaced. There were other "recommended" services that they listed out, but at no point we felt pressured to purchase them since none of them were a dire need for the car at this time. After calling a few different places to get multiple quotes for the job and taking the overall customer service we had experienced so far into consideration (other places just didn't give off a very service/centric vibe like these guys), we decided to get the job done here. Ask for Jon Norman. He's honest, fair, professional, and he will take a great care of you! I highly recommend this Brakes Plus location in Buckeye.

They took care of me after having issues at a different location. No questions asked replaced my brakes. They use great parts and were very apologetic about the issues. Brandon did a great job

The last two times I ve used their service Brendan has been welcoming and has had great communication with myself and other customers. Very helpful and understanding when it comes to last minute changes (cancellation, etc). I love this place. I got a great price on new brakes and rotors which was cheaper than the quotes that I was given. Great staff and Brendan is such an asset to this company. I ll keep coming here for any of my cars needs.

This place is awesome!!! I needed a hitch worked on for a camping trip and they did it right away and loved on my pup in the shop. They carried the hitch out for me and put it in the truck and told me to bring it back if I needed any future adjustments. So friendly and nice! I ll be back for work on my truck and jeep when I need something. Very knowledgeable and fair and honest something I don t see very often from other auto shops in the area. And they took the time to listen to me and give me pointers where I needed it. I was helped by three people today and all of them were so great! Thank you!!!

Great experience, I just moved away from the family mechanic, and this was my first time going to a company for an oil change. The service was wonderful, they were clear with the pricing and never tried to push unessicary things to charge more.

My partner and I thought we were having brake troubles coming from California to Phoenix so we stopped here because of reviews. They were able to fix the brakes and replace a wheel bearing, which was the actual cause of the noise. These guys were polite, quick, and even found us a deal to save us a little money. We highly recommend!
